Front or look to end of hallway to see an obscured view at a distance, but very close proximity to walk to get a great view of the water, beach and pool about 5 unit walk away down the hallway.

• Gary (10/5): Outstanding apartment in a perfect location - This place is absolutely amazing — I honestly can’t fault it. Check-in and check-out were effortless, the location is fantastic, and everything you could need is right on your doorstep, including supermarkets and the beach. Having an elevator straight to the room was a huge plus, and the three swimming pools were brilliant. The whole place was so quiet and peaceful, with lovely, helpful security staff, which made it even more relaxing. The TV was absolutely massive — it felt like having our own private cinema! The host was also incredibly easy to deal with and always available whenever we needed anything. I would 100% stay here again. That I had to leave , can't wait to be back!

• Jose (9/5): Perfect l9cation with beach - Very close to supermarket, malls. Taxis are around the corner plus the guards are nice to call a shuttle for you if u need. Nice beach just outside. Some parts ofvthe building look a bit old.

La piscine privée et surveillée ainsi que l'accès à la plage est un point fort, la présence d'un bar/snack au niveau de la piscine est un atout Le logement comprend une cuisine vous permettant de cuisiner. Peut-être qu'il serait possible d'installer un lave linge en plus. Mais sinon logement parfait !

• Marvin Enrique (9/5): La Villa está bien ubicada, de fácil acceso y en buenas condiciones y con los utensilios necesarios para poder pasarla b - Ubicación, distribución, respuesta muy rápida y amable por parte del anfitrión El agua de la ducha podría estar más cálida, la refrigeradora principal tiene una ligera vibración que molesta un poco si uno quiere dormir en el sofá cama. Me parece que el agua de la piscina no estaba totalmente cristalina.

• Lisa (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if we are ever in the area and the ant situation was taken care of. - Bed was comfortable, location was excellent, nice big shower, pretty quiet area, convenient to grocery store, felt safe. Shower head was too close to the door, so we had to be careful not to hit it with the door. We saw a lot of ants in the kitchen.

• Nikola (8/5): Very good - The apartment was close to Playa Marlin, a beautiful beach. There was a supermarket right next to the property, where you can buy anything you need. There is a kitchen in the apartment, well equiped too. So you can cook anything you want. We felt safe in the apartment. And we loved being so close to the beach. But the apartment needs a little bit of work done. The shower head was a little bit loose so we had water splashing everywhere. We also had no hot water for 2 days. There are 2 fridges in the apartment, one upstairs and one downstairs, both make very loud noise which was annoying during the night.

Clean. The biggest TV ever in the living room. Comfortable bed. Equipped kitchen to prepare food. Safe as the only access to the block is via security office at the entrance… A little bit outdated furniture (kitchen and especially bathroom need a bit of refreshment). Very limited view (wall of the neighboring building rather close). No sheets over blankets!?

• Valentin (7/5): A decent stay right on the beach and close to shopping mall - Good communication, good host, open to helping us out, offered us a later checkout time. It has a great location, near the shopping mall, 2 minutes from the water, and a few restaurants nearby. The room was decent, but it still had personal stuff from the people who used to live there. The view wasn't fantastic as it had another building in front of it, so we couldn't see the water from the window. The building itself was kind of packed,

• Jamie (9/5): Great private chill zone - Firstly the communication with the host was excellent and very clear. The apartment is really nicely furnished and clean. Location is excellent with all amenities within reach. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes walk from the apartment which takes you everywhere you would want to go in Cancun and the bus is 12 pesos to anywhere. The complex is big and not overcrowded, giving you ample space to chill out by one of the three well maintained pools. The beach is beautiful and within a minute of the property. We had just finished a week at a busy all inclusive, so this was the perfect contrast and a welcome chill from the hussle. Would highly recommend this place for a couple that just want to relax off the main strip but want all the amenities at hand. The complex is looking a little dated and looks like it once had a great pool bar which appears to now be closed. Shame, it would have added a bit of extra interest but does not detract from the excellent apartment.

Especially the bathroom and the kitchen were so bad, that I left the place and made another booking. Before using the bathroom, even once, I had to clean myself, from an the hair and dirt. You can find much better accommodation for lower prices!

• Lisa-marie (7/5): Nice location for the price - The location of the villa is perfect, close of everything (restaurants, Soriana, shopping centers, markets, Oxxo, etc.). The villa is big and the fact is on 2 floors is good for more than one person. The 2 balconies are nice by night when the sun goes down. The villa is a bit old. Especially the bathroom, very small and no place where to put your stuff. It also miss a toaster in the kitchen to make toast in the morning. The main pool is also a bit small for the amount of villas in the complex. They were missing chairs every day and there are no chair at the beach. The villa is right next to the public beach so during the weekend it becomes very crowdy and the locals overpass on our part of the beach.
