The apartment had everything that I needed for a two week solo stay doing a course during the day and working from the apartment in the evening When I arrived, there was a used sanitary pad in the bathroom bin. The flat was dusty and dirty. The blind broke on the Friday and wasn't fixed until the Monday, proving to be a dangerous, security risk and making the flat so dark. The work people left the flat in a terrible state after. They say in the welcome email they will book a cab to the airport for you. They didn't, just give me two numbers that I could have googled. The electrics cut out on the last day and no one knew how to fix it. Eventually I worked out to go down to the basement of the block and sort it. The WiFi isn't very strong and patchy. Two of the four pillows were so lumpy as to be unusable. I paid almost double the usual price for peak season. It was not worth it

- Soravia (3/5): They - At least the apartment was new.. The heating did not work. There were no bedsheets for the blankets. There was still protection tape on the door of the bathroom. The entrance door was very loud, everytime when somebody entered the building it could be heard in the bed. Also I had to pay 50 EUR extra for a late check in at 9pm. That is really a lot in my opinion. I asked several times for an official invoice but they dont want to provide it..
