• Viktoria (10/5): - Nagyon kedves kis lakás, jó közlekedés, de gyalogosan is hamar be lehet jutni a belvárosba. Éttermek és váráslási lehetősegek a közelben.
• elena-daniela (10/5): Een aanrader !!! - Onze vliegtuig was wat laat vertrokken en toen we in Milaan kwamen was daar een betoging dus alles qua mobiliteit was vrij beperkt ! Met heel veel moeite hebben we toch een taxi gevonden om bij ons appartament te geraken . Bij deze bedankt aan onze gastvrouw voor begrijp! Toen we aankwamen waren we neig verbaasd wat een mooie gebouw, wat een leuk appartementje heel smaakvol ingericht! Ons verblijf was top . Niets

• Eric (10/5): - Easy booking, comfortable apartment Had to bang on the wall at 12.30am as the neighbour was noisy singing etc , cars pulling into the courtyard at 1am then people talking loudly in the courtyard at 4am so 2nd night no sleep.

• Sven (8/5): Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Wir konnten alles fussläufig erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - Sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt braucht Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gab dann ist es die Sache mit dem Strom. Klimaanlage und Kochen gleichzeitig geht nicht, oder auch Spülmaschine und Kochen gleichzeitig an zuhaben sorgt für eine sofortigen Stronausfall. Uns wurde aber immer umgehend und freundlich geholfen.
• Erin Rayn (9/5): - Tolles Appartement. Tolle ruhige Lage im Hinterhof mit Auto Abstellplatz (gegen extra Gebühr). Perfekte Abstimmung und entgegenkommen mit der Verwaltung. Vielen Dank.
• Richard (9/5): Perfect appartement om Milaan te verkennen! - Mooi appartement en schoon. Airconditioning was erg prettig! De binnenstad is erg dichtbij.
• Johanna (9/5): Bra läge med en stor lägenhet. Tyst område. - Bra läge - cirka 5 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan. Enkelt att köpa ett kort för kollektivtrafiken där på plats. Därifrån cirka 5 minuters åktur till Duomo platsen. Stor lägenhet med allt man behöver. Charmigt med frukostkortet som gav en kaffe och en croissant från kaféet några meter bredvid boende. Väldigt lugnt och tyst område - perfekt för den som vill återhämta sig efter en lång dag i centrala Milano. Det fanns även ett bra garage "Autosilo Gold Medals" i närheten av boendet - om man kommer tidigare än incheckningstiden. Kommunikationen var lite upp och ner. Upplevde att det var flera olika personer som svarade vilket gjorde att man ibland inte fick rätt svar. Viktigt att kolla upp Area C om man kör bil för att slippa betala böter.
• Guest (10/5): Recomendo. - Localização Do estacionamento que é extremamente apertado. Os 5 carros que cabem na garagem batem nas portas um dos outros para abrir e fechar.
• Maria (8/5): Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es gut. Für die Parkplatznutzung EUR 25,00 pro Tag etwas überteuert. - Die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Kaffee und Kekse waren für ein kleinen Frühstücks-Snack vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war nicht richtig gereinigt. Bettwäsche hat gefehlt.

• Sami (8/5): Nice apartment with great location (Porta Romana) - Location is totally excellent with many nice restaurants and bars nearby. Not too crowded area (in April), still central. Mostly nicely renovated apartment in an old house, quiet and comfortable, well lighted. While an old closet/wardrobe gave some atmosphere and contrasted the other Ikea-heavy furniture and utensils, the apartment could have had more practical design with coat stand and such. I didn't locate any comprehensive information booklet, but the nice manager staff (only Whatsapp contacts) would surely have helped if in need. When checking out, remarked about the toilet not flushing at times, but I didn't find out if it was a fault or charasteristic of the building. The croissant and coffee breakfast was nice, but not that much of a breakfast for non-Italian eater (it was not available during easter holidays, but substituted ok with Nespresso, juice and some nibbles). There's not really any balcony in the apartment (the passage to the apartment is via type of common "balcony" after ascending the stairs).
• Alex (10/5): We would stay again for sure!!! Fully Recommended!!! - The location was perfect, just a few meters from the metro station. We loved the scenery of the surrounding area. Very clean. We chat with the staff and we had everything we needed. We were very happy when we arrived at the apartment and there was two bottles of water, biscuits and a coffee machine with capsules available… simple stuff that makes a difference… 100% Recommended!!! Some problems with the WiFi… not stable connection…

• Dominic (7/5): Good location, character building, suprisingly quiet for the central location, a basic bedsit. - Breakfast was at a nearby cafe. Pleasant but not extensive. Just a hot drink and a pastry. Character building in classic Milanese rhingiera style building. Friendly cat in the couryard. Very quiet considering how central it is. Very close to public trasnport and supermarket. Good location. Plentiful towels. It was not a one bedroom but a bedsit. Spare 3rd pull out bed hard and placed on the other side of partition wall. No teatowel. Electricity sensitive to overloading which is fine in a historical building but it didn't take as much as the signs listed (for us it was lights and hairdryer), so switch off everything before drying hair. The hot water boiler didn't have capacity for 3 showers, just about managed 2. Unclear how often housekeeping would visit for longer stays.
