- Agata (7/5): Good for a short stay - The location was very convenient for us. Apartament has a very nice view! There is a parking underground. Nearby are some nice places to eat and supermarkets! It was difficult to find the entrance. Facilities in the bathroom need an update. Water was going out while you take a shower. There is also a lot of items in the apartment which are laying overall in the shelves which makes it look very messy

Would recommend! - Rob was very friendly and provided helpful information about the local area, which made our stay more enjoyable. The view of the sea from the balcony was lovely, offering a peaceful place to relax. The apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was also well-equipped, featuring convenient amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer and a large TV with various apps. The layout of the space allowed each guest their own privacy, and the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view. The location was excellent, with shops right next to the apartment and a swimming area close by. It also provided easy access to both the city centre and Kallio. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!

- Sanna (3/5): Good location near Suvilahti but not worth the price. Needs a good cleaning!! - Location was perfect. The owner was nice and we got the keys early. The apartment was dirty all over and bathroom was even filthy! Beds were not good. I think they had done some renovation but the outcome was poor.
- Daiva (1/5): Bad - We managed to spend 15min in the flat Filthy place, everything: windows, doors, mat, bed covers, mattresses, everything (see the photos attached). We are keen travellers, we don't need luxurious IVcomfort, but this place is just an utter disgrace.
