• Kateryna (1/5): - Zwei Stunden vor dem Check-in wurde mir ein Zimmer verweigert. Sie schickten mir eine E-Mail mit Änderungen, die ich nicht gesehen habe. Telefonisch wurde nicht versucht, mich zu erreichen. Ich fuhr zwei schreckliche Stunden mit den Kindern durch die Stadt, nur um an der Tür festzustellen, dass es keine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für uns gab. Sie sagten mir jedoch, ich solle mir wegen der Zahlung keine Sorgen machen, sie würden sie mir problemlos zurückerstatten. Aber ich kann mir das Geld, das ich verschwendet habe, nicht zurückerstatten lassen. Ich werde wohl vor Gericht gehen müssen.
• Marieke (7/5): Prima plek voor deze prijs. Eenvoudig. Maar voor een nachtje met 4 personen ideaal. - Prima plek in de buurt van MoviePark en supermarkt. Gratis parkeren en geen milieusticker nodig. Bedden schoon en prima. Wc-bril was kapot.
• Doekhie (7/5): Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - Supergoed gelegen in een rustige buurt. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en er is zelfs een fitnessapparaat aanwezig. De bedden lagen fijn en hadden lekker zacht beddegoed. De badkamer heeft een ligbad en er is snel warm water uit de kraan. De toiletbril was helaas kapot en en waren geen doeken in de keuken om je handen te drogen of om schoon te maken.

No internet and incorrect password shared No night lamp at main door Beds were uncomfortable and very thin. TV not working, no aps working The toilet seat was broken already Other tenants were playing very loud music in evening Room Heater didn't work whole night, felt very cold in night. Overall 1/10 NoGo
