• Isabelle (9/5): Beau petit appartement pour visiter Séville, près des Setas. - Très bien situé, confortable, l’hôte a communiqué avec nous par message pour s’assurer que tout était bien, la disponibilité d’une laveuse à linge était pratique (séchage extérieur). C’est près des Setas de Sévilla et de la Casa de la Memoria (flamenco), et pas très loin du centre non plus (cathédrale, Giralda, Alcazar).
• Jacoba sietske (9/5): Piso céntrico y limpio - Alojamiento céntrico, bien equipad, limpio, cómodo. Había un olor muy fuerte mezcla de humedad y pozo en el baño. Teníamos que tener la puerta del baño siempre cerrada. Posible problema con el bajante de la ducha o el wc.

• Chris (8/5): Very pleasant apartment in a great central location - Great location for visits to all of the city sights. Very pleasant apartment off a courtyard. Very peaceful at night. The kitchen was not that well equipped, and the living area could do with some better furniture. Some of the neighbours were noisy but not late at night.

Idéal pour visiter Seville à pied. Dans une rue où on trouve tout. Appartement tres bien équipé: Lave linge, produits ménagers... Bonne literie. Appartement tres coquet. Un peu sombre.

• Richard (8/5): Really like the space and location. Just a few minor things not quite right for our stay. - Great location. Easy to get about the city. The keys were difficult to manage-knowing which was to which door, and when to leave something open or not. WiFi was having fits. Host was very communicative while trying to resolve-not a ding, just was a little awkward for us.

Empezando desde que no recibimos el código correcto para abrir el cajetín donde estaban las llaves y nos toco llamar para que nos lo diesen. Continuamos que cuando entramos en el apartamento había un olor a humedad y sudor, según entrabas transmitía a poco limpio. Empezamos a mirar el apartamento,las toallas y las sabanas tenían este olor también nos toco cambiar la sabana de la almohada donde íbamos apoyar nuestra cara para dormir. Si con esto no fuese poco en varias ocaciones la luz de la habitación no funcionaba.

• Frank (9/5): Perfectly situated, clean and a helpful host, will we stay there again….most definitely! - The property was clean and excellently located, if like us you aim to visit all the Historic cobbled narrow lanes, Giralda, shops etc then this property is perfectly situated on a quiet street minutes from those attractions. Property was more than fine for the both of us but if forced to be picky then I would add that we found it “compact” and being on the ground floor, natural light only comes from the open roof space in which the apartments windows face Inwards to a small communal patio.

• Roxanne (8/5): Sunny Seville Stopover - Fantastic location in such a big city. cute little apartment with all the facilities you needed. The air con unit is only in the sitting room area, but it kept the bedroom cool at night. as its on the ground floor it was easy access. Very clean apartment and good value for the location. Near to supermarkets, transport, restaurants and bars. Just what you need minor thing, we couldn't use the little courtyard to dry our clothes outside as it seemed to collect all the water from the air con, but that was a minor issue.

• Sara (10/5): - I loved the decor, that the TV offered Netflix and Apple TV and the assortment of things to use in the kitchen. The location is superb and within walking distance to so many incredible places. The door to the apartment was a little bit difficult to open but I told the owner and they said they’d sort it out. The AC was also difficult to switch on. It’s a cool apartment but when you’re out and about you want to come to something cool right away and it was a little challenging to switch it on.
• Dany (9/5): Great stay, would come again. - The apartment was cosy, clean, and very easy to walk to bars, restaurant, and places of interest. Very central, and Elvira wanted to ensure we had a great time, in which we did. Wonderful host, accommodation, and location.

• Donald (8/5): Small comfortable apartment in central Seville. - The apartment is well located, very clean, staff are excellent with timely responses to any request. Comfortable bed lots of hot water. There were basics in the kitchen and an appreciated welcome gift. The smart TV provided access to news and Netflix if you have a subscription. The unit is accurately represented in photos. It is in an interior courtyard impacting natural light. We expected it to be noisier than it proved to be. It is a tight space but we made do for a 6 day stay.

• Anastazja (10/5): Very good options for a great value in the city center - The place is greatly located, as it is in the heart of the old town, but away from the busiest areas - fantastic to start your walk and discovery in the morning. The check-in was very smooth, all instructions from the owner came on time and were easy to follow. There were all necessary things in the flat: the hairdryer, towels, extra blankets, toothpaste, all kitchen amenities and even some coffee (and jamon!). It was perfect for a couple, we comfortably stayed a week and would definitely recommend this place for a longer a shorter stay. Great value for money. The place doesn't get much light from outside, but it is not dark as windows come out to the patio. The walls are not so soundproof, but it is expected in the building like this. All in all, no major minuses here!

• Kira (8/5): Fabulous stay - Perfect.location. We were right in the middle of the old city. Parking for our car was in a parkade 5min walk. We had everything we could need. There was even a packet of ham as a welcome gift. Nothing.

• John/lucy (10/5): Perfect Apartment for Two in Seville! - Lets start with the owner: His communication with us was great. He met us to give us the key and to walk us through the apartment. The apartment: is newly refurbished. Kitchen has everything you need! Bathroom brand new, again small but more than comfortable. Bedroom great. Dining and living room more than adequate with good TV and internet connections. The location is within walking distance of most sites one would want to see in Seville. We loved it here! Nothing except to note this apartment is small like most inner city European apartments and is for two people maximum.

• Marjan (10/5): We had an extremely comfortable 5-night stay in the heart of Seville in a petite but well-stocked apartment. - It was well-located, cool, clean, and very well-stocked. (We didn’t have to buy cleaning supplies or shampoo, salt, etc.) Space was quite tight. They could use more hooks to hang clothes on since there is no cupboard for clothes.

• Stephen (10/5): A very good base for exploring Seville. - Very good position in the centre of the old town. Very well equipped. Elvi came to welcome us even though we didn’t arrive until 10.30 pm. She was very friendly and we had a welcome bottle of wine and mini breadsticks which was a lovely surprise. Communication prior to our stay and during our stay was very good. A couple of bedside lamps would be a good addition to enable night reading
