Marx (10/5): Mit dem Puls der Stadt - Perfekte Lage – zentral und alles Wichtige in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Beim Duschen wurde das ganze Bad nass, da es keine vollständige Abtrennung gab
Durga (7/5): Good - I like the location as it is very near to all streets..... There is no AC in any room.... The sofa is very dirty and not neatly maintained.... Unable to open the window because there is no mesh, there is no air circulation.....

Miroslav (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a top location - Comfortable apartment in a top location. The communication was very smooth - I received detailed instructions for check-in. Everything was great.
M (1/5): Filthy, broken down, would never stay again - Location - Filthy surfaces – e.g. had to clean table before using. - Crockery dirty –Had to clean every plate, bowl etc before using. - Chewing gum left – some stuck on bottom of mug put away in cupboard. Which we found when it melted and stuck to kitchen surface when mug sed to make tea. - Floor dirty – sitting room sofa bed left ‘out’ – when pout it away floor under neath filthy, including chewing gum stuck to floor. - Under sofa dirty with crumbs and rubbish. - Drawer of chest of drawers in hall left with dirt and rubbish in drawer. - Kitchen cupboard shelves dirty - glasses and cups ‘stuck’ to cupboard shelves. - Kitchen cupboards outsides streaked with dirt. - Mould on bathroom tiles. - Mould on bathroom door. - Sitting room sofa very, very stained and dirty. - No door mat in hall – had to put our own towel down as snow on ground and so we always came in with wet shoes. - Broken corners on skirting boards in all rooms. - Broken threshold on bathroom. - Broken loo roll holder. - Broken hook in bathroom. - Wonky fan in bathroom. - Chipped kitchen cupboard doors. - Freezer compartment in fridge broken and doesn’t close properly - Broken shelf in sitting room. - Broken light (wires sticking out of wall) in sitting room. Not as described and as in photos. - No bedside lights. - Decoration, e.g. ornaments not as in photos. Sitting room shelves in different position and empty - No cushions on table chairs. - No cushions on sofa. - No rug on floor. - TV plugged in with trailing wires across to kitchen. - Desk chair peeling p-leather.
Ivanka (7/5): Good location - The property was well located and spacious. The management company was responsive when we tried to contact them. The sofa bed in the living room was broken and it took 6 days for the property management company to fix it. Also the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well for cooking. The flat needs some tlc as it currently has some mold and bits and pieces that are broken such as book shelves behind the sofa, toilet paper holder etc.
Mykola (10/5): Great and cozy place. - In twenty meters from central street, two bed room and big kitchen. Silent enough. Very cozy. All attractions within walking distance. Window of both bedrooms in backyard. So very silent at night.
