• Ceyda (10/5): Great location, clean apartment, helpful support team — we had a very comfortable family stay and would happily come bac - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and central London attractions. We stayed as a family and felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The support team was also very responsive and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit London in the future The only downside was that the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and city sounds. Other than that, everything was great.

• Louise (9/5): - The apartment was clean spacious and everything we needed was provided. It was an easy check in, the location is brilliant, just where we needed to be. Thank you to the staff There wasnt much I didn't like about this apartment. The only thing I would say are the beds are a little old and creaky but that's something that can be remedied.

• Jana (7/5): - Clean apartment, close to bus and underground station. Tesco express few minutes walk. Apartment was quite well equipped (hair dryer, iron, washing machine). Kitchen had all basic equipment. Good communication with owner. Noise from the street, apartment is close to hospital, so the sirene were heard quite often. It was okay in the bedrooms which are on the other side but the living room has windows to the main street and you could here everything.

Un +++ pour les échanges que nous avons eu avec les gérants. Un grand merci pour votre suivi et vos réponses toujours rapides à nos questions. La literie de la chambre côté rue serait à changer (le matelas grince beaucoup).et la rue est bruyante la nuit des boules quies peuvent être utiles si vous avez un sommeil léger

Anche se arredato in modo semplice, ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno: il riscaldamento efficiente, la cucina funzionale, l’accesso facile e ben 2 bagni con acqua calda. Abbiamo anche trovato molte cose per fare colazione. Qualche dettaglio (mancanza di una maniglia, un pezzetto di pavimento rotto in un bagno.

• Ashley (10/5): Great stay! - The property looked exactly like the pictures and had all the amenities I needed. It was definitely clean, I feel like the other reviews were a bit of an overreaction and confused a bit of wear and tear for dirt. The owner was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for a better stay thank you You’ll be on a noisy high street but that didn’t bother me.

Deberían de limpiar un poco más, las pelusas volaban por el apartamento …

Rats. - On our first day of holidays, we had to spend the whole morning at home because the door locker wasn’t working, and it wasn’t fixed until after we called five times. On the second day, we woke up to find all our food on the kitchen floor. there were rats, and they had gotten into our bags to eat our food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

• Angèle (8/5): - Le logement est très bien situé, pas au centre certes mais à 5 mn de trois lignes de métro. Nous avions deux logements pour 12, bien équipés, nous avons pu partager nos repas ensemble le soir dans un des logement. Matelas un peu mou pour papy mamy mais pour les autres ça allait. Rue un peu bruyante pour ceux qui dorment de ce côté. Franchement nous avons été en majorité très contents de cette location qui restait malgré tout accessible financièrement par rapport à d'autres. Le contact très facile et rapide avec les propriétaires. Le descriptif tout à fait conforme à l'offre. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander si besoin.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo al centro di Londra per un breve soggiorno!😊 - Ottima posizione centrale vicino alle fermata Metro,abitazione abbastanza spaziosa e soprattutto con 2 bagni. Le sirene durante tutta la notte a causa della vicinanza all’ospedale possono risultare fastidiose soprattutto se si soggiorna in estate con finestre aperte, le scale sono molto strette e risulta leggermente faticoso trasportare le valige. Inoltre la notte la zona circostante può apparire poco sicura soprattutto se si é soltanto donne o famiglie con bambini.

• Anna (9/5): Polecam, spędziliśmy bardzo udany czas. - Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Piekarnik, pralka, mikrofalówka, toster, talerze, sztućce, garnki, patelnie mydło do rąk, żel do mycia. Czyste pachnące ręczniki, ciepła woda z dobrym ciśnieniem. Czysta pościel, wygodne łóżka. Na wyposażeniu żelazko, suszarka, wentylatory. Blisko do metra. W niedalekiej odległości Tesco Ekspres. W jednym z pokojów zapach z mieszczącego się poniżej Subway, ale po jednym dniu dało się przyzwyczaić.
• Choudhry Wajahat (3/5): It was very noisy not suited for people wanting peace and quiet. - It was clean The rooms were very small not like how shown in pics - didn’t think it was suitable for 4 people rooms were quite claustrophobic- the main door was very hard and it locked with such force. Too much noise coming from outside constant beeping of horns and emergency services zooming by with sirens on. Was not a quiet place but very busy area. Not for people who want peace and quiet.

• Debbie (6/5): Pleasant - A good basic 2 bed flat with small living/dining/kitchen area containing pull out sofa bed. I didn't realise the stairs to the flat were so steep! The only way to get some air into our room was to open the window in the en suite bathroom and leave the door open. Quite stuffy in warm weather.
• Sid (7/5): Good - Close to station. Customer service is good . Very quick to respond as one of the window was not locking. They get it repaired quickly. Location is next to traffic lights in busy market area so always random people in front of property smoking . No escalators or lifts for the luggage. Stairs are too narrow to pick up the luggage as well.
• Greet (6/5): Good enough for a short (business) trip to London - Check-in was easy and straightforward. The facilities were sufficient for our stay, the beds were comfortable (lots of cushions, though the beds squeaked) and the kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals. The location was close to an underground station (Elizabeth Line) which was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, the accommodation is a good base for exploring London. The accommodation is located on a busy road near a hospital and the windows are single-glazed, so the bedroom facing the street was quite noisy at night (the other two bedrooms didn't really have this issue). It was around 30°C during our stay and there was no air conditioning, only fans, which wasn't really enough to keep the apartemtent cool. The beds were also quite squeaky. We also found some leftover trash from a previous guest in one of the bedrooms. Another small inconvenience was that we couldn't find compatible coffee pads for the coffee machine in the supermarket, so we couldn't use it - but there are plenty of café's in the neighbourhood.
• Casey (6/5): Non-managed property but inexpensive if nothing stolen - Spacious They have an annoying entry system that unlocked one day after leaving - came back to door ajar. When contacted staff, they were dismissive and said we didn’t lock correctly, which we did. The way they talked, it must happen a lot - so get another system instead of blaming guests

• Daniel (9/5): Lovely apartment in a busy, central area. - The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There is a Subway restaurant downstairs if you're hungry. It overlooks the street so you can watch the world go by. There are lots of ethnic markets nearby. The area is a little bit intimidating and I wouldn't recommend it for a single white female, or a family with young kids looking for a traditional London experience. On the bright side, it's only minutes from the Elizabeth Line so it's super easy to get anywhere in the city, and there's a great view of the skyline (including the famous Gherkin building) from the street outside.

The bedrooms were of good size and the beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen and lounge was spacious. The staircase going up to the apartment. Was a bit tricky if you have heavy suitcase. The bathroom was small and compact with a drain smell.

• Leah (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and homely. The bed rooms could of benefited from all having a mirror in. Also in the room with the dressing table there was no plug sockets near it.

• Anna (10/5): great, quiet, clean homely stay in Rome! - What a gem! The hotel is very small, only about 6 rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. Our room was very spacious and comfy. The bathroom was quite big and well equipped - again all super clean. The location is great - near all the main attractions, but in a quiet street. The hosts were lovely, Julia even sent us some tips for local restaurants. What we really loved was that we were able to leave our luggage early in the morning on the day of our arrival, and again after checking out on our last day. We did not have to look and pay for storage. We also had breakfast, which was very good, and we could choose what we wanted from quite a few options. I must also say that the kettle in our room came in really handy, as we were able to have some tea in the evening. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
• Yonka (1/5): Awful - there is a restaurant under the apartment. the air ducts run through the apartment and it smells awfully like fish. the hot water was not working. we left and called that we were leaving because we were with children and the arrangements were not good and they did not want to return our money at all. we are not satisfied and do not recommend

• Kwak (7/5): Expect very urban dwelling, but prompt replies if there are issues. - The mattresses were comfortable, though the bed frames were unsteady, like they need a good tightening. The air fresheners were overpowering and we needed to unplug them asap. The location is very urban, and there are people hanging out on the block at all hours of the night. Entering the building (esp bc we had to open the lock box every time, and it took some time to do), made it feel not so safe. It would be hard to sleep in the living room bc of the street noise.
