• Sarah (5/5): Aufenthalt war ok, Lage war super und Wohnung war auch gut ausgestattet, Sauberkeit leider nicht gut - Lage war super! An sich war die Wohnung auch gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war nicht dabei, die Ausstattung in der Küche war auch eher mau.... Der CheckIn war aber sehr einfach und reibungslos. Zunächst war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auch einwandfrei, auf meine Anfrage nach Rechnungen wurde nicht reagiert (obwohl es bereits bei Buchung angegeben war) Die Sauberkeit hätte definitiv besser sein können! Sehr viel Staub, kleine Flecken auf dem Bettlaken. Haare im Badezimmer (schwarze, definitiv nicht von mir selbst). Aufgeplatzte schmutzige Stellen in der Küche.

• Angela (7/5): Schönes Apartment für kurzen Aufenthalt - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und das Apartment sehr schön mit viel Blick für kleine Details. Das Bad roch etwas komisch und hatte am Fenster ein Schimmel Problem

• Emre (4/5): Sehr gute Lage, geeignet aber nur für ein Paar Tage Übernachtungen - Sehr gute Lage, Check in war einfach. Wasserhahn in der Dusche war kaputt. Man kann das Wasser Temperatur nicht einstellen. Es ist entweder kalt oder sehr warm. Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber und die Kommunikation war mit dem Vermieter schwierig. Er hat meine Nachricht wegen der Dusche am Anfang ignoriert.

It's just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the city center is only a few steps away, making shopping very convenient. The scenery by the Neckar River is also beautiful, perfect for a stroll after meals. The homestay is well-equipped with almost everything you need. The host is very kind; when I accidentally missed booking one day, they didn't ask me to leave but instead came over personally to help solve the problem. Thank you.

• Dina (8/5): Convenient nice apartment - - The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos - It has all what you need - The location is perfect very close to shopping area, grocery, public transport, and gardens - Host was very response when the heaters didn't work he sent us portable ones - The view from the balcony is amazing - The bed is a bit small - The couch location isn't comfy when looking at TV - The shower doesn't have a door and is made that water has to get out, therefore the mat is always soaking wet - The water in the bathroom is warm not hot - Check-in is at 4 not 3 as mentioned - The heating system is apparently controlled centrally, so even if you open the heaters they won't work. Then in the middle of the night, they start working alone.

• Kent (8/5): This is the perfect location in Heilbronn. - I stayed in this studio apartment for 5 nights while in Heilbronn. Since I didn't have a car the primary importance was a location close to public transportation and also places to eat and shopping. The location met all three of those requirements. It was a 3 minute walk to the Rathaus transportation stop and restaurants were even closer. Extensive shopping was also with 3-5minutes away. The apartment even has a balcony overlooking the Neckar. It is on the second floor without elevator but that wasn't a personal problem. The property owner met me upon arrival to give me the keys and that process went well since I had communicated with him ahead of time about my anticipated arrival time and then in real time as I got closer. You can either use the key to enter the apartment (once past the outside door) or use the electronic number system. I would definitely stay here again. While a slightly larger apartment would have been preferable, it wasn't really a problem on this rather short stay.
