• Helene (9/5): Good stay for a winter vacation - The apartment was comfortable and nice. The kitchen was well equipped.. the terrace was extremely nice but the stairs to reach the top were difficult to manage. The bannister needs to go along all the wall and not stop before reaching the bottom of the stairs. It was easy to communicate with Wintowin and they always responded to our requests. Paula,Jerome and Nacho were very helpful I didn’t like the fact that the apartment was far from the centre. I also didn’t like the fact that the television was only in Spanish.

• Günter (8/5): Sehr schönes nicht sehr preiswertes Apartment leider mit Tendenz zur Abzocke 🥲 - Sehr gute ruhige Lage, moderne Ausstattung und sehr schöne Dachterrasse Ich wollte einen Late Check out haben da mein Flug erst um 19:30 stattfand. Auf mein Anfrage sagte man das geht nicht weil das Apartment für neue Gäste vorbereitet werden müsste, als ich dann nach 1 Nacht Verlängerung anfragte war das für 180.-€ problemlos möglich. Ich fand das nicht sehr kundenfreundlich sondern eher abzocke 🥲🥲🥲

• Eric (10/5): - Superb 4 days in a modern apt with large roof terrace. It had all facilities and needs catered for. My wife and I had an enjoyable break in the city. Hosts even organised a check-in 90mins before agreed time. As it was midsummer, a canopy on terrace would be appreciated, however it did not detract from our stay. Happily book again.

• Paulo (8/5): Great roof terrace and short walk to city centre. - This is a lovely spacious property with a lot of natural light. Very clean and simple design. The property has a large roof terrace with a dining area, separate lounge area, and two sun-beds! Very impressive. The washing machine was also very useful. The apartment’s immediate surroundings are a nice quiet residential area with an easy and quick walk to Malaga town centre. We couldn’t work two of the three remote controls for the AC, and the AC was quite warm and we couldn’t seem to change it. One of the toilet seats was also broken. This said - it is a lovely property.
• Denise (10/5): Top class apartment in central Malaga - A very modern and well equipped apartment, that was very homely and comfortable. Within walking distance of the main sites but away from the hustle and bustle! We loved the terrace which had great views over the city and was a super place to relax. Would recommend staying here! Nothing to dislike!
• Lilly (8/5): Very good, quiet, close to the old town. A good place to stay. - It was very cumbersome to bring out the cushions for the roof terrace. The weather was unstable and it was a hassel to bring the cushions down steep stairs and back again. A cushion box on the terrace should deifinetly be provided.
• Finola (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is excellent and exactly as described. It is really quiet at night and the beds are comfortable , if a little high to climb into ! The terrace is amazing and gets the sun all day.Juan was easy to contact via WhatsApp and met us on arrival to hand over the keys. The street is a bit rundown but safe and only a few minutes walk from the Old Town - to avoid the steep steps at the nearest entrance to the old town walk down the walkway by the Ibis Hotel and cross over the pedestrian bridge there . If you like vegetarian food try Saladentro around the corner - the food is amazing! There is a bakery and Supermarket close by. Very minor complaints only - chair cushions and an umbrella on the terrace would be good. And the doors need some WD-40 !

Great apartment with fantastic, sunny terrace. Clean, very well equipped and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The 2 bedrooms are a good size and having 2 bathrooms is great. A well-stocked supermarket is only a 4 minute walk away. We loved it! Nothing
