• Lloyd (1/5): J’ai payé pour 2 nuits et j’ai pu en effectuer qu’une seule - La place Pas de wifi pendant 24h, impossible de contacter le propriétaire, mets du temps à répondre et aucun geste commercial. J’ai du rester dehors pendants 4h parce que l’accès au clés était bloqué. Le code n’avait pas été envoyé par mail comme convenu
• Kerina (1/5): The Worst Stay In My Life Tina Was Invading Privacy By listening from the ring doorbell is obserd I would never recommen - The host was absolutely terrible Tina Lied And Said We Was Making To Much Noise Infact there was a big party across the road which was making all the noise we didn’t mind but Tina was listening through the ring doorbell invading our privacy she even lied and said the neighbour heard us laughing and called her we even knocked the neighbours door and he said no you guys are fine it’s not me The fact that I paid for 24 hours she then came round and kicked out my partner at 7:30am which is really disrespectful I’ve paid I told her 2 people will be sleeping only one slept which is right because I paid for that

• Justyna (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at the Impressive Central London Balcony Apartment with friends. The apartment was spacious, with large rooms and comfortable beds, plus an extra mattress. The bathroom was also very large, adding to our comfort. The location was perfect, close to shops and public transport, making it easy to reach the city center. The kitchen was well-equipped, and communication with the owner was great. Highly recommended!
• Sława (3/5): an unpleasant surprise :( - relative cleanliness I'm sorry I can't give a good review, but we were surprised by too many things. First of all, despite the reservation for 4 people, after arriving late in the evening there was no sleeping arrangements for 2 people and absolutely no instructions. There was also a towel missing. A creased and uninflated mattress buried in the closet, separate elements bedding items found scattered in closets and under the bed. The sofa, which was supposed to accommodate two adults, is small, hard and unfolds crookedly (and was not even unfolded). Two people definitely can't sleep there. Moreover, during the entire stay in the bedroom there was a mechanical, loud sound coming from some device in the building (air conditioning, pipes, it's hard to say). If it weren't for a pair of teenage girls with AirPods sleeping there, a normal person wouldn't be able to fall asleep. There is also a large and noisy construction site directly opposite the building, the noise persists from 6 a.m., and there is a construction workers' booth in front of the balcony, which makes it impossible to even open the window. It was also shocking that during our stay that the operator suddenly announced an intention to remove one of the sofas from the apartment - in our absence. Fortunately, such practices were abandoned after the protest.I didn't have high expectations because of the price, but these were basic things. Overall, unfortunately, it cannot be recommended..
