• Boon (8/5): - Away from the busy city centre. Get to experience the true local community and foods. A small shop next door sells everything so much cheaper than in the city. I can eat the true local Malay foods for as little as 11 ringgits. very satisfactory. The kitchen needs cleaning up, as currently, it's clutter with a lots of stuffs which a bit put off using the kitchen facilities, and the hot water thermo is not hot enough for making tea and soup. Other than that, a thumbs up for my overall stay.

• Edgar (5/5): - Lo buenos es que puede limpiar tu ropa y secar gratis y la cocina estaba bien completa. Tienes buen espeacio. El pero de todo, si lleva equipaje, no tiene ascensor, no tiene nada cerca, ubicación fatal, tiene un shopping cercado MyTown que en taxi es okay y fue lo que hemos hecho todos los dias. El piso es bien sucio, Aire acondicionado fatal, silla imposible de usar, la ducha estaba con huecos hecho por un cuchillo y en baño no tiene lavabo del baño, o sea, todo en la cocina y lo que molesta un poco es tener que quitar las sapatillas, siendo que todo esta sucio.

• Jorge (8/5): Very good - I think the price matches what the place offers — it's fair and affordable. The location isn’t in a touristy area, but that actually gave me a more authentic experience, like living in Malaysia as a local. Just a heads-up: there’s no reception, so if you plan to leave your luggage before check-in, it won’t be possible until around 9 a.m. Also, the bathrooms are shared with other guests on the same floor — not a big issue at all, as there are several of them and they’re kept quite clean.

• Jonathan (5/5): Too noisy - Bed, kettle and wardrobe. The internet was okay. One staff member was very rude, insisting that I take my shoes off and leave them outside the common area. Another staff member was a bit nosy. Some tenants talked loudly in the hallway, and the neighbours played loud music at one point.

• Yvonne (8/5): would stay again - - spacious rooms - cooking area - FREE washing machine and dryer there was mold in the bathroom, it didn’t smell but still.
• Simona (7/5): Good - It was spacious and had a working place. Also the kitchen was well equipped. The staff wasn't very helpful. Some things in the bathroom didn't work properly. The fan makes big noise but if you use the air-conditione than it's ok, that one worked perfectly.
• Simona (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and spacious. It even had a little kitchen. I couldn't get in the first day, the owner doesn't answer on booking at all. I lost one day that I have booked and it was hard in the middle of the night to find somewhere else to stay.

The self-check in service was very easy to understand and the person replied thru whatsapp fast and efficiently. There were also multiple food shops in the same row as the accomodation. Berjaya times square was about 10 mins away and city centre was rly near too! The nearest mall would be MyTown Ikea which has everything you need. The fridge was leaking and the water pressure for the shower wasnt that strong.

• Qing (2/5): terrible. don't book it. - Nothing！ I don't know why I booked this hotel. But it's too far away from the downtown and is very noisy. I can easily book a very good hotel in the center with the same price. I would not recommend this guest house to anybody.
• Anika (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed my stay and the spacious room. So nice that you even have a little kitchenette and a desk. The staff was always replying very fast via WhatsApp. It also felt safe and secure. Okay to be fair the location is a bit far away from the touristic spots - at night you have to take a grab, which is okay.

• Shuja (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the fact that it was close to the city center, and right on top of a store where I could buy anything I wanted. The entrance wasn't easy to catch through the window of my car upon arrival. There was no handwash, we had to use the shower gel. My entry was delayed, as the pin code provided to me wasn't functional, I had to wait outside for more than 10 minutes with my wife.
• David (7/5): Not a bad place to stay but beware of the horrible location. - The facilities are actually decent, including multiple washers and dryers, a stocked-up kitchen, free filtered water, AC, a desk in every room, etc. Danston, the property manager, is flexible and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, this property suffers the fate of the rest of Malaysia: it is built nice and then allowed to slowly fall apart. Besides not being as clean as it should be, various things are left damaged without proper maintenance. The location is pretty terrible—it's out of the way, not close to rail transit, and confusing for Grab drivers.

We waited a long time I was about to book another hotel even though I had paid for this one. After some time we met someone who helped us out. Location is not the best

• Per (9/5): Great value for money! - Looks better in the photos, but it’s still excellent value for money. Bed is very comfortable and the place is surprisingly quiet considering the amount of rooms there are. Shared shower and bathroom works well and is always available. It’s far from the metro on which you depend to go to most places. Still very close to the city center considering the price you pay.

• Stephane (10/5): I would ve like not too put 10’perfection is hard to find perfect but over all it is really perfect - There is no Breakfast and beside there many differents authentics locals restaurant we ate there everyday i recomand the first one on rigth side and heathy food too 10 to 20 ringgit good for 2 There walking distance to all coveniant store ,very good pakistaneese cuisine near the Mcdonald Try to make shure you can book with Alexandra she made us save lot of time and money giving us tips what to do where to go we left the place after 3 days came back and book weeks in advance to be shure to stay here again The location walking distance to PETRONAS and nice park ,quick access to MONORAIL only 2 stop from the famous walking street food BUKIT BINTANG many malls Pavillon,Isetan Japoneese Mall for those like sushi go on basement floor even japoneese go there and cheap Facities only Gym is basic ,have swiming pool on roof
