• Oliver (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Sydney direkt am Wasser. Die Terrasse bietet bei schönem Wetter einen herrlichen Blick. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften problemlos etwas länger in der Wohnung bleiben, obwohl der reguläre Check Out um 10 Uhr gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung ist nur mit einem Auto erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel stehen erst in Hurstville zur Verfügung. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 45 Minuten in die Stadt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sogar 75 Minuten. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Es gibt 4 Messer, zwei kleine Töpfe und eine Pfanne, die wir nicht nutzen wollten, weil sie nicht mehr so gut aussah.
• Rayson (4/5): Creaking ceiling made getting a relaxing vacation difficult. - The view was as pictured (as of time of publication) Multiple issues noted: Poor soundproofing: Wooden ceiling resonates with all footsteps, muffled speech, door shutting from tenancy upstairs. Heating: Although I noticed that heating was NEVER part of package, a small oil heater was provided. The unit was poorly insulated but at least sufficient blankets were provided. Amenities: Items & appliances had some wear & tear, and provision were just sufficient. Coffee machine available but neither tea nor coffee were offered. Key/Entry: Sliding door adjacent to lockbox had separate inside & outside key, but neither worked well. Eventually we found the backdoor worked well with matching key.

• Hannah (10/5): Clean, practical and relaxing - The host was very easy to communicate with, the unit was very clean and the layout was great. Easy access to the water and close to nearby shops. The diffuser scented oil, is an interesting smell but not an issue.

Addressing some other weird complaints I've seen in other reviews: The doors- these are not hard to operate, they are literally normal sliding doors. Exit north - the main road north is less than 5 minutes away and very easy to access. Neighbours - not sure how this is the property's fault? Put some earplugs in and get a grip. Bathroom - just leave the door open to release steam. Ventilation was fine for us. The WiFi was very temperamental and seems to be a persistent issue.

• Teliel (9/5): Excellent for a short getaway, perfect if you have an event to attend nearby. - I stayed here the night before and of my wedding. The hosts were great and had no issues with stylists coming to the location, we also contacted them a couple of times before and after our stay and they were very responsive. Though it is only one bedroom and one open-plan living room, there is plenty of space to get ready in! I also commend the hosts for having a full length mirror in a super accessible spot in the main bedroom! The outdoor area was also perfect for taking photos and gave us more space when getting ready. Though there didn't appear to be any off-street parking, we found street parking quite easily. I would stay here again! The only thing that I found difficult was the sliding doors, they were a little hard to navigate (hard to lock and unlock). The bathroom also lacked good ventilation and the shower tended to leak but these were not major issues. I would still recommend this place to anyone considering it!

• Barry (9/5): A great stay, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! - This was a fabulous apartment, in a great location with the water literally at the end of the garden. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in outside of our own bed. It was really spacious and well equipped. Lots of information from the hosts, regarding how everything worked in the apartment. Also when we arrived we found a couple of bottles of water and some chocolates in the fridge, which was a nice gesture. Nit picking here but we had issues with the internet but the host was very helpful in resolving it.

It wasn’t clear what parking was reserved for guests, no instructions to access wifi. The laundry is accessible to multiple guests, so unit can’t be secured (no lock) from other guests. Lacked small things sofa bed made up, extra towel for third guest included in booking, tea/paper towel for the kitchen.

• Anonymous (7/5): Nevertheless, it’s impossible not to simply love seeing the Moon coming up in the horizon above the water with the stars - (Therapeutically relaxing) Waterfront !! I liked everything although sharing the same space (backyard and/or waterfront is a shared space as no fence or division exists for the ground floor dwellings) with strangers may, therefore, allow some room for a “tat” of lack of privacy - fortunately for us, our “neighbours” had children and such was an unexpectedly comforting and lovely fact for our kid =D

Kitchen and laundry facilities were great for linger trips where you want to prepare your own food or need to wash. Shower needed a bit of a clean and terrace area was also not as clean as photos.
