• Nuria (4/5): No me gustó nada - La ubicación y su propietaria que nos aconsejó e incluso nos dejó un detalle al comenzar la estancia El piso estaba lleno de humedades, el salón, el baño, la habitación …solo al entrar ya olía muchísimo. Íbamos con una pequeña de 15 meses y nada recomendable.El termo súper pequeño para tres personas (15l) , teníamos que bañarnos por turnos. La limpieza muy mejorable y pasamos frío por las noches.
• Julie (6/5): Pourrait être parfait si mieux entretenu - Logement entier, bien équipé, assez spacieux, avec terrasse et une jolie vue. Lit très confortable. Hôte accueillante, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue, très réactive. La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue à l'extérieur. Les voisins (résidents) sont très gentils. Malheureusement le logement manque d'un gros gros entretien ! Il était sale, très sale: un mégot sur un meuble, le frigo sale à l'intérieur, idem pour l'intérieur des placards, des tâches partout, des cheveux au sol, dans la douche, l'intérieur des WC sale, beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre, des toiles d'araignée.... La salle de bain est très humide, certains coins de mur sont noircis, les joints de la douche également, les murs s'effritent. Notre arrivée a été gâchée, la première chose a été de nettoyer le logement, acheter des lingettes, et faire le max pour qu'on s'y sente bien, balayer le sol qui était lui aussi rempli de poussières alors qu'on venait juste d'y entrer. Vraiment dommage! Le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas.

• Kay (10/5): Winter sun in Lanzarote - Size, comfort, facilities and cleanliness of apartment. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to a beach and the same to the local shop, which is useful. The communication on arrival was excellent and we were left a lovely welcome hamper. We stayed for a month and so were pleased to find plenty of towels and spare bedding.

• Margaret (10/5): A lovely apartment in an excellent, safe location, complete with pool. - A welcome pack was included. Location was perfect, a quiet hideaway from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time, not too far away. Just a few minutes walk to the prom. Can't think of anything.
• Eleanor (3/5): Terrible. - Sorry but did not like this property at all. Bathroom is a disgrace mold on ceiling and shower filthy. Cutlery was dirty. Had booked a week we left to stay elsewhere after two nights. Had to return for the last night only to find dead cockroachs in all rooms. I have photos but would prefer not to show them.

Check in v confusing I couldn't open my mail until later that evening only a Spanish lady helped me out it would have helped if we knew they were the fermin apartments had to leave the keys in a different place when checking out did message casa Martin so hope they got them OK.
• Jenna (9/5): Fantastic! - Lovely apartment in a great location. Really quiet little complex with lots of locals. Pool was big and we often had it to ourselves. The apartment has everything you'd need - beach towels, coffee machine, washing machine, plenty of cooking utensils. We've been to the island several times so didn't need tips on where to go, but the Owner was very helpful and happy to provide information/recommendations. Check in and out both very easy too. We would definitely stay again! Small thing, but the shower didn't have hot water for very long. It was the only thing we would improve.

She met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked and provided a lovely starter pack consisting of water wine cheese and cold meats as well as some fruit and crackers and a couple of beers Shower gels shampoo and cleaning products we're also provided Would highly recommend and would definitely return. There was nothing to dislike in the apartment
