Muy recomendable, recordar que no cuenta con garag - Es un departamento acorde y cómodo para parar unos días de trabajo. Funciona todo bien lo detallado en la instalación por el propietario. Piezas en primer piso. La atención de los propietarios y limpieza al ingreso. Sería conveniente contar con instalación fija de calefacción p A/A frío calor en Planta baja y primer piso pero había calefactores eléctricos. Ojo no tiene garage pero el propietario me ofreció el suyo para alquilar a unos metros.
