Michelle (3/5): Uncomfortable, unhelpful and not well equipped apartment - Lovely pool, parking space and air conditioning The building is difficult to locate, on asking for help on arrival we were told to re watch the videos instead of helping with easy instructions, the remote for the gate is easily accessed inside the gate on the left with a lockbox and code. We had two crying children in the car and were told to watch long and sped up videos, which we couldn’t due to internet issues. On booking we were told that there was a sofa bed which did not open and we were forced to put someone on the closed couch for 4 nights. We were told they were ‘trying to sort the problem’ but heard nothing and were given a very small amount of money back even though it was the most expensive apartment we had booked during the holiday. Kitchen is not well equipped, no microwave, door falling off its hinges, blinds are on the verge of breaking and tv remote barely works. The floor was sandy and the balcony chairs were all broken. It was liveable, but the high price we paid (in comparison to similar places on the same trip) far exceeded the standard of the apartment
