• Dmitry (8/5): - Классное, очень необычное и позитивное место, т.к. это не просто гостиница, а отличный учебно-культурный центр. Произвел самое яркое впечатление даже при наличии Эчмиадзинского монастырского комплекса. Номера в глубине комплекса, поэтому достаточно тихо (спали с открытыми окнами). Чисто. В коридорах всю ночь было тихо (попадались отзывы, что шум из них мешал спать), никто не тревожил. Можно поужинать - есть большой ресторан (работает до 22:00). Дорого (относительно ресторанов Еревана), но довольно вкусно. Завтраки простые и сытные. Поставил бы и выше оценку, но в душевой убил таракана. Одного. Других не видел.

Ощущение будто приезжаешь к друзьям, они помнят нас) для долгих пересадок- идеальный вариант, да и вообще❤️у нас в номере не было горячей воды, нас переселили сразу же в большой номер выше категорией, мы хотели оплатить поздний выезд, сказали ничего не нужно, оставайтесь до вечера❤️❤️❤️Спасибо огромное! Кухня-лучшая! Мы съездили в сам Ереван, но поняли что наш выбор отеля идеальный, из этого отеля не хочется никуда уходить, а про красоту нечего и говорить, хочется рассматривать каждый уголок. Номера простые, но очень колоритные и душевные! Рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы есть очень древний монастырь 303 года, наследие юнеско. Все нравится😁

• Bianca (5/5): Close to the airport - It’s close to the airport and since it’s outside of yerewan good to park with the car. They have a restaurant but unfortunately it was not open. We arrived at 5pm in the afternoon and our room was not ready even though the check-in can be at 2pm. The staff didn’t speak/ or barely English. They told us that we have to wait one hour for the room and gave us a drink and cake while waiting. The cake was super stale and old, because you couldn’t even cut it with a fork. When we got the room, the bathroom smelled fishy. And after a closer look, we saw it was not properly cleaned. Also the bed sheets had stains. The description said it has a fridge, TV, tea cooker but it was outside the room in a common area- so not private. Not all power outlets work. In the morning we had breakfast- the breakfast was small and the bread again old- when I asked them to change the bread. The firstly said they didn’t speak English, then after translating the brought different bread out but again old/dry/hard . We left disappointed.

• Greg (9/5): Great hotel and restaurant near to airport and Etchmiadzin - Huge hotel/guesthouse complex that doubles as an art centre with educational facilities and has souvenir shops etc ... it is almost a tourist attraction in itself. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and decent shower. The restaurant within the hotel is simply incredible, with a wide array of local dishes in large portions. Location ideal for the airport and Etchmiadzin and Zvartnots sites. The owners arranged my early morning airport transfer and even provided a huge takeaway breafast at 4am! Highly recommend. Doors were a little noisy with the sound carrying easily, but it was nothing major.

• Mark (5/5): Lovely place, poor customer service - The breakfast was delicious and it's a beautiful and interesting place. There was no hot water over my entire two night stay. Promises from the staff to fix it were not honored. The staff have very little fluency beyond Armenian and Russian. Hosting guests is very much a sideline of their main work as an arts center and restaurant.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the kettle, cups and tea in our room. The staff was lovely and the breakfast huge and very good. The unique location was fantastic. The hotel complex included a whole art and culture exhibits and demonstrations. It was very close to the main complex of religious building and museums in the town. Easy street parking.
• Kamil (5/5): Passable - Lavash lesson was good,that’s the thing that saved the day. Restaurant was closed on 25th september and there was completely nothing to do. The guy who took care of that place was unfriendly and couldn’t help with anything.

Comfortable beds. Enough room. Quiet place. Clean. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Just the restaurant is closed on mondays (well deserved brake I think). The only minus - no shower curtains in the bathroom.
• Levon (10/5): A wonderful place - A beautiful estate, in a perfect location at the city center. This wonderful place is much more than a place to stay. This is a museum of folk and traditional art. It is a great experience. It is really worth to visit.

The staff are amazing, know English, the food was delicious and the breakfasts were plenty filling and included many tradition Armenian dishes. Beautiful gardens, and a large territory you can explore. Very positive vibes from this place, hospitable, helpful, not to mention the prices are amazingly low for such a great establishment.

Everything is eatable, nothing with too much pepper, but combination of products is not common for European style food. Nothing worth mentioning.
