• kmirowska (9/5): Excellent to start everyday trips in Neapol and Amalfi Coast! - I really like the location - close to metro, train, alibus (local transport from the airport). We could very fast go into the city and make sightseeing or take a trip to the port for proms to Capri, Ischia Islands. The room was clean and big with private bathroom. I need to mention that the hosts are very nice and always helpful. The bed was too soft for me, but it is very individual thing.

Всеки ден в кухнята имаше малки сладки и солени неща за закуска, кафе, чай и сокове. Чисто, подредено и добре поддържано място, в което се почувствахме като у дома. В близост до Централната гара, автогара, метро. Препоръчвам! Квартала в който се намира мястото-изключително мръсен, пълен с бездомни хора, но това не зависи от домакините.

• Dimitris (10/5): Memorable stay in Naples - The owner and her son were really welcoming and helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples. The kitchen was generously equipped with breakfast goodies such as croissants (our child really appreciated this) and water/juice bottles. Our room was big and comfy, but for me the biggest advantage was the location. The property is strategically placed very near to Garibaldi station and Porta Nolana, which made taking the metro to the city and the trains to Pompeii/Herculaneum very easy. The general area around the station is not the prettiest in Naples, however it is busy with plenty of people and when walking during daylight hours we did not feel unsafe.

• SKocharyan (10/5): - I chose this hotel based on other guests reviews. We stayed here during the first week of 2026. The highest mark goes to the Staff: Vincenzo, Gabriella, and their Family. I've never seen anything like this at any other hotel—the owners' endlessly caring, attentive, and sensitive attitude. I even suggested renaming the hotel #Your hearts home#. So, the location is very convenient. The metro and all public transportation are a 3-5 minute walk away. It's a pleasant 15-25-minute walk to the city center. The room was very clean and furnished. The kitchen is very convenient for 3 rooms, equipped for making coffee, tea, and breakfast. You'll find everything you need, including water, drinks, and fruit in the refrigerator. I give it 10/10 for location, safety, convenience, cleanliness, comfort, and the attentiveness of the Staff.

Anche se non compreso, hanno messo a disposizione tutto l’occorrente per fare colazione (dal caffè alle merendine , succhi come anche aranciate). Molto particolare l'ascensore a pagamento non lo avevo mai trovato in nessun viaggio. All'ingresso dell'appartamento era però a disposizione una ciotolina con i gettoni da utilizzare.

• Jesus (10/5): The best place I have stayed so far - The hosts were incredibly helpful, we had some issues traveling to Napoli due to a train workers strike and although it was not their fault they waited for us much later than the stated check-in hours. And even though it was very late they took the time to give recommendatations regarding places to visit, transportation, food, etc. They provided brochures with all the information needed to enjoy our stay in Napoli. The room was very confortable and impecable, everything was so clean and included several amenities, they also provided free snacks, coffee, water and some soft drinks during our stay. After the check out they also allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while we wer doing some shopping, the family hosting this apartment was simply amazing. I have stayed in 5 stars hotels and have never felt this welcomed. The apartment is also very close to the Napoli central train station, metro and some bus stops which makes very easy to move around.

• Kate (9/5): Amazing hosts, convenient location, with lots of snacks! - My partner and I stayed here for a little over a week while exploring around Naples. The hosts were super flexible with our arrival and departure time, and provided a very, very warm welcome! We were greeted by their family, who provided us with all the information we needed to explore around the area. They gave amazing recommendations on where to visit, eat, etc. and even reached out during our stay to inform us of changes to the Vesuvius access. It was also helpful that their son was able to communicate well in English. The room itself was nice and super spacious. The hosts provided lots of towels and even offered mid-week room cleaning if we needed it. They provided many fun snacks (free of charge) in the kitchen, including a beautiful bowl of fresh seasonal fruits! Finally, the location was great. Less than 10 minutes walk to Garibaldi station, which made it really easy to take an early morning train to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, etc. Some reviews mention that the area felt unsafe, but we didn't feel that way at all. It's definitely a bit busy and hectic, but it seems like that's mos of Napoli :) The only thing we wanted to mention here is that the plumbing system in the building isn't super well noise-insulated. Anytime a neighbouring apartment flushed their toilet, it would make some loud sounds in the room. It woke us up during the night several times, but with earplugs, this problem can easily be solved!

The host was very helpful, answered to all our questions and even left us recommendations. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and clean. There was also snacks, water , coffee and tea in the kitchen which was very nice. I would really recommend this place. It is very good value for the money. The only remark we had is that the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear the toilets flushing very loudly in the building. Don’t know if it was just on our floor but it was pretty loud and when it’s in the middle of the night it scared us awake. So if you are a light sleeper maybe bring some earplugs. But other than that we have nothing bad to say about this place ☺️

Everything was fine and as described on the website. - Very close to central train station, clean and secure accommodation, very affordable. Little touches like the hosts overview of the things to do in Naples as well as water, soft drinks/juices and nibbles provided were appreciated. The host goes the extra mile to ensure your experience is a positive one. It is nothing to do with the property or the hosts but the general area in Naples where it is located is a little run down. The accommodation is fine and the hosts were fantastic.
• Julie (8/5): Good accommodation close to the station, don't be put off by the surroundings. - The surrounding area is fairly grim and typical of back-street Naples but don't be put off by this because the location for transport is excellent. The apartment is modern and clean and the kitchen well stocked with fruit, cakes, crisps and drinks on a daily basis - all included in the price. The couple who run the place were very kind and helpful. We were hardly aware of the people staying in the other 2 rooms and, having a shared kitchen was not a problem. There is a lift to the 5th floor which is good! The bedroom was spacious, the bed comfortable and the en-suite shower/bathroom excellent. The general area was shabby but typical of back-street Naples - part of the charm!

Also close to the train station which allowed for quick access to Pompeii and Sorrento. The area surrounding the stay was a little unsettling at first but the city is beautiful and rich in history

We had also asked last minute if we could extend our stay by a day, and we were able to be accommodated! Gabriela was patient and responsive with us. Though the original room we booked was slightly different from what was requested (asked for 2 double beds instead of 1 larger bed), my friend and I made it work.

We loved having access to a kitchen and free coffee/bottled water and snacks, which made our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated that the room was located on the 5th floor but had an elevator. The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk to the metro and train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this room. The floor tends to get cold, so having a pair of slippers would have been a nice touch. Additionally, having a set of chairs on the balcony would have been a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view.

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Plentiful supply of bottled water or snacks if needed. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to contact and the place also feels newly renovated and very clean. We had no issues finding the apartment and no problems checking in. They also very kindly provided us with maps, recommendations and allowed us a late check-out. These were only minor details but the bathroom lacked a towel rack, so there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Some people may find the neighbourhood a little run-down and unsafe, however we had no issues with safety and found the close location to the train station very useful for our day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. Room walls were a little thin and we could sometimes hear guests in other rooms getting up to vigorous bedtime activities.

The apartament is quiet (which is not a common thing in Naples - I've been there more than 20 times so you can trust me :). The room I had is very spacious, bed is comortable. Elevator is in the building so you don't need to carry your bags to the 5th floor! Nice additional things: I've been provided with some snacks for breakfast and some drinks have also been in the fridge so everything perfect. Host is also very kind and responsive! I can just say thank you for hosting me and recommend it to others traveling to Naples!

• Sara (10/5): Clean and comfortable place, close to public transport - Super clean. Facilities are new, bathroom is nice with plenty of hooks and countertops and the shower and bed are comfortable. Anything you need is provided, owners are also accommodating in case of requests. There's a communal kitchen (not for cooking but it has a coffee maker and microwave) with drinks and snacks. It's obviously run with professionality and pride. The price was also low for the quality of the stay. Nothing I didn't like, the zone isn't top for aesthetics but the place is 300 meters from the main station in Naples which connects to the rest of the city.

• Ilieva (10/5): It was nice, recommend and would stay again. - The location is perfect if you need easy access to the central station and it’s 15-20min walk from the center. Although, keep in mind that around the central station(this implies to every city in Italy) there are a lot of sketchy people. Communication with the host was perfect, they helped us to get a taxi to the airport which made transportation in the rain really convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable and I would recommend and go again. The elevator in the building is really old, we got stuck when leaving thankfully the doorman was there to open the door. I understand this is not up to the host but still keep in mind.

The owner facilitated our arrival around midnight and put at our disposal coffee, fruits, sodas and plenty bottles of water every day. Umbrellas were also available at the entrance of the appartement. The bed was a bit small for 2 persons and not so confortable. Although the neighborhood was very easy to reach from the airport, it was not the best you can get in naples. But the metro was very near and any of the nice places in the city were easily reachable. An additional chair and hangers for the towels in the bathroom would be necessary. For a stay of one week, cleaning up in the middle of the week would have been appreciated.

Overall very good location especially if you want to visit Pompei or Vezuvius. Just a suggestion, an additional furniture for clothes or personal items would have been nice, and also a hanger for used towels.
