So just be mindful of that. Otherwise it was perfect.

• KANAT (9/5): Nice place to stay - So clean, it is just 20 steps away from best church. Lots of place to eat. It is on 4th floor. Stairs, especially last floor was so steep. Family’s with kids or elderly people can have problem. There was no sign of that.

Ok pr des personnes en bonne santé physique (ce qui est notre cas) mais certainement pas évident sans ascenseur pour des personnes plus âgées ou à mobilité plus réduite.

Mi è piaciuto tanto il palazzo perché è proprio di quelli storici,(in pieno centro storico),il terrazzo è una chicca speciale che non tutti hanno la fortuna di poter vedere, si affaccia proprio sulla cupola del duomo e sui tetti Napoli,si vede anche il Vesuvio. Lively neighborhood, but never felt unsafe . Hotel is charming if you like historical buildings. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely too . We loved our stay. Everything was great , but if you love traveling with lots of bags or hate stairs this might now be a good option for you. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs .

The coffee was nice but the food was symbolic. The check in process was a bit complicated and communication was oddly aggressive but I think this is the Naples style.

The breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again. It is only cash which wouldn't have been a problem but being from the UK we had to get it out of a cash point. Maybe a shampoo bottle would be better than sachets.

Everything was comfortable and clean, Luigi was friendly and ready to meet us when we arrived. After more than five hours walking around Pompeii the stairs were a little daunting, but at least we knew about them in advance!
• Bognor (10/5): Excellent stay at the Il Miracolo. - Thank you Luigi and family for making our visit to Napoli so enjoyable. Il Miracolo was the perfect property for being located in the heart of Centro, everything is happening there. The apartment is located in a small quite piazza right next to the Duomo. Even though the streets were crazy with visitors to the city it was always quite in the piazza and apartment. I have attached a photo of the back of the Duomo taken from our bedroom window. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a nice size bathroom. Every morning we had a good breakfast provided by our host Luigi, who always gave us great recommends were to visit and eat. We were there at Christmas time so everywhere was crowded, but it was nice to return to Il Miracolo as it was peaceful there and we were able to relax. We also felt very safe outside in the piazza and inside the property. If you want to be in a great location in Centro, I would highly recommend staying with Luigi at Il Miracolo. We loved everything, so zero complaints. However, something to consider, we are in our mid 70"s, healthy and fit, and had no problems, but there are 73 steps up to the apartment, on the third floor.
• Thi (10/5): Gorgeous rooftop breakfast and very convenient location - We stayed here for a few days to see the sights of Naples and Pompeii. The location is very convenient and is within walking distance of museums, churches, the ferry port, the train station etc. The host was very communicative and gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment. He also provided lots of restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was amazing! It's on the top floor so be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs since there isn't a lift. We didn't mind, but someone with mobility problems might have issues.

• Madeleine (10/5): Il Miracolo is perfectly located, clean and welcoming with delightful management. - I felt secure and comfortable, the rooftop patio breakfast was a great experience and the quality of the food and coffee excellent, and it was a real bonus to have that human contact, Luigi and the staff were so helpful, giving advice and tips and even arranging taxi to the airport. I will be back for sure. Just the three flights of stairs but it was worth it!

Even though it’s in the heart of the historical centre, it was very quiet and safe. It was nice to open the balcony door to overlook the cathedral. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and we looked forward to this every day. Luigi was very helpful and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Nothing, it was all good.

• Kate (9/5): Superb - Being in a quiet place right in the heart of the old town, round the corner from the Cathedral. Having a trattoria with homely and delicious cooking just across the little square. And best of all is the roof terrace (a surprising rarity in Naples) right next to the dome of the cathedral and with views of Vesuvius. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were delicious with fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. Served on pretty painted china from the Amalfi coast. We were given excellent directions for how to get in late at night. This lovely B+B is not for the infirm - there is a staircase with more than 70 steps but no lift. However it's worth it for the roof terrace. Along with much of central Naples this is in the flight path with surprisingly frequent planes.

The location is walking distance from all the places we wanted to go. The breakfast terrace was lovely. There is a lot of stairs to get to the bnb, so definitely not for someone who can't manage that.

The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful.The location was excellent and the roof terrace was lovely for breakfast. The only issue was no lift and it was 75 steps up to the apartment which was okay for myself but wouldn’t be any good for someone who had difficulty with mobility.
• Leesha (9/5): Great base for a short stay with the most friendly staff - Great size room for two adults and two large suitcases, not a squeeze like normal hotel rooms. The team were so friendly, breakfast every morning was a lovely touch, freshly prepared for you as you sat down. The team were so helpful that they even agreed to let me use their washing machine - this was an extra touch which was not expected and made a big difference. Be prepared there are roughly 75 steps to get to this apartment. Other reviews mention it, so if you're booking then you're aware. The steps are fine on a normal evening after being out exploring all day, however the initial lug with heavy suitcases can be tough.

It's right in the middle of the old city so plenty to see and do from the door step. The breakfast was good. The only down side are the many stairs but saves going to the gym.Luigu was a good host. • Ella (8/5): Very good - Very nice room in city centre. Very good communication from host The walls are very thin. We heard our neighbours child from 7 a.m. on. Not a good place if you want so sleep out.
• Valerie (8/5): nice room, nice breakfast - hard to find. follow directions carefully - quiet even though just off a busy street the steps

• Ann (10/5): Our was extremely pleasant and helpful when we had questions about about Naples or ask for dinner recommendations. The p - Very well located to get to other places. The flights of stairs to the rooms were a little tough to come back to, I am a senior, but I did it.
• Luca (9/5): Superb - Great location, great rooms, breakfast is very tasty! Was allowed to leave our bags in a storage cupboard after we checked out, which was very useful allowing us to enjoy our final day in Naples before our flight. Only slight hiccup to my experience staying there is it's cash only, so I had to find a cash point during my stay.
