• Zivile (9/5): Great location and fantastic host - The apartment is well appointed and has everything one would need. most importantly it is in a great location, in the historical quarter- about 10min walk from the port, 15 to train station, but there is also a metro right outside. Maurizio, our host, was super helpful and made our stay more memorable. He followed up on every query, provided information where he could and checked in to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you Maurizio Does not accept payment by card, so we had to withdraw cash. When it's nearly €1000, it is quite inconvenient. If we would have been advised of this in advance, we could have made arrangements and it would not have been an issue. due to security, it's difficult to setup a new international payer on online banking when you are abroad.

• Mohamed (9/5): Very good value for money. - Beautiful, secured, quiet and centrally located building. Large choice of cafes and restaurants in the area. Walking distance from the main train station and the ferries terminal. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all amenities. It was very easy to communicate with Maurizio our host. He was available to help and he arranged for a 9:30 AM check in. You just feel at home. I would recommend the property without hesitation.
• Najnovsi (10/5): 10/10 - Excellent location in walking distance to all major sites of Naples. The Duomo metro station is literally in front of the entrace door. Appartment located in a beautifully renowated building and was perfectly clean and spacious. Bedrooms' windows are facing a small and quiet street. No problem with noise whatsoever. The host - Maurizio - was very friendly and careful about our stay all the time. Definitely recommended.

He also reserved a taxi for us early in the morning. The bonus was that the place had a washing machine. He gave us great advice of things to see and places to eat. No complaints

• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment in a safe location in Naples. - The property itself is beautiful and located within a courtyard like facility with security. The air conditioning was great and there was plenty of room for our family. While there is construction going on in the front of the building and on top of the Duomo station, the noise disappeared once inside the courtyard. The one smaller bedroom did pickup some outside street wise but nothing that the AC couldn’t drown out. Mauricio was very helpful in giving us directions to the off street parking location and they charged 35 euros for the night (well worth it once evaluating the on street option for parking). The parking attendants even knew Mauricio and were friendly and accommodating. Mauricio even met us at the parking spot and walked the 3 min with us to the apartment. I would have enjoyed one small bar of soap for the shower upon check in but that wasn’t mandatory.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Superb - Maurizo is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is very quiet considering the noise of Naples outside. Conveniently placed next to Duomo metro. 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed can easily sleep 3 couples.
• Odelia (9/5): Living the Vida Naples... - The host Maurizio is fantastic and always readily available by text, if needed. He met us outside the apartment when we arrived by taxi. Due to construction on the metro the front of the building does not have car access but that was not a problem. A great place for tour/taxi pickups is to give instructions as Piazza Nicola Amore at the Duomo Metro sign which is directly across the street. from the apartment. We found that a great place to be picked up. The location is walking distance to many attractions and the metro is directly across the street if you prefer to use the public transportation. A daily ticket of 4.50 euros gives you access to metro, buses and the funiculares. The information on booking.com was accurate and the pictures are also accurate. It's a very clean, comfortable apartment. Nice hot water pressure and super comfortable bed. We did not need the heat or air conditioning so I can not comment on those. Good washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, stove top, refrigerator. There is Conad City market 8 minutes walking and a Deutsche bank ATM all on Via Duomo. Cafes nearby, restaurants nearby. We ate at Trattoria Fedele a few times, the homemade desserts are so good. It's a 5 minute walk. Great place and location for our 8 nights there. A microwave would be handy because we did bring left overs back to the apartment a few times and it would have been nice to heat them up quickly. There is an oven though. If you're used to an American coffee maker there is none but the kettle and Italian coffee machine worked for us. There is some street/siren/car noise which is to be expected in a city so earplugs worked well. None of these took away from our wonderful experience at Easy Naples.
• John (10/5): Worth it. - This place is great. Two bedrooms, the smaller of which has a pull out bed. Clean and was remodeled in 2021. The area is noisy but then again so is most of Naples. The ground floor retail has not yet been completed but don’t be fooled by outside appearances. Walking into the courtyard was like Dorothy walking into Oz. Galley kitchen. Washing machine and sits on top of a subway stop. We were very pleased. Maurizio kept in contact and was very helpful. Once again a great place. Nothing really. Hard to get a cab right out front because of subway entrance construction as of April 2024. Do not let that discourage you.

Everything you need is there - comfortable bed, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen. What isn’t there you can pick up nearby. Maurizio was a very attentive host. He gave us dinner recommendations for pizza and gelato. We had a little time in the morning and he gave us walking directions to the historic district to visit the Duomo. He even steered us to the Metro to get to the train station. Well done Maurizio! The AC didn’t work so well in the second bedroom.

• Jing (8/5): Spacious and clean, great location. - Clean, spacious, central location, nice host. The air conditioner is kind of faulty. I am not sure if it works. We had to keep the fan running all the time.

It is a gorgeous building and a beautiful apartment. One small issue was that the air conditioning wasnt as cool as we would like but Maurizio told us they are planning to change it for the whole building.
• Harry (10/5): Perfect stay - Facility in old town at a perfect location Appartement equipped with all neccesary needs for short or long stay is situated in a renovated old style building Maurizio, the host, is very helpfull and gives all the service needed and easy to get in toch with. The appartement has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and are very Clean. It is very much recommanded. It would be good to give the metro line number to reach the facility in the info for train travelors It is Garibaldi station, metro L1 and first stop Duomo.

Maurizio was so lovely, such a brilliant host. The Place was clean, tidy, loads of storage, towels, washing machine, extra pillows and bedding. Sleeps 3 couples (2 bedrooms and one sofa bed) Only downside was the aircon wasn’t very powerful but that it the ONLY bad thing

• Bhavesh (10/5): An elegant retreat from the hustle and bustle, in the heart of the historical centre of Napoli. - The historical building, which is directly opposite the Duomo metro station, has been completely renovated to a very high standard. It has a beautiful entrance and there is a porter in case of need (for directions, etc. otherwise the host, Maurizio, was in daily contact via Whatsapp with me to make sure every aspect of our stay was looked after). The air-conditioned apartment itself, accessed by lift to the 5th floor, is elegant and spacious and has two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. There is fast fibre optic internet with good upload speeds perfect for quickly uploading your photos to the cloud. Each room has a large internet connected 4K flatscreen TV but more importantly the bed/sofabeds were all comfortable and we didn't hear any of the hustle and bustle going on outside so we all had some peace and quiet. There is also a kitchen with all the utensils, espresso machine and a dining table however I doubt you will need these when there is so much on offer on your doorstep because the location is absolutely fantastic: a great bar for breakfast just round the corner, 4 minutes walk to the famous Da Michele pizzeria and 8 minutes walk to Spaccanapoli. There were two small balconies but the railings were just a little too short for my liking but this is a minor quibble, everything else was perfect. If you suffer from vertigo don't go on to the balcony!

Maurizio is very accommodative, helped us with everything. apartment is brand new in a great building complex with concierge. clean, fully equipped, large enough to stay there forever (2 big bathrooms) !! Wi-Fi strong (we had to work for a day). aicondition in all rooms. 3 big screen tvs. we will definitely visit again! don miss out!
