- Rutherford (9/5): Will definitely stay again. The location is perfect and it is great value for money. - Location, size, facilities, bed, pillows, kitchen, washing machine. It is fairly quiet given it is in the centre of London. At first it was not very clean so I asked about that and it was reclined for us. However it was difficult to communicate with the property managers. There seems to be a team of people who work with a number of these apartments and they say different things so you don’t always communicate with the one person. It gets very confusing and difficult.

- Khalid (7/5): كانت سيئة بالمشاكل المذكوره - الموقع والشقه وسيعه وشرحة طبعا خذيت الغرفتين وصاله ، والمصعد تسليم الشقه كان سئ لدرجة غرفة النوم اول ليله بدون بطانيه والسرير ابد مو نظيف ورغم تواصلي معهم ولافيه تجاوب بنفس الوقت ، والمناديل نهائي مافيه ، والمناشف موجوده بس بحمام واحد فقط والواي ڤاي مايشتغل وكل هالمشاكل تم رفعها لهم لاكن تجاوبهم تسليك رغم سعرها العالي ، وانصح اللي بيسكن فيها مستقبلاً ياخذ معاه تلبيسات المفارش الجاهزة

- Tobias (8/5): Perfect for our needs - The location, a block from Oxford street and Bond Street station, was perfect for us. Elisabethline from Heathrow stops about 200 meters from the building.

- Madhuri (8/5): Wonderful stay in central London! - The property is in a great location, and the apartment itself was clean & contained all the essentials, especially the kitchen was well maintained with all the essential kitchenware to prepare breakfast as well as a simple meal. Decor is a bit outdated and the dishwasher broke down but the staff was very responsive and immediately sent someone to fix it. Great place for a group or a family and also safe considering it was central London! Will surely book again if we plan to come back! Nothing

- Redha (9/5): اقامه مريحه في قلب لندن - شقة في موقع رائع ومنطقة امنه تتكون من ثلاث غرف نوم وحمامين والمطبخ والصاله تقع بالدور الاعلى مطبخ متكامل ومعزول التعامل والتواصل اكثر من رائع اصنصير واسع عدد 2 مكيفه يوجد بلكونه واسعه تطل على الفناء الداخلي هادئة جدا انكسر ابريق تحظير القهوة وتمت مراسلة المضيف ورد مشكورا اذا رغبنا بواحده جديده 😊 ونشكره على مجاملته يوجد لديهم تطبيق وجميع الطلبات عن طريقه الاثاث مستهلك الشقه ستاندرد لا يوجد فيها اي لمسه فخامه الكهرب تعطل ولكن كان لدينا خبر مسبق مع الاصنصير في اول يوم لوجود صيانه في المبنى. لا يوجد معاليق كافيه في الحمامات لا يوجد سلة نفايات في الغرف

- abdulaziz huthith (7/5): - موقع الفندق جميل جداً وآمن خطوات من اكسفور تعامل الموظفين كان سيئ جاء وقت الاستلام ولا لقيت المفتاح وانتظرت ساعة عشان يجي المفتاح سقط المفتاج في فتحات اللفت ولم اجد المساعدة عطوني شقق في كل دور لحال على انه متوفر شقق اخرى ولكن لا اعلم عدم التعاون لماذا الاثاث قديم نوعاً ما
- Naif (1/5): لا انصح به ابداً - الموقع فقط لا يوجد طريقه لا استلام مفتاح الشقه ولم يرسل لي ايميل بمكان المفتاح حتى تم الاتصال بهم وانتظرت وقت طويل . الماء ينقطع في دورت المياة اكثر من مره مما استدعاني شراء ماء من السوبر ماركت للغسيل والوضوء .. ولا احد يرد على الملاحظات

- Ali (1/5): Bad - worst stay in London - disappointing - disgusting - Nothing the booking was wrong and we left immediately and they wrapped off our money as well as no one informed us how to check in at all .. it was the worst stay ever as well as they didn’t refund us the money at all !! Everything was bad and not accurate to images it was a scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there as well as I will write a review on them on trip advisor as they’re the worst !

- Mohammad (7/5): Good except about the check out at 10 am - The location is good, the cleanliness is good, and the way of dealing is good, but Other than that, the accommodation in general is clean, comfortable, and close to everything you need in London there is a very necessary note, which is the delivery time of the apartment is specified by the place, which is at 10 am in the morning, knowing that all hotels in the world have delivery after 2 p.m., so I paid a whole day so that I could leave at 3 p.m. Please correct this and inform those concerned about the apartments that this will not be exploited
- Salahudin (10/5): Best place to stay centrally located. - Everything about the apartment is that it is the best location behind Oxford Street. Easy check-in and Check out. Highly recommended. Location is the best. Nothing all good
- Kristie (3/5): Poor - The only thing good about this place was the location Everything else about this apartment was substandard: the apartment was so noisy, you could hear the doors in the corridor slam shut throughout the night. The unit itself was not soundproof at all. The bathrooms were really poor with dirty grouting and the hot water didn’t work in one of the showers. The apartment didn’t feel clean or comfortable, there were stains on the couch, so no one wanted to sit there. Overall, would never stay there again
