- TERESA (9/5): - Las instalaciones son lo que me encandiló...moderna, limpia, amplia, silenciosa por las noches aunque es verdad que estaban haciendo una obra apenas se escuchaba el ruido gracias a las ventanas. Tienes cerca tiendas, restaurantes la playa, supermercados, bazares, fruterías, la verdad que si vuelvo a Cádiz desde luego será aquí ☺️. Además una amiga vino también a Cádiz y fue a otro alojamiento mas caro sin cocina (obligándole a comer fuera siempre)...y muy pequeña la estancia y feucha...yo me quedo con un gran recuerdo e increíbles sensaciones ☺️. Además la cama de 10!!! Que estabas haciendo obras en la calle
- Paul (1/5): Filthy dirty, worst hygiene standards. Rude and gaslighting responses to messages. An example of total disdain for gues - . Filthy dirty dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. Smeared with other people’s food. (And there is a dishwasher). Had to clean everything to make dinner. Blocked shower with other people’s hair, slime & sand. I had to clean this out so the shower would drain. Disgusting stinking mess. Next morning I messaged them to let them know what I had found and had to deal with on the first night. I wasn’t asking for anything, just letting them know. They responded gaslighting me, saying I created the issue because their cleaner would have sorted it out. (At 9pm I don’t think so) I responded with my disappointment to their rude, gaslighting and insincere response. They then doubled down on the gaslighting, and also accused me of lying because I didn’t send through photos. An example of total disdain for guests because there is a plentiful supply tourist money. Don’t spend your money with this establishment. They don’t appreciate it.

El apartamento que nos tocó estaba en el patio interior donde está la recepción. Tiene ventanas pero dan a ese mismo patio, por lo que si llega gente haciendo ruido pueden molestar.

- Herranz (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, las camas son cómodas y las almohadas geniales. Hay aire acondicionado. Comedor-cocina para 4 personas. Tiene lavavajillas. TV grande delante del sofá (3 plazas). Dos dormitorios amplios con camas grandes. Para mi gusto faltaban una lavadora, tazas de desayuno (había vasos), una cafetera tradicional (había dolce gusto) y algún accesorio de cocina (tijeras, abridor).
- Cristina (8/5): - Limpo, silencioso, confortável. Anunciavam jarro de aquecer água e não tem. A funcionária limitou-se a dizer para usar métodos alternativos, o que já tinha feito, claro. Mas não arranjou o jarro.
