• Tony Clarke (8/5): Overall was very happy with the apartment - Location is fantastic. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Shower power and water was amazing, the best I have ever encountered. And the gym, if one is inclined to exercise, is a luxury. I guess the lack of natural light is a feature of many apartments in Spain, which tend to be long and narrow. This observation is not a complaint, just a personal comment. Having three keys is a bit of a nuisance; a color tag on each key would help, or alternatively, a digital pad with the same codes could be used. And yeah, the ramp at the door is a bit annoying (and I appreciate that it is for regulatory purposes).

• Luis (8/5): Delicias is good value for tour money. - Location. Great space for a single or couple. Enough equipment to manage few days visit. There are no windows. You could feel secluded.
• Chloé (10/5): Séjour, incroyable, nous vous recommandons. - Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement, il est très bien placé dans la ville d’Alicante il est vraiment très propre et très moderne. C’est assez calme et tranquille. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il n’y a pas forcément de points négatifs, la seule chose c’était que le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas très bien, mais ce n’était pas forcément grave parce qu’on ne l’a pas beaucoup utilisé.
• carla (9/5): Ottimo Yloft al piano terra - Tutto bello, confortevole e funzionale. Ottimo arredamento, posizione strategica vicino al porto, al lungomare, al centro e alla stazione ma in zona tranquilla. Il piano terra è un'ottima soluzione per entrare ed uscire velocemente ed in totale libertá. Unica nota negativa è la luce naturale. Non ci sono finestre nel bagno e in camera da letto ma in compenso c'e in ottimo impianto di aspirazione e di condizionamento caldo/freddo.

• Frans (9/5): Uitstekende slaapplek, en zeer gastvrije gastheer! - Dicht bij het centrum, station en de boulevard. Geen daglicht vonden wij wel vervelend. We hadden bij het boeken niet goed opgelet.
• Angelova (10/5): - The host is very sweet and responsive, sent me extra information about the city. Place is very clean and quite big, extra secure with a few entrance doors and security camera. The location is great, near the bus station and near the beach and old town. There is gym if you fancy it and a smart tv in the living room. There is a fair bit of sound from the street. I bought ear plugs and that solved it :)

• Marian (5/5): Das könnte besser sein - Die Eincheckzeiten wurden mehrmals geändert, was zu Verwirrung führte. Erst wurde uns gesagt, wir könnten nicht vor 16 Uhr einchecken, dann wurde es auf 15 Uhr geändert, und schließlich sollten wir bereits um 14 Uhr einchecken, bevor die Putzfrau die Wohnung verließ. Wir waren auch überrascht, eine Kamera im Wohnzimmer vorzufinden, die nicht vorher angekündigt wurde. Dies hat uns ein bisschen unwohl gemacht, da wir nicht wussten, ob sie funktioniert oder nicht. Die Wohnung war beim Einchecken nicht staubgesaugt, und der Besitzer hat uns aufgefordert, die Wohnung vor dem Auschecken sauber zu machen, was unfair war. Es gab keine Mülltüten und keine Spülmaschine-Tabs, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Die Wohnung hat kein richtiges Fenster, da sie ursprünglich ein Geschäft war. Dies führte zu einer unzureichenden Belüftung und fehlendem Sonnenlicht, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Aufgrund der unklaren Kommunikation und der unzureichenden Ausstattung würden wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
• JOSE (9/5): Apartamento amplio y comodo con excelente ubicación. - El apartamento estaba bien situado, limpio, cómodo y la instalación al completo y los enseres todo estaba genial. Amplio y muy cómodo. Por poner algo, quizás la rampa de acceso al mismo en la entrada y salida un poco incómoda por la inclinación de la misma

• Marek (10/5): Great location, equipped flat with gym👍 - The flat is big enough, having everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, air condition is a matter of course. There is a room which I had not expected. Equipped gym room which I used every day. Btw there is an air conditioner as well. The flat location is great. It is very closed to the city center, harbor and the beach as well. In 5 min you are in the train station. Bus stop is across the street with cheapest direct connection to the Alicante airport. The owner of the property takes care about your needs and helping you if necessary.
• Tommasini (9/5): All you need - Apartment was very central and very clean! You have everything you need around it and direct bus to the airport. We did not use the gym, but you have that as well as on option included in the property. You can hear the noise from the street as it's a ground floor apartment, but it did not bother us much.
