• Caroline (10/5): Extraordinaire appartement - Appartement moderne, neuf. Équipement complet, tout le nécessaire est disponible ce qui est un point ultra positif. Nous sommes à 15/20 minutes de la vieille ville en descente, un petit peu plus pour remonter à l’appartement. Et que dire de la vue ? En un mot: Epoustouflante. • Beverley (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Dubrovnik. - This was the best stay we have had anywhere. First, the owner was unbelievably kind and helpful, even collected us from the airport. Second, the apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean and the terrace and balconies gave the most incredible view over the old town and Lokrum island. Third, Dubrovnik was stunning and the food everywhere we ate was delicious and so fresh.... Nothing at all. Would return in a heartbeat.

• Leah (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Niche Apartment. - What's not to like about Srdjan's place? It's absolutely fantastic, beautifully designed, secure, and with great outdoor spaces. They've thought of every detail to make guests comfortable. The views over Dubrovnik and Lokrum Island are gorgeous. The location is slightly removed from town, and uphill with lots of stairs. However given how busy Dubrovnik is, we loved escaping to a quieter neighborhood and enjoyed the walk to and from the apartment to the Old Town and Sveti Jakov Beach. The location is convenient to the Ploce Gate which was much more pleasurable than using the Pile Gate. No dissatisfaction at all. No hesitation to visit again or recommend to friends and family. Please do be prepared for several flights of stairs to reach the apartment from the street. Location is uphill from town and beach.

The host was great with communications, even arranged our pick up from the airport and gave us a tour of the place so we knew where everything was. They even provided beach towels (lovely little beach ten minute walk away) It was a great workout but be prepared to climb lots of stairs, especially if walking back from the city :)

Mercado a 30m, cidade murada a 1 km, e se voce comprar o Dubrovinik Pass, o ônibus para a 100m de casa. Precisa estar claro que sao 6 lances de escada ate chegar no apartamento, e que é difícil estacionar e manobrar na rua. Nao é culpa do dono do apartamento, mas é uma informação útil!
• Paul (10/5): Amazing apartment great host will definitely book again - This is an amazing apartment, perfect location and the standard of the fixtures and fittings are 5 star ⭐, the beds are super comfortable and the apartment was spotless, it’s up a few flights of stairs but don’t let that put you off as it’s definitely worth it. Externally there are 3 outdoor patio areas that are just the perfect sun trap and the view over the Adriatic is amazing 🤩 Nothing

Good functioning air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, which was important as it was hot outside! Very well equipped kitchen and lovely welcoming provision of some coffee and food which was great as we arrived late at night. We loved the location - great views of the old city from the multiple terraces - and just a walk down the steps to some great bathing rocks. Deli a couple of doors down had very nice food. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Nothing - it was perfect

Attention to detail and personal touches throughout. Spectacular views from the balconies. A steep climb/descent to walk to old town, but perfectly doable! Host was attentive and helpful; popped to meet us early in our stay and offered tips and recommendations for our trip. Would love to return one day. Nothing!

Moderno, limpio, con todas las - La ubicación, las instalaciones, 2 habitaciones muy cómodas , terrazas con vistas al old town para disfrutar. Cocina súper equipada. Limpio, cómodo, moderno. Cerca del old town. Pero lo mejor el anfitrión, Srdjan, súper atento a todas nuestras necesidades, aunque no tuvieran que ver con el alojamiento. Esto hizo de nuestra estancia en Duvronic una experiencia inolvidable. Totalmente recomendable si quieren pasar unos días en esta Preciosa ciudad.

• Caroline (10/5): Excellent choice for a relaxing stay! - Very modern and clean. Excellent facilities, completely home from home. Had 3 balconies to enjoy the view and relax on. Srdjan was the perfect host, providing all that was needed including coffee and wine! Was so relaxing to come back after a hot and tiring day out! There is a small supermarket next door which sells snacks, fruit, bread, drinks, cheese, meat, etc. Not a dislike but just beware the property (as are many in Dubrovnik) has a lot of stairs! We would walk to the old town (15mins) but then uber back (around €12-16)

The friendly host was there to welcome us and say goodbye when we left.He even managed got us into a fully booked restaurant 💃🏽. The place was incredible! Very Chic! Great attention to detail. Better than the pictures. The distance from the Old town was walking distance. I could go on and on 👌🏾 If you have physical challenges walking up and down stairs. It will be a tough stay. Otherwise…nothing else was a challenge

• Les (10/5): A lovely place to explore a lovely place - This apartment is beautifully renovated to a high spec and extremely comfortable, with knockout views over the sea and the island of Locrum. There are four outside areas with a range of seating and the air in May is perfumed with blossom. The apartment’s in a residential area and is extremely quiet. The host is generous (a rare welcome pack was very welcome indeed) and solicitous. We took his offer of arranging the transfer and found the taxi service particularly good with charming and helpful drivers. The only drawback would be the number of steps to the apartment, which is not suitable for very infirm people. We are old ourselves so there’s nothing to fear if you are reasonably fit. Can’t think of anything wrong with it.

• Simon (10/5): Beautiful apartment with spectacular views, located in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the old town. We loved it - Apartment has everything you could need: full kitchen facilities, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Everything is new and good quality. The three terraces are a standout feature, and the views are amazing.

• Anna (10/5): Geweldig - The host gave us a great welcome on arrival with fruit, wine, coffee, milk, juice, etc. The apartment was new, spacious and very tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities. The view of the old town and sea was breathtaking. Two balconies and a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors. We really lacked nothing. There is a small local shop in the adjacent complex and the bus stop is located directly at the bottom of the (long) stairs opposite the apartment. Furthermore, our luggage was taken care of upon departure and the bus service was of high quality. In short...we would love to come back again! Nothing
