• Verena (9/5): Hübsches Refugium im Herzen des Ortes - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und sachdienlich. Hilfsbereit und charmant wurde jedes Anliegen behandelt. Auch die persönliche Begrüßung war ein guter Start in meine Zeit in El Cotillo. Das Apartment ist sachlich und gleichzeitig wohnlich eingerichtet und hat einige praktische Features, wie z.B. Waschmaschine, kleine Terrasse. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht kurze Wege und gibt zugang zum Puls des Ortes und ist dabei trotzdem ruhig genug (zumindest im Mai) Sonne auf der hübschen kleinen Balkonterrasse hatte ich nur ganz früh morgens und spät abends.
• katja (10/5): Alles top :-) - Sehr gute Lage, nah am Meer, alles im Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Total sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Besitzer, er hat uns sofort eine neue Kaffeemaschine vorbeigebracht, als die vorhandene kaputt ging. Er hat uns auch super Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend gegeben. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder buchen, absolut empfehlenswert. Nichts :-)

• Marina (10/5): Great place! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here: very modern and cozy apartment, great shower, comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen. Washing machine a great plus. And another thing definitely worth mentioning: Aarnoud was a perfect host, always ready to answer any questions. Would love to come again.
• Cami.lla (10/5): Ottimo appartamento - Posizione comodissima in centro a El Cotillo. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario - perfino teli mare, detersivi per lavatrice, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, olio, caffè e molto altro. E Arnoud è stato molto gentile e disponibile!

• Alessandra (8/5): Pace e serentità a El Cotillo - Sirena Iris è un monolocale nuovo, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere giornate senza pensieri. Ha un bagno con una doccia grande e anche una lavanderia con tutto il necessario per il bucato. Dotato di ampia porta finestra che dona molta luce naturale. E' ubicato a pochi passi dal centro del paese e dai negozi, ristoranti e pizzerie. Il proprietario è una persona squisita gentile e che subito si è adoperato per consigliare luoghi da visitare e ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato !!

• Maria Luisa (10/5): Voglio tornarci! - L’appartamento è davvero carino, è praticamente un monolocale ma spazioso e con tutto il necessario. É vicino al centro. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a El Cotillo di sicuro soggiornerei qui! Solo un piccolo suggerimento, posizionerei da qualche parte uno specchio grande. Non indispensabile comunque!

The location is in the centre of the beautiful town of El Cotillo , silent even if near were located lots of bars and restaurants. The host has been available for any thing in every hour , super kind and funny ! Hope to be back there soon !

• MARIA DEL MAR (10/5): Apartamento excepcional - Aarnoud nos dió la bienvenida, nos explicó como funcionaba todo y estuvo pendiente de cualquier detalle durante nuestra estancia. Además el apartamento era cómodo, estaba muy limpio y aireado, no se oían ruidos y tenía fácil aparcamiento. Nos gustó todo y sin duda volveremos a repetir.

• Łukasz (10/5): Exceptional - Host made great effort so the apartment is very nice and clean. It is well equipped even for longer stays. Very comfortable, highly recommend.
• Ss-l (7/5): Nice Studio, great for those enjoying the waves. - It was clean, comfortable and smelt good. It had what we needed, including an oven and washing machine and was close to cafes and parking , with a short drive to our favourite beach for swimming and snorkeling and also to Corralejo. The shower was good and always hot. The owner was really communicative and on hand if needed, offering clean towels etc. Water and a bottle of fizz was left for us, which was a bonus. For people off surfing all day this is a perfect place to relax and sleep. The kitchen could have a few extra utensils, like a potatoe masher and a fish slice for example, chasing an egg around a pan with a spoon was just an annoyance. The outdoor space to the main entrance has no sun and a constant stream of people passing by. It is right next to a school that was really noisy from about 8.30am and there were bins being rolled up and down the pathway at around 11pm at night. This was not the owners fault but an awareness of this may make a difference...
• Nikolai (10/5): Cozy apartment in the heart of Cotillo - It was our third time in Cotillo and first time at Sirena Iris. We chose the apartment because it's close to the surf spots and you can walk to nice restaurants and shops in the city. We were very happy, check-in and communication were great, and the host Aarnoud is also very friendly.
• Aliaksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice, clean, cozy place! The apartment has everything you might need, even for a long stay, everything for cooking, oil, salt, coffee, etc. There is a few shops nearby, restaurants, surfing school. Beach is a few minutes away. The owner is super nice too, answered all the questions and helped getting the bus directions. I'd definitely like to come again.

I definitely recommend apartment for single travelers or couples who need to have nice place, in calm El Cottilo, close to one of the best surf beach in island. I had everything I needed and even more: good host, brand new apartment and calm district on foot from the ocean and all city amenities.
• Beatrice (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and clean apartment. The owner made us feel like home even before our arrival. The house had everything you needed and it's located just at the entrance of El Cotillo. Coffee, restaurants, and shops at just 5/10mins walk.

The apartment is located in a nice and calm side street on the ground floor, very clean, spacious for 2, nice decorations, great bathroom with a rain shower, kitchen with all the utensils you need! Shops and food are right around the corner and the ocean is a 3 min walk. Only thing was a bit confused about the fact that the pictures showed a view from up top, thinking that the apartment wouldn't be on the ground floor- but no problem at all. Not even a negative fact. Was very pleased
