• luis (8/5): Vacacional sin 📺 - Las vista y la ubicación genial y la duchita en la terraza El alcenzol fallava y no subía del todo y se quedará unos 10 centímetros del suelo y muchas escaleras para ir a la apartamento..dentro también escaleras y el último día q me iba no funcionaba la televisión y encima se robaron de unos de los mando no tenía pilas y nosotros no somos de mucho televisión pero el domingo nos kedamos sin tele q la piva se perdió el programa

• Racheal (3/5): This property was not good value for money. - The view was excellent. When we arrived we had no lights in the bedroom. The water pressure was so low we were unable to have a shower or flush the toilet. The owner came round once and expressed that he agreed that we should have a refund but then he never answered our messages again throughout our whole stay. Once back in England, we lodged a complaint which Holidu worked hard to try and seek compensation for us. They allegedly tried to contact the owner for 1 month and in the end offered us compensation which did not even cover 1 night of our stay. Overall very disappointed with the facilities and the service we received.

• Sergent (8/5): Very good - Villa was spotlessly clean, view outstanding, bed very comfortable, easy key collection, great location Water pressure not great, but wasn't a major issue
• Micu (1/5): No water, missing facilities and no answer from host - The terrace. First of all when we arrived in the first day we noticed a lot of dust and hair on the floor and on the fan (and when we turned on the fan the dust was spreaded in the house). After it we saw that we did not have water at all, the pressure for cold water was very very small (we bearly washed our dishes) also the hot water was completely missing. We wrote to the host and he told us that he will be there at the property in 2 hours, we waited him for 2 hours and then he told me that he will call in 5 minutes, well, this did not happened. Also not all facilities mentioned on booking were present. After we washed our hair (of course with cold water) we searched for a hair dryer which was present on facilities list, but not present at the property. We tried to message the host but he did not answered. He answered just after we did an official complain at customer service and bring the missing hairdryer (after one day) and told us that the water problem is general in Tenerife and tried to increase the temperature in the boiler but without any help because at the end we still did not had any pressure because the water pump was the problem here (strange because with one week before we stayed in La Orotava where the water was ok and we also asked a guy which lives in Los Gigantes and told that this is not a general problem) and promised that in 2 days he will come with plumber and repair the water by adding a better water pump (also another question here, if there is a general problem how he can repair the general problem now). Well, we waited 2 days I messaged him 3 or 4 times, of course without any answer from host. So in the end we spent a week completely without any hot water and ended showering every day on the terrace with cold water because apparently on terrace you have good pressure but just.cold water. Totally not recommend this property.
