• Cristina (9/5): Para repetir - Lo mejor la ubicación. Está muy cerca de la playa y de todos los bares, pero a su vez está en una calle tranquila que no escuchas nada de ruido. No hay nada en específico que no nos gustara. Por comentar algo, la luz que entraba por la ventana al no haber persianas era un poco molesto pero todo bien.

• Simone (8/5): Toller Sonnenuntergang - Tolle Lage in Conil, super Aussicht von den beiden Terrassen, Sonnenuntergang vom Feinsten! Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet! Wohnung hält körperlich und geistig fit, bei den 3 Stockwerken überlegt man gut, was man für die Terrasse braucht! Uns hat's gefallen! Direkt an der Straße, wir konnten trotzdem gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

• Michael (4/5): Sehr laut während der Nacht. Zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. - Einfaches, charmantes, altes, sehr kleines Häuschen. Es ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Haus hat eine winzige Grundfläche, die Wohnung verteilt sich über 2,5 Etagen. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick über das Dorf. Das schlimmste war der Lärm während der Nacht. Eine absolute Katastrophe. Es ist nicht möglich, in diesem Haus erholsam zu schlafen, nicht einmal mit Ohrstöpseln (haben wir ab der zweiten Nacht versucht). Dies betrifft besonders das Schlafen im Erdgeschoss, im 1.OG (wo es modernere Fenster gibt) ist es etwas besser. Direkt neben dem Haus führt eine Straße den Berg hinauf. Wenn man auf dem Bett liegt, liegen zwischen dem eigenen Kopf und der Straße gerade mal 1-2 Meter Abstand, getrennt nur durch eine alte Holztür einfachster Bauart, die keinerlei Lärm abhält. Einen Vorraum gibt es nicht. Nachts fährt draußen alle paar Minuten ein Motorroller (in Spanien häufig mit abgesägtem Schalldämpfer) vorbei. An der Steigung geben sie Vollgas, es hört sich drinnen an, als würden sie mitten durchs Zimmer fahren. Auch Leute, die nachts am Haus vorbeigehen und sich unterhalten, hört man sehr laut. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so eine lärmige Ferienunterkunft gehabt. Die Vermieter sind zwar selber nicht Schuld an dem Lärm, aber eigentlich dürften sie diese Wohnung ohne Hinweis auf den Lärm nicht als Ferienunterkunft vermieten. Weiterer Kritikpunkt: Die Wohnung wird für vier Personen angeboten, ist aber eigentlich nur für zwei Personen richtig nutzbar. Sobald man zu dritt oder viert ist, kann man wegen des Klappbettes die Wohnküche nicht mehr richtig benutzen.

• Ivan (4/5): No repetiría - La ubicación El apartamento tiene 4 plantas y es muy estrecho, te tienes que bañar en la tercera planta y las escaleras son muy estrechas. El apartamento tendrá habiatables 10-12 metros cuadrados en dos plantas. Las sábanas estaban sucias, los baños son pequeños, la tostadora no funcionaba, cada vez que la poníamos saltaban los plomos y tuvimos que desayunar en la calle todos los días, algo que no teníamos previsto. Me parece caro para lo que es.

• Gasparattila (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment in a very good location, excellent hosts. The roof terrace is a perfect place for thinking of everything Actually there is no free parking place almost ever around the apartment, but near to the beach you can find.
• Gasparattila (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy your stay - It is a lovely apartment running by a customer friendly, helpful host. We enjoyed the sea and the city view from the top terrace at day and night. Location is good, you can start your city walk just in front of the door, the beach is only 10 minutes. Parking slot is always full near the apartment, but you can find some - with a little luck - near to the beach and it was ok for me to walk or run there extend the parking time.
