- Martha Cristina (7/5): Normal con psobilidades de mejora. - la habitacion asignada inicialmente estaba muy oscura y olia a húmedo, luego nos pasaron a otra habitación la cual el baño estaba dañado y por último fue la habitación donde finalente nos quedamos El desayuno es muy limitado, por ejemplo de fruta había solo papaya, en vez de huevo debería haber alternativas como cereales, jugos, pan, queso, jamón etc., si la persona quiere otro tipo de desayuno que en verdad solo son 2, (carne y calentado, tiene un sobrecosto de $6.000) aunque no es mucho , si falta variedad.

- Isabella (6/5): No es pésimo pero tampoco tan bueno como lo pintan - Amabilidad por parte del personal Las fotos que se publican no son exactas; les pone al parecer como unos filtros donde las hacen ver más iluminadas, muestran una pared de hojas que no existe, muestran una habitación con ventana y solo hay una pero no es la que uno selecciona. En conclusión, se ve muchi más elegante de lo que realmente es y el valor es costoso por el tipo de habitación que brindan realmente.

Die Duschen sind leider eine Katastrophe, kaum warmes Wasser und nur eine geringe Wassermenge. Die Couch ist schmutzig gewesen. In einem der Räume wurden einfach Gartenstühle/Gastronomie Stühle hingestellt. Frühstücksangebot ist mangelhaft, das Brot hat sich alt angefühlt (leicht wie Gummi) Das Personal hingegen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Alkema (8/5): Great price for a hotel in a premium spot in the city shopping center. - Clean, big bed, closet, in the city center, quiet in the late evening, friendly staff, good restaurant, elevator. The electric water heater in the shower wasn't working but was fixed the second day of our stay. We had a two room apartment, the entry room did not have air conditioning as I hoped to expect. There's only a kitchen table, a sofa bed and a small refrigerator. No kitchenette, cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave. This made this additional room pretty useless. The electric water heater installation in the shower would never pass safety regulations in my country. Pretty cramp placement of the toilet next to the shower cabin. hair dryer not working.

- juan david (2/5): completamente terrible . no recuerdo algo peor - el hotel es sencillo, y en las fotos se ve bien, el problema inicia en el aseo del mismo, las camas sucias, las habitaciones con cucarachas, el sonido de parejas en las otras habitaciones es tremendo, las habitaciones las ventanas tienen rejas y la puerta es metalica, tiene mas pinta de carcel que otra cosa, lo realmente complejo es el aseo que es fatal, las cucarachas y pulgas siempre vana estar en tu cama.

- MARTHA (8/5): - If you are looking for luxury this is not your place. But we were impressed by how clean they kept the room and the areas in general. Our bed was very comfortable. The second bed was not as much, but they provided us with a foam topper which worked great. The restaurant is somehow limited but breakfast was fresh made always. The staff were always courteous and willing to help. The AC in the room was a major plus. Our room was all the way in the back blocking the noise from the front street. Location is perfect. Right in the center of city. The price is extremely affordable and includes breakfast. I will definitely recommend it and come back to it next time.

- Monika (10/5): - Wow. For the price of a room this was one of the best places we stayed at. We like comfort and safely, but are frugal travelers. The room was really big and spotless. The beds freshly made and smelled good and looked really clean. Air conditioning! A big bureau, nightstands, outlets and a pretty interior. The area outside is relatively busy as it’s close to the center, but that makes it walkable. The staff was super friendly and helped us secure a taxi for a midnight flight out of Cali so alas, we could not enjoy breakfast. This place is a really nice hotel. I’d stay again without a second thought.

This might be a dealbreaker for people travelling for work. However staff was aware of the issues and suggested options such as working on the ground floor.

This includes walking distance to microbus station for a ride to Cali as well as being on the microbus routes coming from the airport (the street in front of the hotel) and heading to the airport (the street a block back from the hotel). You have the best of both worlds here: great city access (about and hour microbus ride more or least to the central bus terminal in Cali) without the hustle and bustle of the city.
