• Beatriz (10/5): Adorei! - Localização muito boa, bem pertinho da ponte nova. O hotel inteiro é bem bonito, decoração muito acomchegante. Cama maravilhosa, com travesseiros, edredon muito fofinhos, limpos e cheirosos. Café da manhã farto! O banheiro é um pouco apertado.

• Meike (9/5): Sehr schön. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. - Süßes kleines Boutique Hotel. Top Lage in der Altstadt. Leckeres Frühstück. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten! Nur für Anwohner. Es gibt einen Parkplatz 200m entfernt. Dort kann man für ca. 12€ 24h lang parken. Die Dusche war sehr klein. Klo quasi in der Dusche und man setzt alles unter Wasser.

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and enjoyable environment. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast. The only minor drawback was that the room was slightly small and offered limited space for storing luggage; however, this did not significantly affect the overall experience.

• Dieter (9/5): Historische Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Berat - Sehr gute Lage in einem historischen Gebäude in der Altstadt von Berat. Die Angabe, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind und nicht reserviert werden müssen ist irreführend. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der Nähe (ab ca. 100 m) zwar vorhanden, allerdings meistens belegt oder auch durch andere Hotels oder Gaststätten reserviert. Mit Glück haben wir ca. 500 m entfernt einen Straßenparkplatz gefunden. Zimmer und Bad waren hübsch aber klein.

• Britta (10/5): Perfektes Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern in Berats Altstadt - Kleines Hotel am Rand der Altstadt von Berat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das üppige Frühstück mit zusätzlichem Kuchen und Milchreis und frisch zubereiteten Eiern. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine war etwas problematisch.
• Julie (8/5): - Literie et vue incroyables Chambre petite, pas de rangements ni étagères pour poser vêtements et sacs. Aucun passage de femme de ménage en 3 jours (même pas pour la poubelle de salle de bains). Pas de personnel présent la nuit dans l'établissement. Communication en anglais pas évidente. Pas d'eau chaude le dernier jour -et sans excuses particulières de la part du personnel. L'établissement ne dispose même pas d'une bouteille d'eau à vendre sur place, j'ai dû sortir la nuit pour en acheter. Dans une guesthouse à bas prix tout cela serait acceptable, mais pour le prix de cette chambre c'est limite.

Le personnel etait vraiment sympatique et un délicieux et très copieux dejeuné nous a été servi 😃 C'etait un peu bruyant dans la rue et le stationnement gratuit etait trop difficile d'acces (dans une pente pronnoncée à sens unique sans endroit pour retourner la voiture donc nous avons déboursé 10 euros pour un parking à 3 min de là

• Sian (9/5): Gorgeous place and brill location! - Lovely little boutique hotel in an amazing location for Berat. The staff were kind and gentle, and the bedroom was well furnished and clean. The breakfast was really generous and we loved it every morning! The bathroom seemed a little dated and the parking was tricky as we didn’t know you had to reserve a spot outside in advance. I would have preferred this to be better communicated via messaging after booking to ask if we would need a spot as when you look for it on booking.com the information is quite hidden away.

• Dolores (7/5): Hotel bonito habitación no tanto - El hotel por fuera es precioso, el personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta nuestra habitación en concreto era muy pequeña en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Hasta ahí bien, pero el baño además de ser minúsculo y sin luz , la ducha inexistente un grifo en mitad del baño en que claro si te duchabas encharcabas todo el baño de agua.

• Andrea (10/5): - The hotel is very cute. Staff were so nice that they were able to switch my room right away after a shower inconvience. (just be aware not every room has a shower 😬) . They also helped us carry over bags all the way to the 3rd floor and their breakfast was very tasty as well 🥰. Just be aware a lot of small boutique hotels in Berat technically dont have a shower like there is a shower head and then the toilet so I guess you take a shower seating in the toilet ?. My concern was that I was gonna flood the room but as soon as I expressed my concern they were able to help me out.
• Joan (8/5): Recomanable si s'obvien els inconvenients que he descrit - La ubicació de l'hotel és bona i permet anar a peu a tot arreu. L'esmorzar és força complet i abundant. L'habitació que anomenen "Attic Twin Room" te el seu encant (fusta i sostre inclinat). Vaig passar dos nits a l'hotel i no van netejar ni arreglar l'habitació després de la primera nit. No sé si això és la norma a Albània perquè, durant el meu recorregut per Albània, no vaig passar més d'una nit a cap altre hotel. La descripció diu que l'habitació te vistes a la ciutat. La realitat és que per veure una mica de la ciutat has de sortir al replà tancat de l'escala o bé mirar a través de la finestra de l'habitació que dona al replà tancat de l'escala i que te una altre finestra. Això també disminueix una mica la privacitat perquè altres hostes poden veure dins l'habitació si no tens la finestra i les cortines tancades. No te dutxa com a tal sinó que el mateix quarto de bany fa el servei de dutxa (al terra hi ha un desaigüe per evacuar l'aigua que cau al terra quan et dutxes.

• rebecca (10/5): Modern yet traditional . - Great location. Very clean and modern but still managing to feel traditional. Lovely breakfast. There is no outside space, but to be fair, it's not really possible in Berat when everything is perched on the side of a hill!!
• OLGA (9/5): Buena ubicación - Cama cómoda. Ubicación excelente. El parking es de acceso por una calle empedrada en la que solo cabe un coche: no es fácil. Igualmente para las maletas, al estar la calle empedrada hay un tramo de unos 30 metros que hay que llevarlas a pulso. No hay ascensor, por lo que si te alojas en una planta alta, Hay que subir y bajar a mano las maletas.

• Christian (8/5): - Sehr gemütliches Hotel in altem Gemäuer, mit knarrigen Holzböden. Eines der besten Betten das wir je hatten. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Nahe bei der Altstadt, die man nur zu Fuss erreicht. Die schöne Flaniermeile mit unzähligen Bars und Restaurants ist nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Die Anfahrt ist etwas steil, daher für Motorräder etwas ungeeignet, weil diese in Hanglage parkiert werden müssen.

El baño un poco más pequeño pero bien. Todo bien

• Ione (7/5): Buena ubicación con mal parking - Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Berat Dice que tiene parking, pero además de tener que reservar, son contadas plazas de aparcamiento en una cuesta estrecha y adoquinada donde no se puede maniobrar, la entrada o la salida tiene q ser marcha atrás, y dejando allí el coche te la juegas a quedarte sin retrovisor.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist us. They even made a reservation at the restaurant, Ajka, which was very nice.
