• Giovanni (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per quattro notti ed eravamo un gruppo di 11 amici - L’hotel Bizim è in posizione strategica, a un passo da tutte le moschee e i punti di interesse storico, il titolare dell’albergo è stato gentilissimo e ci accontentato in ogni cosa, la colazione era superlativa, abbondante, fresca e curata. Posso dire con sincerità che il soggiorno presso l’hotel Bizim è stato estremamente piacevole. Lo consiglio vivamente!

• Ana (5/5): - Tem uma boa localização, próximo ao Gran Bazar, área das mesquitas Azul e Aya Sophia, da pra ir andando, também tem transportes perto. O quarto não era nada parecido com as fotos, bem mais antigo e velho, o café da manhã é bem tradicional turco, quem não está acostumado vai estranhar, e também é repetitivo. Durante o dia tem bastante barulho na rua, mas como vai fazer os passeios, a noite é silencioso.

• Karla (6/5): It´s OK - El desayuno estaba abundante y rico, la ubicación es muy buena, aunque en los alrededores hay mucha actividad lo cual genera ocasionalmente bullicio. Habíamos reservado una habitación y cuando llegamos la limpieza dejo mucho que desear. Solicite cambio de habitación y muy amablemente me lo hicieron, aunque fue frustrante en el momento ya que venia llegando cansada del aeropuerto.
• VITOR (5/5): Muito fraquinho, mas com excelente localização - A localização é excelente, muitíssimo perto da Estação de Tram de Beyazit, da Mesquita de Beyazit e do Grande Bazar (bastante central para andar a pé no centro histórico). O pequeno almoço é uma das melhores ofertas do Hotel, oferecendo o absolutamente essencial e bastante fresco. Mas não tem croissants, nem ovos mexidos! O Hotel é francamente básico e velho! Em Portugal não poderia ser classificado com mais do que 1 estrela! Tem móveis partidos, lâmpadas fundidas, cortinados rasgados. A entrada é quase miserável (sem espaço nem condições para estar) e os quartos e WC são minúsculos e mal estruturados.
• Maurizio (4/5): Leider enttäuscht - Das einzige was am Hotel positiv war, war die Lage. Sehr zentral. Als wir eingecheckt haben, habe ich mir direkt das Zimmer angeschaut. Dabei ist mir sofort aufgefallen, dass das Badezimmer und die Toilette überhaupt nicht gereinigt waren. Ich bin daraufhin direkt zur Rezeption gegangen und habe das gemeldet. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass der Manager nicht da sei, aber sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert wird. Am nächsten Tag, als wir ins Hotel zurückkamen, wurde das Bad zwar gereinigt. Allerdings wurde es in den darauffolgenden drei Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett gemacht. Ein weiterer Punkt ist das Frühstück: Die Auswahl war leider sehr begrenzt und insgesamt nichts Besonderes. Außerdem war das Bett für zwei Personen sehr klein und dadurch wenig komfortabel.

• Roman (9/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at Bizim Hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from all the major attractions and only 5 minutes from the T1 tram line, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are cozy, quiet, and exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast is traditional Turkish style, with a nice variety of local options. While the coffee could be improved, the tea was very good and enjoyable. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with a warm atmosphere.

Davvero tutti molto gentili. I miei complimenti Non ci sono cose che non ci sono piaciute ma solo preferenze che variano da persona a persona. Ad esempio io avrei preferito dei cuscini più bassi ma tutto sommato ho dormito comunque davvero bene
• christina (8/5): Hotel in top Lage aber kleinen Zimmern - Das Bett war gemütlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top! Die zimmer waren leider sehr klein. Auch sind die Fenster nicht ganz dicht, sodass viel Lärm von außen in das Zimmer gelangt.

We made a reservation through Booking for three people and specifically booked a room with one double bed and one single bed. Upon arrival, we were given two single beds and one metal folding bed, which is completely unsuitable for an adult. Their excuse was that we had booked the wrong room, which is not true – we clearly proved this to them. Despite that, they refused to resolve the issue without charging extra and instead offered us a proper room only with an additional payment, which is unacceptable. This gives the impression that they do this on purpose. The cleanliness of the hotel is at a very low level. The room was not properly cleaned – it seems they don’t use a vacuum cleaner or even mop the floors. The most concerning issue is that we have strong reasons to believe that the staff opened our suitcases. One T-shirt went missing from one of the bags, which is completely unacceptable and very serious. We have been traveling to Istanbul for 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. We will definitely never return to this hotel.

Nunca he estado en una habitación tan agobiante y el baño más pequeño imposible.

Inoltre un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la stanza e ci hanno dato le lenzuola per rifarci il letto noi. In pochi passi si raggiungono i mezzi pubblici e il Gran Bazar, e allungando un po' di più la passeggiata in un attimo si arriva a Sultanahmet. Aggiungerei qualche variante alla colazione (del semplice pane tostato, uova strapazzate, pancake, ecc.). Inoltre, la manutenzione dello stabile richiede un po' di attenzione in più.

• nerea (9/5): Bonita y cómoda estancia - La habitación muy amplia, no sabíamos que tenia una pequeña cocina y fue una buena sorpresa. Viajamos en familia y el tener los dos pisos daba sensación de amplitud. Tiene una terraza grande. Estaria bien que pusieran unos cubiertos y algun plato mas. El personal super amable. La ubicación es excelente. Les pedimos con antelación pan sin gluten y no pudieron conseguirlo hasta el último dia.

La chambre à l'aire plus grande en photo mais c'est correct, le ménage est fait tout les jours, les personnels est très bien, le lit et les oreillers sont très confortable. La rue n'est pas très bruillante. Le - l'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne mais correct, nous avons l'odeur de fumée de cigarette dans notre chambre sûrement qu'une personne fumé dans la sienne et ça passé par les conduits d'aération. Je recommande cette hôtel

• REVEKKA (9/5): - Πάρα πολύ πρόθυμο προσωπικό για τα πάντα...μας σκλάβωσαν.....δεν προλαβαίναμε να ζητήσουμε κάτι μας τό φέρναν.....τοποθεσία ιδανική όλα είναι δίπλα Με τα πόδια Κ σέ μέσα μεταφοράς... τό πρωινό παρόλο που ΔΕν ήταν μεγάλο είχε ποικιλία Κ τό πιο σημαντικό τό ανανέωναν συνεχώς όλη τήν ώρα ... πράγμα σπάνιο.... όλα κοντά Με τα πόδια....25 λεπτά έως τή γέφυρα τού γαλατά...5 λεπτά από τό τσαπαλι παζάρι...10 λεπτά από τό αιγυπτιακό παζάρι Κ γύρω του άπειρα μαγαζάκια για ψώνια....10 λεπτά από μπλέ τζαμί Κ αγ.σοφια....το τραμ δίπλα τού σέ 3 λεπτά σέ πάει και στην απέναντι πλευρά τού Βοσπόρου.... όλοι ήταν Με χαμόγελο Κ τεράστια υπομονή... οποίος γράψει αρνητικά σχόλια είναι άδικος... οτιδήποτε ΔΕν σάς αρέσει απλά πείτε τό στο προσωπικό Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά πάντα σέ σύγκριση Με τή τιμή.... τά δωμάτια ίσως θέλουν λίγο ανακαίνιση αλλά ήταν αξιοπρεπές.. για τή τιμή τού άριστο

• vangelis ziakas (10/5): - The hotel is very close to tram station and very close to the most important places to visit. They cleaned the room every day and change the towels. The breakfast was very good to start your day with energy.
• Xiomara (5/5): No lo recomiendo - Me decepcionó bastante. La ubicación, las instalaciones, el desayuno . No me gustó nada

• Fabio Domingo (9/5): Great location and the most amazing staff, for a very decent price. - The friendliest and most attentive staff at a fantastic location vis-à-vis the old town. The room was great in terms of price-quality relation. The pillows were rather uncomfortable and the toilet brush was broken and did not get replaced despite a request.

• Maciej (10/5): Very nice hotel in Istanbul, great location - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Bizim Hotel in Turkey. The rooms are quite small, but very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What really makes this place special is the staff — they are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Murat and Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their kindness, positive attitude, and excellent service truly stand out. If you’re looking for a clean, honest hotel with a warm atmosphere and outstanding staff, this is definitely a great choice. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
