The premises was very well equipped, and the kitchen was excellent, which we really appreciated because of our dietary needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Great location. • Tania (9/5): Een verblijf aan het strand waar je kan genieten van een goed ingerichte woning met zwembaden - Zowel voor als bij aankomst was er contact met de vriendelijke host. Sleutels werden persoonlijk afgegeven. Bij aankomst werd een rondleiding van het complex gegeven. Nette accommodatie, gezellig ingericht. Het vakantiehuis bevindt zich in een resort met zwembaden en restaurants en parking. Goede bedden. Veel kastruimte. Goed ingerichte keuken en ommuurd terrasje waar je privacy hebt. Wij verkiezen volledige verduistering in slaapkamers maar dat is persoonlijk. De luiken waren ook prima en we hebben zeker goed geslapen. De bedden waren voor ons perfect.

• Mauer (9/5): Draußen Regen und Sturm, drinnen Gemütlichkeit - Wir wurden auf dem Parkplatz von Villacana sehr freundlich von Christian empfangen. Er zeigte uns die Anlage und den Weg zum Meer und unserem Haus. Das Haus war geräumig und sehr sauber. Unsere Hündin hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt und wir auch🤩. Allerdings konnten wir die Playa nicht wirklich genießen, da Regen und Stürme durchgezogen sind. Aber gerade dann, ist es erfreulich ein schönes, warmes Zuhause zu haben.Nettes gemütliches Restaurant „KAI“ fussläufig entfernt und der Hund konnte auch mit. -

• Gudrun (10/5): 20 von 10 Punkten - Eine fantastische Unterkunft, außergewöhnlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eher unüblich für Spanien... es fehlte an nichts. Christian ist ein sehr bemühter Gastgeber und steht mit Hilfe und Tipps zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und im Stil eines andalusischen Dorfs errichtet. Kostelnose Parkplätze inklusive. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und in kurzer Entfernung nach Estepona und Marbella (10 Autominuten), nächster Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Auf dem Campingplatz nebenan gibt es morgens frische Brötchen. Da ich im Januar dort war konnte ich die Pools nicht nutzen und auch die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung hatten geschlossen. Ein Auto ist in dieser Jahreszeit von Vortei! Ich komme wieder! Gruß an Christian Nichts

• Marcin (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, spokojnie, ogrodzony teren, miejsca parkingowe z ochroną, sklepik przy obiekcie, 3 baseny na terenie osiedla, plaża zaraz za ogrodzeniem, Christian bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny, kontakt natychmiastowy.

The Villa is clean, comfortable and Christian is a wonderful host, always on top of things and at hand if you have any issues or require anything. Can’t really fault the property.

• Sarah (10/5): Comfortable & Peaceful Beachside Retreat In Beautiful Grounds - Lovely quiet location with a shady courtyard. Very friendly & responsive owner with great English. The house has all modern conveniences & the view from the master bedroom is exceptional. Efficient heating which was needed at times in December. Perfect location between pool and beach. The grounds of the complex are absolutely beautiful. I recommend taking the footbridge to the restaurants in Cancelada, we ate very well there & received a warm welcome everywhere. It’s also easy to get around by bus.

The sea is 50 m away and you are between two great cities - Estepona and Marbella where there's always smth to do. The house is nice and you have everything there for a comfortable living. The host is super nice and is always reachable for any questions. We stayed in Jan-Feb and really enjoyed the quietness of the place with very few people around. We literally liked everything, so nothing to add here.
