Le petit déjeuner était également au top : varié, frais, et délicieux, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Un immense merci à Fabian, qui s’est occupé de nous avec une attention remarquable. Toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Local de estacionamento (caótico na cidade) sempre disponível. Restaurantes, gelatarias, lojas, supermercados a curta distância a pé. O facto de o Hotel estar na saída sul de Sarandë permitia fugir ao trânsito da cidade. Os edifícios estão colados uns aos outros, o Hotel nas traseiras estava a poucos metros da nossa varanda, mas este é um mal da cidade. Sarandë é ainda uma cidade com muito trânsito mas, saindo dali, o país é bonito, as pessoas simpáticas, as praias deslumbrantes

• Carmen (10/5): Príjemný útulný rodinný hotel - Lokalita bola super, čisté izby, pohodlná posteľ a vôbec nás nerušil hluk aj napriek tomu že je hotel na frekventovanej ulici. Personál bol skvelý, vo všetkom nám pomohli, navrhli kde mame ísť na výlety. Od hlavnej promenády je hotel vzdialený 30 minút pešo, ale v okoli hotela najdete kopec reštaurácii a obchodov. Raňajky pestré a veľmi chutné na to že je to malý rodinný hotel. Izby upratujú každý deň a vždy nechajú čisté uteráky. Nie zo všetkých izieb je vidieť na more, čo je škoda. wifi bolo dosť slabé. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help; they even suggested family-friendly places to visit. The location is ideal – just a few minutes from the center and very close to clean, safe beaches for the kids. Such as Ksamil. • Alan (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the room. It was spacious, with one double bed and one single bed. This room had a very nice size bathroom with a nice shower that had high pressure if you needed it. The shower could also be as hot or cold as you prefer. The view from the balcony was okay for the 1st floor, but for a room on the upper floors, it has an amazing sea view. The rooms were cleaned every day, with new sheets, towels etc, this was exceptional, to be honest. The hotel and room were very modern with really good functioning AC, TV if needed, and quite a decent amount of storage, the rooms also seemed very soundproofed as we didn't hear a peep from neibouring rooms. The breakfast is decent if you need to fill a gap to get you through the morning and early afternoon. I have to say, my favourite thing about this hotel is that the staff are all family, and they are all so kind, helpful and caring. I have to say a massive thank you to you all for a fantastic stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying here as its in a really nice location, not to close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to walk or get a taxi into the main area of Saranda. We stayed for 7 days and I have to give this hotel a 10/10 all round. Thank you.

Breakfast was very good and really worthy. Buffet with big variety and plenty of choices. Plus, we got an upgrade from a triple room to a quadruple room, which was a great surprise! The room was fantastic, new, luxurious and quite spacious.

A few bars and many restaurant's not all good or good value! Breakfast was ok, sliced bread? Dead eggs but ok if you bring your own teabags, juices poor. Water jar always empty! I only went once in 6 night stay!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, a must-have during the Albanian summer. This family-owned hotel goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. There's also a great restaurant downstairs where you can enjoy both breakfast and dinner.

It was wonderful to have a small balcony where we were able to sit outside & enjoy the fresh air & a few drinks. A clothes rack was provided for drying beach towels & clothes. The buffet breakfast was varied & plentiful. The fresh fruit was also appreciated. The staff were lovely & very helpful with guidance regarding tour information, calling taxis & even helping with our luggage. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach, a supermarket, buses & shops/restaurants. The hotel Alpha was a lovely place to stay & contributed greatly to our holiday relaxation & enjoyment. I highly recommend it as a place to stay. I could not fault the hotel or staff.
