• Pavlo (5/5): Прекрасное расположение и отличная кофейня рядом, но состояние самих апартаментов, грибок в душе и полное отсутствие обе - Расположение апартаментов нормальное, недалеко есть достопримечательности. Совсем рядом находится замечательная кофейня с очень вкусным кофе и десертами. Отдельно хочется отметить невероятно добрый персонал кофейни, который порадовал наших детей сладостями. В самих апартаментах были чистые постельное белье и полотенца. Путь к апартаментам удручает: в коридоре-тоннеле разбросан мусор (газеты, коробки), а во дворе стоят баки, от которых исходит неприятный запах и летят мошки. В самом подъезде нет освещения — в темноте легко споткнуться. Внутри апартаментов: 1. Чистота: под гардинами на полу много пыли. 2. Оборудование: кофеварки из рекламы нет, тостер выглядит аварийным (оплавлен), а чайник имел резкий запах скисшего молока. 3. Комфорт: в комнате было холодно. Хозяин обещал прислать мастера с обогревателем, но никто так и не пришел. 4. Ванная: в швах плитки черный грибок, а душевая шторка постоянно прилипает к телу. 5. Сервис: Wi-Fi не работал. Хозяин перенаправил к менеджеру, который игнорирует сообщения уже несколько дней даже после выезда.
• francesco (6/5): Descrizione fuorviante - La posizione a pochi passi da due diverse fermate metro, che in sole due fermate vi porta al centro storico. La presenza del caratteristico mercato, diversi supermarket, ristoranti e caffetterie. Si tratta del quartiere turco di cui abbiamo apprezzato l'atmosfera multietnica e colorata e dove, per variare dalla cucina austriaca e risparmiare anche qualcosa, abbiamo cenato due sere (precisamente da da Baba Doner, con kebab preparato da loro e non pre confezionato). Che l'appartamento sia molto piccolo e il palazzo in cui è inserito fatiscente e sporco è chiaro dalla descrizione e dalle recensioni su booking ma noi abbiamo voluto dargli una chance perché non siamo persone di grandi pretese. La nostra priorità era spendere poco e stare vicino alla metro. Quindi niente da obiettate. Ma... ritengo poco corretto vendere un alloggio con cucina quando questa non è funzionale. Ed è un peccato perché basterebbe davvero poco per renderla tale. È presente solo una piccola padella, un pentolino antiaderente tutto raschiato inutilizzabile (quanto costa comprarlo nuovo?). La macchinetta del caffè che vedete nelle foto e che ci ha fatto preferire questo alloggio ad altri NON è presente, il wifi idem. Non c'è proprio, per cui abbiamo avuto difficoltà a connetterci con la nostra rete. Queste mancanze costituiscono a mio parete un vero e proprio inganno. Noi volevamo cenare a casa un paio di sere ma non è stato possibile. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina solo per la Colazione riscaldando il latte nella padellina un poco alla volta! Non c'era uno strofinaccio, un tappetino per la doccia, uno straccetto per pulire il piano cottura e il tavolo, una scopa per raccogliere le briciole... Insomma, oggetti da pochi euro che potrebbero sollevare il punteggio dell'alloggio e renderlo davvero confortevole. Per concludere: se dovete passarci più di una o due notti ve lo sconsiglio.

• Erlind (1/5): - I liked only the location It was so dirty we were afraid to use the towels and to sleep on the bed sheets. We had to buy new towels just for the days we stayed there. The apartment is really tiny and the entrance smells bad. If i could give it 0 stars i would do it!

• Sales (5/5): Mejorable - Buena ubicación ya que tenía el transporte público muy cerca. El piso en general no estaba demasiado limpio; la alfombra estaba bastante sucia y daba sensación de falta de higiene. La entrada resultaba algo inquietante. Además, la cadena del WC no funcionaba correctamente y tuvimos que arreglarla nosotros mismos. En cuanto al descanso, los colchones no eran demasiado cómodos y el espacio resulta bastante justo para cuatro personas.
• claudio (9/5): Non badate alle apparenze del portone: la posizione è strategica vicino al centro di Vienna - Vienna è una città pulita. Le strade sono prive di spazzatura e cartacce, anche nelle vicinanze delle attività di ristorazione più produttive.. ecco questa struttura ricettiva vi aiuterà a capire. La struttura è accogliente ed è ubicata al primo piano del civico 35 di via Pernestorfergasse. ecco è questo PORTONE con l'atrio retrostante che vi aiuterà a capire come mai le strade di Vienna sono pulite: tutta la spazzatura è accumulata in spazi privati come questo.. nel quale ci sono ben 4 cassonetti della spazzatura.. Li svuotano spesso ma Cartacce, spazzatura e altro traboccano e il tutto cade per terra.. Una notte abbiamo visto anche un topo rovistare negli scarti a terra Insomma.. un biglietto da visita orrendo.. Ma.. ma superando questo aspetto capace di dissuadere un visitatore occasionale dall'avventurarsi oltre il portone, se si osa.. ecco.. arrivati al primo piano si arriva ad una porta co serratura a combinazione. Da lì in avanti un appartamento pulito e caldo vi accoglierà.. a sua volta è suddiviso in altre stanze con chiave custodita in una piccola tasca a muro blindata con combinazione .. una di queste sarà la vostra dimora per il soggiorno a Vienna. ( La chiave dell'appartamento custodita in siffatta Piccola cassetta blindata appesa al muro affiancata alla porta Permette, memorizzando la combinazione, a chiunque del gruppo Che alloggia nell'appartamento Di rientrare a suo piacimento, anche prima degli altri, aprire la cassettina e prelevare la propria chiave Senza doversi passare di.mano o comunque gestire la unica chiave di un appartamento) La struttura è sufficientemente pulita (nella.mia stanza un tappeto era però decisamente provato dall'usura del tempo e decisamente macchiato). Tenetw conto che Durante il soggiorno nessuno passa a fare pulizie o a cambiare asciugamani. Comunque la stanza è Arredata in modo accogliente e c'è tutto quello Che vi può servire, per il soggiorno. ..
• Tanja (4/5): Schmutzig und gruselig - Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Der Zugang zum Apartment ist grauenhaft, man geht durch ein Tor, das ausgehängt ist, zu einer Tür, wo man vom optischen sagen könnte, da möchte man einfach nicht rein. Das Apartment war leider auch sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt habe ich mich als Frau alleine nicht wohl gefühlt und das für den hohen Preis.

• Yuliia (7/5): Жилье с ладошку - Больше всего понравилось внимание со стороны владельца) А также небольшая кухня, удобная кровать двухъярусная, тепло. Арабский рынок, в 2х минутах, где можно купить за 1-2 евро множество фруктов и овощей)) Транспортная развязка.Жилье для экономии. Жить в ОООчень маленькой комнате можно максимум 3 дня, не более, и только 1-2 человека вместе Двор с кучей мусорных баков и запахом.. Но если одеть розовые очки, можно этого не заметить...

Dirty rug, blanket (hair in blankets, blankets no fresh with stain), smell in fridge not fresh, Generally not clean. Not safe area.

• Jean-marc (8/5): Very handy if you're just looking for a place to sleep and have a shower - Easy to reach by metro or tram, only two stops from the main station. The apartment has been renovated so everything is clean and new. If the apartment is brand new, the building itself is a bit dodgy and dirty, like the main entrance. It can also be a bit hard depending of your age for two people to climb on the double bunk bed. Dear owner, just to inform you: the back of the sofa under the bunk bed has been wrongly mounted! The cushy side is facing the wall instead of facing the back of the persons seating there.
• Heiko (4/5): It was an unpleasant stay, I would never book again in this place. - The apartment had all the necessary equipment for me. It is located walking distance to U1 subway station Keplerplatz. The entrance to the apartment was through a trashy backyard. I saw rats every day. The hallway was dirty and smelly. It looked like nobody was living there. I didn't feel safe in the place. One day the police woke me up at 7h in the morning, looking for a person in one of the 4 apartments. The heating didn't work. It was cold. I sat with a jacket and scarf in the evenings. The water in the shower didn't run out because it was full of hair. I had to clean that out myself in order to not flood the bathroom each time. The small space was stuffed with 4 room perfumes. I am wondering how it would smell without them.
• Vanesa (7/5): Good - Nice, freshly renovated, clean. -super small space for 3 ladies and 3 nights spent there -no coffee machine as portrayed in the pictures -a hair dryer would be nice -the 2 floor ikea bed seemed like super low quality, it was scary to sleep there -the shower floor gets all wet no matter what
• Ivica (10/5): I would recommend tihs apartment. - Everything was in the best order. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. Communication with the owner was perfect. It was loud in the early morning hours in the apartment next door.

• Paulina (5/5): Passable - Big plus for the coffee maker and kitchen acessories. Unfriendly neighborhood. I have the impression that the facility has not been cleaned up after previous renters. The bedding and towels were dirty. A spider in the bathroom that scares away.
