• jeroen (10/5): Prachtig villa in een wijk in aanbouw - Zeer nette villa! Lekker ruim en mooi verwarmd zwembad. Contact met eigenaar is goed via whatsapp, legt alles zeer goed uit. 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers! Het bevind zich in een gedeelte waar rondom gebouwt wordt! Om 07:30 uur beginnen de werkzaamheden bij de buren waarbij een graafmachine redelijk wat herrie maakt. Hier kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar houdt er rekening mee met boeken.

• Daniel (8/5): - la grandeur de la villa Petit problème au niveau des douche ou la canalisation avais de la peine à évacuer l'eau de la douche, et un problème avec la piscine ou au bout d'une après midi dans la piscine les bord on commencer à devenir vert suite à un manque de produit anti algues d'après le propriétaire mais a part ça, Mangifique.

• Sarah (10/5): - Beautiful villa, quiet location, a 5 minute drive into Costa Teguise, perfect for our family holiday. The pool was amazing, we used it every day, a perfect size for doing lengths and playing games with the kids. The villa truly lovely, it had everything we needed, Gabriel was a lovely host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Nothing, it was perfect

Location is quite far from main square so would highly recommend hiring a car. It’s only a 5minute drive but to walk it’s quite far with no cut through so have to walk to long way round to the main square. But well worth staying here. Amazing villa and lovely pool.

• Marek (9/5): This accommodation was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Cleanliness, spaciousness, and tranquility—simply perfec - The villa was amazing—new, clean, spacious, simply wonderful. Today, the fully functional outdoor grill couldn’t be adjusted to lower the grate, so there wasn’t enough heat, and it was impossible to cook meat on it. The home grill couldn’t be set to a higher temperature. There was probably some issue, but the owners likely didn’t know about it.
• Stephanie (10/5): A very enjoyable, comfortable, stress free stay! - The space in the apartment was wonderful! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space to do our own thing yet feel united. Our host was a gentleman, very attentive and helpful yet gave us our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created some special memories for my Dad's 60th birthday. Highly recommend! The drive into the villa is a little unsightly however, construction is a sign of development which is great for Lanzarote.

• Katharina (9/5): Amazing place to stay with friends and have a relaxing vacation - Very modern and beautifully designed Villa close to Costa Teguise with lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Huge beds, super clean and several comfortable places to hang out together and chill (cozy couch in the living room, outdoor lounge, dining tables inside and outside). The large kitchen is great to cook with many persons and the grill outside is definitely a plus! Freezer and fridge are spacious and deserve their names. Big pool with shallow areas to swim or to just sunbath in the water. The design is so smart: you can see and access the pool and outdoor area from every room of the house. The AC as well as the sanitary features work all fine, also the laundry room is definitely a plus. Our host was extremely friendly, professional and helped us out any time if we had questions or needed something. The communication was perfect at all times and we felt very welcome. Luckily during our stay in Nov 24 there was no noise due to construction, as the area around is being developed for new houses and we had respectful neighbours in the villa next to us who were pretty quiet. The golf couse is super close and worth the high green fee. Would have been extra-cool to find a little welcome package (e.g. some fruits, water, beer) at arrival. A few more items in the kitchen would have been useful (e.g. small cutting boards, kitchen paper, some bigger glasses, sponges/kitchen rags, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/spices, cleaning equipment) and there were a few small damages that we reported. The flies outside were a bit nasty, but can be controlled with fly tape.

The villa was super equipped and we had everything we needed , from a laundry service until a very good equipped kitchen. The pool was heated and the place was immaculate and cleaned perfect. Gustavo ,the owner was accessible anytime and made our stay even better. He gave us info of the island and places to visit

• Jenny (10/5): STUNNING VILLA - Beautiful villa. Immaculate and clean. Any problems or questions the host responded straight away. Very modern. Amazing outside area, we LOVED it. The weather was a bit chilly in May (can't be helped). But the pool was too cold, we were given the option to have it heated (which we did). We didn't realise we would need to pay extra, so it might be worth putting in the description of the property, that there's an extra charge to have the pool heated 🙂 Location wasn't ideal, no shops or beaches within walking distance, so we got taxis every day, defo recommend renting a car.

• Ivi-ba (10/5): Exceptional - A fantastically beautiful villa for a relaxed stay: very new with modern furnishings. The architecture is clean and stunning. The appliances are of high quality and the equipment is very well thought out. The house has three bedrooms, all facing the pool. Also 2 bathrooms with an additional restroom. The pool is large with two paddling pools that invite you to linger. The villa is not far from Costa Teguise, but you definitely need a car for your stay. Minor construction work is going on in the neighborhood, but it doesn't bother you very much. Overall it is a quiet residential area with a relaxed atmosphere. The stay in the villa was very peaceful with an attentive host who was quickly available for questions and help. Thank you Gustavo for the little gem at the Costa Teguise! That wasn't the last booking... Parking in the house passage can be tricky for bigger cars when turning around. There is still enough space in front of the entrance.
