It was located in a spacious alley so no noise at all during the night. AC worked perfectly and was easy to get cabs and travel around from here. The shower head was broken but nothing major.

- Hamza (8/5): A little Gem Hidden in Saigon - I am totally impressed by this little hotel and the level of cleanliness they maintained. All the front office staff especially Mr DAT were extremely friendly and accommodating, I wish I knew all the names. House Keeping cleaned the room very well, the best part I like was the toothbrush, you use it once then u leave it when the room gets cleaned they replace it with a packed new one. The Cowboy coffee shop in the hotel prepared excellent coffee freshly brewed. I can go on and on , but u need to stay here to find out. The view from the terrace in my room was a partially blocked by a water take , but I can’t blame the hotel it’s was in another property ,for the price I got the room it was worth it.

- Kim (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Comfortable walking distance from a lot of things but peaceful. Staff was young and friendly. The hotel booked a driver for us from the airport. (400 000 vnd 1 way, 700 000vnd return) and a CuChi tunnels tour (480 000 vnd per person). The grab app quoted less than 200 for a car from the airport each way. The tour was small and the guide was charming and on time but the van was basically an oven. The balcony was unusably small and faced directly onto another building over an alleyway. Not as it looked in the pictures at all. The shower was in an extremely slippery bath so of you have any mobility issues, be careful.

Hotels design is disjointed, so you have a lobby in one building, but the elevator to your room is in a whole nother building behind a coffee shop that stays pretty busy, which was also inconvenient.

Even though I am originally Vietnamese girl. - I wanted to stay in a local hotel area this time but it wasn’t nice experience about the staffs here. Btw the ladies are nice but the young guys are so negative I could see and feel it. The guy staffs arent nice. They are gossip and nagative thoughts. They made me feel uncomfortable to stay here.

We were given a free upgrade from a double room with a balcony to a suite with a city view. Our room was really big, there was more than enough space for all the luggage and plenty of cloth hangers. We were provided free bottles of water. A/C was working well and cooled the room promptly. The curtains were ripped and the door was really hard to close - the lock got stuck on every time when we were leaving the room and needed to lock it - it opened without issues. The windows were really thin and we needed to sleep with earplugs because the noise from a nearby bar was quite horrible. Unfortunately the hotel didn't offer breakfast and they forgot to clean our room on each day of our stay (we stayed there for 4 nights, left the please clean our room tag on the door, but we did not get fresh towels either).

The room was unclean, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the price was actually much higher compared to other places in the areas. I would say it is partially my fault, believing pictures on the internet.
