• KOVAČEVIĆ (10/5): - Hotel nema parking vec se automobil ostavlja u uličici ispred hotela, ključevi od auta ostaju na recepciji i osoblje automobila pomiče auto ako smeta nekom drugom gostu. Navedeno i ne bi bio problem da ne piše da hotel ima svoje parking mjesto koje smo platili 10 eur po danu.

Gospa receptorka ob prihodu, nejevoljna in utrujena, kar je sama izrazila. Soba potrebna prenove kopalnice (starejše dotrajano pohištvo), ter pleskanja.

• Ugne (9/5): Very lovely hotel in the heart of the city - Very good location, just in the heart of the city center. Nice design and new facilities. The breakfast area is very small, so it gets very crowded in the morning and I even needed to wait for the seat :)

They were proactive and detailed, helpful and quick in any situation. The management of the hotel shall be proud of their first line. • Babic (3/5): Tuširanje hladnom vodom i parking koji se naplaćuje - Osoblje je ljubazno. Hotel i soba su bili uredni i čisti. Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je veoma razočaravajući. U sobi nas je dočekalo slomljeno staklo, nije bilo kante za smeće, mini bar je bio potpuno prazan, a uz to toliko bučan da smo morali da ga isključimo. U WC-u nije bilo toalet papira, niti je u sobi bilo flaširane vode, što su osnovne stvari koje se očekuju. Lift se zaglavljuje, izolacija je izuzetno loša, bukvalno se čuje kako osoba u susjednoj sobi diše. Kupatilo je toliko malo da se osoba jedva može okrenuti i zatvoriti vrata, tuš je star, a pritisak vode na prvom spratu loš. Kada smo stigli predveče, iskoristili smo smještaj samo da se istuširamo (HLADNOM VODOM jer tople nije bilo), prespavamo i ujutro nakon doručka odemo. Posebno neprijatno iznenađenje bilo je što nam je za tako kratak boravak naplaćen parking za dva dana u iznosu od 20 eura. Za cijenu i uslugu koju smo dobili, ovo je daleko ispod prihvatljivog standarda. Ne bih preporučio ovaj hotel dok se ozbiljno ne unaprijede uslovi, održavanje i odnos prema gostima.

• Rusi (8/5): Service was grear, but not really high value for the money - Very good location, great service by reception and in the restaurant during breakfast. Facility is quite old, but renewed. For example, rooms/doors/elevator are old, but beds are brand new, well equipped, clean and tidy. The building has general heating (no aircon), but it warmed quick and well the room. Room was very big, really nice! There was air purifier in the room. Breakfast was great actually. Coffee, yogurt, burek, eggs, fruits, vegetables, all the essentials. Parking is very limited. Just 4-5 places in front, blocked one by the other. Good thing is they provided another parking spot 2mins away. Really convinient. Thank you! We forgot to add our kid (5y) in the reservation and still there was no additional charge. However, for this hotel 140 euro for 1 night with breakfast it is quite high price I would say.

La chica del segundo turno de recepción, además de hablar un español excelente, fue súper amable y atenta. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, y enseguida nos buscó solución. Es todo un ejemplo de pasión por su trabajo y la atención al cliente. La habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades.

Ne bih ga nazvala parkingom jer se parkira auto iza auta i kada želite da izađete kolima, morate čekati da pomjere ostale. Ali obzirom da je lokacija super, vjerovatno nema ni prostora za većim parkingom. Ostavite ključ od kola na recepciji i nemate problema

• Brian (4/5): More like a 2.5 star hotel. Although friendly warm receptionist. - The location and the girl on reception was great. For a 4 star rated hotel it was disappointing. The room needed serious maintenance. There was lots of paint chopped off doors. The toilet seat was loose. There was an aroma of smoke especially on the towels. The windows were stuck and not easy to open. The shower was horrific water went everywhere in the bathroom There were no products provided for shower. The toilet was placed in a very cramped space. The minibar wasn’t stocked. The breakfast was ok but they ran out of orange juice each day early and wasn’t replaced. Overall compared to other European countries it would be maybe a 2.5 star rated hotel.
