• Darren (3/5): A place with great potential but the little things spoilt the family holiday experience. - Pros are: 1) Great location, right next to the beach! 2) Facilities were generally decent and a lovely shower. 3) Apartment size was pretty good. Cons are: 1) The swimming pool advertised in the ad, was closed for repair! Very disappointed for my baby daughter. If the host provided a heads up that this was the case. It certainly would have helped. 2) The layout of the apartment provided very little privacy as the children's bedroom had glass windows on both sides of the walls. This made privacy for the adults very difficult and had to keep most of the lights off every time baby was asleep! Installation of curtains to block light on both sides would help. 3) Coffee maker did not work first day and by the time a replacement arrived, it came nearly at the end of our holiday. 4) Kettle inside was rusty. We received a replacement a few days later but not ideal as we have to boil the water to make milk for our daughter and is a potential health hazard. 5) Advert never mentioned the apartment was located downstairs. This made my mother's access very difficult as she has mobility impairment. 6) Little things such as the soap dispensers in the bathroom did not work, The toiler roll holder was very flimsy and one of the children's mattress's was very lumpy to the point it bordered on uncomfortable. 7) Overall it feels like the place was done up to a good standard but over time it wasn't looked after as much as it should have been. If the owners stayed at the apartment for the weekend, I think they would understand the points above raised.
• Marek (7/5): I reccomend for short stays if in good price. Very good location. Difficult to live for longer. - Starting from good things. 1) We were able to arrive early (around 2pm); 2) The host is very responsive and reacts fast for requests; 3) The geographical location is amazing - maybe 50 meters to the beach - located by calm street, 4) there is small shopping center nearby 5) the WIFi quality is amazing we were able to get 700 Mbps on WiFi, 6) the tV is good quality Cons: 1)the flat is on the basement level (you go down the stairs from the street) and matt windows are only in the living room, so the place is quite dark. 2) there is a lack of fresh air due to a lack of any ventilation (there is air conditioning but no ventilation) this causes humidity problems and problems with drying anything you wash. 3) A very intense smell from sever comes to the flat basically every evening and night - once I was thinking that we would be poisoned by that. It's really a problem, and it comes from the street, so it cannot be avoided. You may complain but the host have no action to take. 4) there is no dishwasher and no clothes electric dryer - which is a problem when there is no ventilation. 5) The entrance to the flat is directly from the pavement - were everyone walks - so its not very intimate. 6) the door to the toiled is just sliding glass - not too intimate as well. 7) kitchen appliances are not of best condition - we had to buy pan as the ones that were there were just totally destroyed. The second bedroom is for small kids , and it is difficult to stay with the family of four if the kids are more than, let's say, 10 yo. 8) During the night, in the bedroom, you can hear water being flushed from someone's toilet on the upper floor. Quite annoying.

• Luz (1/5): Traumatic - Absolutely nothing The property would not pass sanitation and health and safety regulations bug infestation which is not weather related. we rented another two apartments at the same time in the same street and none if them had cucaraches or issues
