• Jesus (1/5): Very bad experience for a one night stay. - After making the reservation, I received a call from the hotel saying that the hotel was sold out and they wanted to switch me to a different hotel at the same distance ( 8 minutes from the airport ) with the same or better amenities as the one that I reserved, I stated clearly that I would accept if the hotel was near the airport and as she described it. When I got there the hotel was 25 minutes away, it wasn’t a hotel but instead an apartment complex without a lobby and I was given the keys by the complex security guard, this apartment complex is under the final trajectory of the airport runway, so every airplane landing flies directly over the building and can be heard very loud making it very difficult to sleep, on top of this when I called to express my discomfort my call was received by a very unprofessional and very un polite lady with a terrible attitude.

• Hugh (7/5): Nice room. Bad overall experience. - I have stayed here numerous times since it first opened. It’s close to the airport and the rooms and beds are comfortable. I despise the check in process. I booked through booking.com l. A Jr. Suite for $68 per night including taxes. When I arrived, I presented my card to be charged. I was told that I had to pay through their portal which they send to you in an email. No way Jose. The supervisor, who was very nice told me that I had to pay through the portal and showed me the sign on the desk for the exchange rate which brought the cost room up to $75.00 per night. I had my confirmation of price. I do not like to argue but in this case I had to. Eventually she told me she would send me a PayPal request for $68. This really turned me off. I was also having trouble with the TV. I asked for someone to come show me how to get me to the channel selections. I waited an hour for someone to come. No one came. I had the supervisor’s WhatsApp and I sent her a message asking for personal help. Instead she texted me instructions. It still did not work so I gave up. I will not stay there again.
