• Begoña (10/5): - Nos cambiaron de apartamento 2 días antes por problemas con unas obras y donde nos recolocaron fué perfecto, a 15 min andando de las Torres de Serrano, barrio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. Los apartamentos nuevísimos y muy completos. Deberian poner paños de cocina y una alfombra para salir de la ducha.

• Carolina (8/5): - Camas cómodas y ubicación muy buena. Se puede aparcar en la zona. En la descripción indicaba que había tostador y no había. Falta menaje en la cocina, sobre todo trapos y papel de cocina o servilletas.

• Mª Puy (7/5): Precio-calidad bien. - Diseño agradable. Faltaban sillas, papel higiénico, trapos y jabón de limpieza, servilletas, algunos utensilios de cocina. Problemas con el montacargas (hubo personas que se quedaron por dos veces encerradas). Nos volvieron locas con las reservas, los nombres, quien iva, la hora el vuelo,….

• Kaj (1/5): Achtung bei der Kaution - Wir haben 2 Monate auf die Kaution gewartet und diese nur dank der Hilfe von Booking zurück erhalten. Das Hotel hat diese nicht zurückgezahlt und irgendwann nicht mehr auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Auch die Pools waren etwas schmutzig, da in der Nähe wohl Vögel hausen. Zu guter letzt wollte der Nachbar in das Apartment eindringen und hat sich nicht abwimmeln lassen. Ich rate dazu ein paar € mehr auszugeben und dafür weniger Stress mit der Kaution und Co zu haben.

• Nicki (7/5): Needs attention but good price and great transport links. - Modern property with good showers and great comfy beds and bedding. Good shutters for shutting out light. Slept so well. Secure locking system. Nice balcony for morning coffee. Good mugs/plates/crockery. Host met us early so we could leave bags and was helpful when we needed coat hangers and the TV didn’t work. When my elderly mum got stuck in the lift (she got out after 5 mins but then the lift was out of order) they arranged a technician the next day (it was beeping loudly). Good outside area which is rare in city apartments and excellent bus right outside to city/beach. WiFi was perfect - no issues. A few extra towels needed for when towels were being washed. Upstairs bedroom would benefit from storage for clothes (there’s none at all). There is table seating for 5 - we were 6 so made it work but 8 would struggle) I had to buy cleaning products to disguise sewage smell in bathroom. Some attention needed (e.g. broken tile in kitchen, broken fridge and freezer compartments, blinds stuck in down position, dishwasher didn’t work and had to wash some pots before use)

• Eleanor (3/5): Genuinely filthy - The property does look like the pictures, if you don’t look too close. Beds were comfortable Not sure where to start. Both bathrooms were completely unusable due to a sewage smell - we alerted this to the check in staff upon arrival and also messaged several times to no avail. We had to hold our breath to use it. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I genuinely mean it Pool and property overall is not maintained daily. Pool is full of insects and jets are on a timer Dishes were put back into cabinets dirty. Clearly not checked after the last guests. We had to reclean everything before we could use it Was also told cash would be given back in person at check out - got a message the day before saying to just leave keys on the counter and let ourselves out. Got very scared it was a deposit scam Would not stay here again
• Oleksii (10/5): Было бы не плохо что бы в холодильнике при заселении оставляли воду, ну и если бы я встречал гостей - купил бы в меркадо - Удобное расположение в новом раёне. Хорошая транспортная развязка и рядом достопримечательности , океанариум, паск искусств, большой торговый центр. Много места, семьям 5-6 человек прям будет комфортно. Нас приняли раньше оговоренного времени, мы оставили вещи и поехали на пляж (Это вообще ТОП) Не понравился не приятный запах канализации в санузлах, а так же пол был грязный, нам пришлось самим его помыть - потому что белый носки пришлось выкинуть). Не очень понравилось что нужно оставлять залог 300€, мы уехали и не понятно когда его вернут(если вернут)

• Anna (8/5): Nice apartment, lots of room, comfy beds but a little far from the old town and beach - Very nice apartment with a small pool and a nice outside seating area Cleanliness was lacking a little, also the front door lock doesn’t work very well. There was a burn in the dining table chair - also it’s far from town and the beach. In hindsight I wished I stayed closer to the old town

• Patricia (7/5): Bonito apartamento - El trato de Camila es excepcional, y la atención 24/7. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ubicación a la hora de aparcar etc está genial. La decoración y los suelos me encantaron. Para mi gusto le faltan más detalles tipo : un gel y champú en condiciones , un secador.. alguna infusión. ( complementos en general de casa ) la limpieza y la insonorización del apartamento también dejó bastante que desear
• Dentale (1/5): “Il soggiorno è stato pessimo: sporco, trascurato e con scarafaggi in casa, assolutamente da evitare.” - poco nulla Pessima esperienza in questa casa vacanza. Appena arrivati ci siamo trovati davanti a una situazione indecorosa: cassetti delle posate sporchi, con residui e persino scarafaggi che giravano per la cucina. I muri erano sporchi, rotti e chiaramente trascurati da tempo, dando un senso di abbandono generale. La piscina, che dovrebbe essere un punto di relax, era sempre sporca, con acqua torbida e carica di cloro al punto da essere inutilizzabile. Inaccettabile trovare simili condizioni in una struttura che si fa pagare come se fosse curata. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di prenotare: è stata una vera delusione e una perdita di soldi.

• julie (8/5): - L'appartement était moderne. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. La literie de bonne qualité. Les 2 piscines et la terrasse étaient agréable. L'emplacement devant l'arrêt de bus pour aller en centre ville et la plage c'était top. L'isolation de l'appartement était inexistant donc on entendait tout les bruits autour (les gens qui descendaient dans le couloir, les gens marcher dans leur appartement au dessus. Les voisins (des jeunes) faisaient la fête tous les soirs (il a fallut qu'on aille frapper à minuit à l'étage au dessus pour qu'ils arrêtent leur musique et arrêtent de sauter partout (merci de respecter les règles et les voisins). Et cest peut etre un peu petit pour 6 (pour 4 c'est parfait mais à 6 un peu serré). On aurait aimé une table assez grande pour manger en terrasse.
• C. Estefanía (3/5): Muy bonito el piso pero la administración es nefasta - Las instalaciones son grandes tal como muestran en la foto. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien. Está muy cerca del museo de las ciencias y artes La limpieza del piso era regular. Había basura en los cubos del baño cuando llegamos. En la piscina una rejilla estaba rota y me corté el pie. Nadie nos dio información de que estaba rota la rejilla. Cuando pregunté al administrador del piso que nos entregó la llaves por un botiquín,NUNCA me contestó. Varias cosas del pisos estaban sucias o no funcionaban bien un ejemplo son las persianas que no se abrían en una de las habitaciones donde no está instalado el aire acondicionado. Por una de las bañeras se filtraba el agua porque de los dos baños que hay ninguno tiene una simple puerta que evite que salga el agua. El ascensor es muy pequeño dos de nuestros familiares se quedaron atrapados con la llaves del piso. Menos mal insistí en que el administrador me diera una segunda opción para entrar que ya por lo visto el segundo parte de llaves no había . Me dio una aplicación para entrar al piso. Hubo un grupo de chicos que se hospedaron en la misma planta que nosotros y a las 5 de la mañana nos tocaron el timbre porque no podía entrar , cuando entraron hacían mucho ruido y no podíamos descansar. En la piscina había mucha basura y ropa tirada por todas partes , vamos muy bonito pero muy desordenado y sucios. Las escaleras son muy estrechas como para subir con mucho peso. Si se quedan atrapados en el ascensor ,el servicio técnico puede tardar hasta 30 minutos o más en llegar .Mis familiares se estaban quedando sin aire. La televisión no se conecta a internet aunque sí puede , le comunique esta avería al administrador y NUNCA me dio solución o al menos una respuesta.

• Joselyn Elizabeth (5/5): Podría haber sido mejor - La zona de la terraza y la piscina muy acogedor. Los baños, olían muy mal y por la noche llegaba todo el mal olor a las habitaciones. Pasamos mala noche los días que nos alojamos. Me comentaron que eran de las tuberías pero podrían buscarle alguna solución porque deja mucho que desear.

• Jo (9/5): An excellent base in Valencia, lovely pool and great air con - The property was great. We were two groups and had both downstairs apartments. If there’s a choice I’d definitely go for these apartments having the access to the pools was really good. The area around the apartments isn’t that exciting but it’s a really convenient location we could walk into the Rufassa area in about 30 mins (walking) which was a great area with bars and restaurants. There was a small local supermarket about 5 mins away walking and a big Aldi also 5 mins away. There was a bus stop just outside which took you straight into town. Another bus stop round the corner took us to the beach but that’s about a 40 minute ride. We’d quite often go into the centre in the morning and then flop in the pool in the afternoon. Then walk back in for food for the evening. The beds were also really comfortable and the air con was brilliant. I think the best test is whether you would go back some where - and I’d definitely go back here. The equipment in the kitchen was a bit hit and miss. Some things didn’t work. We had two apartments but the equipment wasn’t the same in both. It worked for us as if one apartment didn’t have something the other apartment had it. The other small bug bear was neither apartment had a tea towel but that’s a minor thing

• Flaka (10/5): Great Stay If You're Not Too Picky - If you're looking for absolute perfection and every little detail matters to you, this place might not be for you. But if you're okay with a few small imperfections, you'll love it here. We were 5 guests staying in the apartment and had plenty of space. The balcony was great, the location was super convenient, and the bus stop is literally right outside the front door. Uber was also very easy to use. We never paid more than €12 to get anywhere we wanted. Overall, a great stay!

• Maria (6/5): Falta total de mantenimiento en unos apartamentos nuevos muy bien decorados. - La ubicación es excelente y con fácil aparcamiento. El diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonito. El chico que nos recibió, Ximo, muy agradable y correcto. El mantenimientos es nulo. Éramos 10 y nos quedamos en 2 apartamentos, se nota que no mantienen ni reparan todo lo que se rompe: toallero descolgado, puerta del microondas rota, persiana electrónica no funciona, estor del comedor roto, puerta del aseso no cierra, rodapiés descolgados.. y podría seguir diciendo. Es una lastima porque con un mantenimiento correcto, los apartamentos serían de 10.
