• SERGEI (8/5): - Близко к метро Аксаоай и к станции Мармарая Йеникапи, что удобно, чтобы сьездить в азиатскую часть города и быстро добраться до аэропорта Сабиха. Стандартные завтраки шведского стола - яйца, колбаса, джем, хлеб, маслины. Лифт работал нормально. Претензий нет Неожидано для меня было списание с карты стоимости 1 ночи, обычно я выбираю оплату наличными на месте, повезло что на карте были какие то суммы для оплаты.

• CEDRIC (4/5): Mis à part le petit déjeuner l'accueil était très bien - Les personnels étaient très sympathique Le petit déjeuner était tres mauvais ,pas de choix de plats ,juste des œufs brouillé et un sachet de saucisson surgelé
• Artem (7/5): - Приветливый персонал. От любого аэропорта удобно добираться на метро (полтора часа до Sabiha). Рядом остановка трамвая T1 10-15 минут до Айа София, Галатского моста и далее к Таксим. Пешком 10 минут порт с паромом до Яловы и Бурсы. Пешком до центра минут 40. В номере очень тепло даже зимой. Маленький номер с плохой вентиляцией. С открытым окном очень шумно круглые сутки - выходит на оживленную развязку и две большие мечети. Душевой кабины нет, даже занавески. В номере нет чайника, стаканов. Завтрак - минимальный турецкий.
• Sergei (1/5): В номере грязно, половина ламп не горела, розетки открыты, водоотвод не работает в ванной вода. - Завтрак был ожидаем: помидоры, огурцы, сыр, оливки, хлеб, джемы, чай/кофе, но в виде нарезки на блюдах, опаздываешь, а тарелки уже пустые. Грязно. Персонал, когда хочешь решить вопрос, мгновенно забывает все языки кроме турецкого. Воду в ванной комнате убирать приходилось самим, так как она не уходила, когда показал персоналу, то мне принесли резиновую швабру.

• Damien (2/5): Vraiment très déçu 😞 de cet hôtel et je ne conseille à personne. - Chambre pas très propre meubles et literie infesté des nuisibles : punaises de lit 🥲 petit déjeuner médiocre, nuisance sonore chambre très mal isolée, etc... Sinon côté positif personnelles à l'accueil très sympa. Le Frigo ne fonctionne pas, bruit extérieur dans la chambre cause fenêtre non équipée de double vitrage. Pas de vue extérieur à cause d'un bâtiment en face de la fenêtre... J'AI VOUS METS QUELQUES PHOTOS POUR JUSTIFIER MON TÉMOIGNAGE.

• Hamed (1/5): I don't recommend this hotel - It was kind of clean but the bathroom was bad. There was no trash bin in the room, so we had to throw our garbage in the bathroom bin. Although it was mentioned that breakfast was included, there was none. For tea, we had to go downstairs. The same applied to cold water. There was no tea available after 12 AM. There was also no tea before 10 AM. The shower water would get stuck and not drain properly.

• Tee (1/5): Disappointed - The hotel is located in a busy area for shopping and food and not too far from historia mall. The customer service from 2 our 3 people was fine,the breakfast was atrocious and unhygienic...woman used the same cloth to wipe counter and dried plates intended for us to use. The cloth the cups were stored on was visibly dirty and stained. The receptionist that was unfriendly came into my room at midnight, claiming he made a mistake and was looking for another room....I was angry, frustrated, terrified, and disappointed in my choice of accommodation...spoke with the person that originally booked me in about the incident and he fobbed it off saying its a mistake. Also, as a female, there are too many men just lounging ( not guests,not staff) In the lobby, and sleeping in sofa at night. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I was relieved when my stay came to and end.

Even though there was a no smoking sign at the hotel reception, the air, the rooms, the hallways, the entire area of ​​the hotel, was heavy with the smell and cigarette smoke. When I asked at the reception, the employee insisted on saying that smoking was prohibited, but inside the rooms there were ashtrays on the tables! • M (4/5): Disappointing - Not much...but three out of 5 staff members were polite.. Location...terrible. women fighting on the street outside could be heard in the early hours. Not soundproof. Outside noise was a constant problem all through the night. Breakfast was boring.. juice would have been a nice addition for non tea drinkers

It was filled with 100, when i figured out it was almost empty and worth only 75 tr

I found an old apple under the bed and the room's ground was full of dust. The room smell was disgusting from smoking and you barely can find hot water to take a shower. The hotel isn't a smoke free place, they also smoke inside the elevator. The breakfast is very poor. There is a lack of staff, the same lady is responsible for doing the breakfast and for doing the room service.
