• Michal (10/5): - Nice calm neighborhood, several restaurants with good prices. Equipped kitchen, automatic check-in (key in a locker). Comfortable bed. Lots of towels.
• Helmutas (9/5): - Apartment is clean, comfortable, everything what you need is in place. Near is a lot of places to drink coffee, to eat or to have evening drink. Walls are to thin - we were able to hear a lot of noises from other apartments, even alarm clocks in the morning.

• Beata (10/5): Wonderful apartment - rented for 6 days - The best apartment I have rented (and there were many of them). It's very clean and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, fridge, iron, electric kettle, plates, wine glasses, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, TV, balcony, new kitchen cloths, laundry capsules, coffee, sugar, tea, coffee machine, olive oil and even the owners thought about threads for sewing and plasters (if you cut your fingers). The location is ideally located because it takes 30 minutes to get to the center. The area is quiet and there is everything you need nearby, i.e. shops, restaurants and pubs. The owners are very, very nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that we overslept on the plane and had to extend our vacation by 2 days. Unfortunately, it was not possible to stay in this apartment and we had to rent another one. Another apartment that was more expensive than this one was terrible, dirty and I don't know how it's possible, but it had good reviews on booking. I will definitely come back to Palms House again. • Iryna.m17 (10/5): Highly recommend - Apartment was amazing! It was perfectly clean, towels and bedding were super clean too. There were everything and even more that we needed for our stay. We felt that owner really cares and loves their guests. Kitchen was fully equipped, in bathroom there were shampoos and other stuff, even hair straighter! We wrote our time of arrival and owner of apartment Lyudmyla met us and opened door. Also self check in is possible, the keys can be placed in box. We want to say thank you to the owner. Your apartment is better than 5 stars hotel!! :) We really enjoyed it!

• Florencia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was incredibly clean and it had everything anyone could require to spend nice holidays in the city :) Unfortunately, we didn’t find any notice regarding the stairs. It would be a good thing to have it specified on the property description that the apartment is located on the last floor of the building and that there’s no elevator. Very important data, specially if the guests are elderly people or if they have a lot of luggage.

• Matej (10/5): Exceptional - Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Great price Good location, quiet and not too far from public transport. Great facilities, including washing machine. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no elevator.
• Ann-kathrin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and has everything that's needed to stay in Rome for a few days (or even longer). There are a few bars and restaurants close by, the supermarkets and Metro C are also only a short walk away. Communication with Lyudmyla and Stefano was perfect. It's in a residential area and people are getting up for work early. If you want to sleep in, you might want to bring earplugs. :)
