- Mathilde (5/5): Formule 1 - Emplacement pratique pour visiter le nord. Petit déjeuner varié et plutôt bon. Personnel sympa. Nous avons eu 2 chambres différentes, les 2 douches étaient bouchées. Parking très cher donc il faut se garer ailleurs, c'est dommage pour un hôtel. Assez bruyant. Ne vaut pas son prix.

- Alberto (9/5): Muy buene relación calidad-precio, con un trato muy profesional del personal. - La ubicación perfecta para mis necesidades (considero que la ubicación es una decisión del huesped), la piscina muy bien, y en general una limpieza perfecta. Las almohadas un poquito incomodas, pero también creo que eso depende mucho de los gustos del usuario. Y por poner un pero, el ascensor tarda mucho en llegar cuando lo llamas.

- Paula (1/5): MUCHÍSIMO RUIDO, IMPOSIBLE DORMIR, CUCARACHAS EN LA HABITACIÓN - Habíia muchísimo ruido, gritos, música a todo volumen, la gente corría por los pasillos... por mucho que nos quejábamos a recepción no hacían nada al respecto. Había cucarachas en la habitación!!

- SergioClash04 (1/5): ESTANCIA SIN AGUA CALIENTE. - La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Fuimos para una noche, había una avería con el calentador del agua, desde que llegamos, esperamos a por la mañana y nos dijeron que no venia un técnico hasta la tarde y nosotros teníamos que dejar la habitación por la mañana por las normas del hotel. El personal fue agradable al explicarnos la situación, pero creo que si alquilas para una noche y estás privado de agua caliente durante toda la estancia lo mínimo que podrían hacer es ofrecerte una alternativa, realojarte en otro sitio o devolver el dinero o parte del dinero de la reserva, ya que considero que tener agua caliente es fundamental durante una estancia.

- Fernández Díaz (7/5): Bien - Estaba limpio, la ubicación es excelente, el horario de salida está muy bien ya que es a las doce y en otros sitios he visto que es súper temprano y la tarjeta de la puerta funcionaba bien A las nueve de la mañana se ponían a rodar camas, hablar alto en los pasillos, horas así, y a esa hora todavía estábamos descansando y nos despertaron.

Los abrieron la puerta a las 11 de la mañana sin tocar, sin avisar y sin saber quien fue (obviamente fue un trabajador) y lo comentamos en recepción y les dio igual. Nos parece una falta muy grave
- Oscar (2/5): - La ubicación Muchísimo ruido. Con lo grande que es el lugar, me colocaron junto a muchísimos niños y profesores de algún colegio. No paraban de gritar, dar golpes y era imposible dormir. Llamé a recepción, pero nada cambió. No pude descansar.

- bea1987 (8/5): - El hotel es sencillo pero está reformado y es cómodo y agradable, en la azotea tiene una pequeña piscina con vistas al mar y al Teide increíbles. El personal es muy agradable. Buena relación calidad precio. A unos 5 min andando de la playa y a 15 min del centro y de la playa del muelle. Nada, en general es un hotel correcto. El desayuno buffet aceptable.
- Camila Aldana (9/5): Repetiría!! - La ubicación me encantó! Me era súper práctico para llegar a todos lados caminando. No está en pleno centro pero son 10’minutos para llegar a la zona principal. Tiene una piscina con vista panorámica increíble!! El trato del personal me dejó sorprendida, realmente todos super predispuestos a ayudar! Las fotos de la habitación eran tal cual lo real eso también me gustó. El desayuno buffet muy bien también. Relación precio calidad está bien! Suele alojar grupos grandes de jóvenes y realmente por las noches a veces había bastante ruido de chicos yendo y viniendo por los pasillos.
- Juani (7/5): Normal - Nos sentimos cómodos , era un lugar limpio y estaba reformado , por lo que estuvimos a gusto , solo era para pasar las noches ya que no íbamos a estar allí y cogimos desayuno . El desayuno era completo tipo buffer y estuvo bien . El chico de recepción muy amable. El bajante de la ducha tardaba mucho en que el agua bajara y al no tener puertas y ser el plato ducha en el suelo , Cuando se metían los niños en la ducha , ellos no controlaban bien y en una ocasión , el agua llegó hasta el salón , fue un poc incómodo pq casi se nos mojan el equipaje. El último día hubo un problema en la caldera del hotel y no teníamos agua caliente , nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, si le sumas que llovía y fuera hacía frío a las 7:30 de la mñn , pues no fue del agrado . Los niños ni se pudieron meter en la ducha . Lo comentamos en recepción a una chica que estaba de turno y nos dijo que fue algo general pero no , nos dio ninguna otra opción , eran las 12:00 de la mañana , ya nos teníamos que ir y seguía sin haber agua caliente .

(Przy rezerwacji wiek dzieci został zmieniony na 0 lat przez co po przyjeździe czekała mnie niemiła niespodzianka i dopłata zbliżona do całej wartości rezerwacji. Dobra wola hotelu i pomoc ze strony asystenta booking com pozwoliła na anulowanie rezerwacji i założenie nowej, przez co koszty były zbliżone do pierwotnych). Podobno zdarza się to często, personel na recepcji zwrócił uwagę, że takie sytuacje mają miejsce najczęściej przy rezerwacjach 2+2.

- Joana (8/5): Hotel simpático para pequenas estadias - Quarto espaçoso. Localização ótima. Zona calma e sossegada. Perto da estação rodoviária, praia e Loro parque. Cozinha com o básico para pequenas refeições. Quarto limpo com varanda espaçosa. Ótimo para pequenas estadias. Colchões desconfortáveis. Quartos pouco insonorizados, ouvia-se o barulho todo no corredor. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, num quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e um sofá, mas o sofá não tinha as camas feitas nem tinha roupa de cama disponível.

В холле приветствуют всех с просекко и лимонадом. Расположение отличное. До пляжа 10 минут пешком максимум. Рядом магазины, кафе. Цена могла бы быть намного выше за такого уровня отель, я рада что их нашла.

- Elena (8/5): - Habitación completa y camas cómodas a pesar de que eran individuales. Buen ambiente en el bar de abajo. La habitación que nos tocó olía mucho a tabaco supongo que de los huéspedes anteriores de fumar con la terraza abierta . Como solo nos alojamos una noche no nos importo pero al principio fue desagradable. La poca variedad en la cena. En cambio el desayuno bastante bien. De resto el ambiente y la habitación muy bien :)

- Elena22C (10/5): Todo genial. Viaje en familia con un bebé. - La ubicación es genial a 5 min de la playa, 15 min del Loro parque, supermercados cerca y también se puede llegar andando al centro. El personal muy amable. Desayuno y cena calidad precio bastante bien y variado. La habitación grande y cómoda con terraza, la cocina tiene lo básico si quieres cocinar algo, nosotros hemos ido con un niño de 16 meses y todo muy bien, nos han dejado cuna. Tienen un bar restaurante que está muy bien para tomar algo, el fin de semana tenían música en directo, y en la azotea una piscina y vistas geniales. El colchón no es muy cómodo, la puerta del baño cuesta cerrarla.

- Daan (7/5): Degelijke kamer met fijn zwembad op de rooftop! - Degelijke ruime kamers met alle voorzieningen. Keuken hebben wij niet gebruikt. Beetje afgeleefd maar alles nog wel in goede staat. Veel keuze aan het ontbijt. Zwembad op de rooftop is dik in orde. Je kan hier goed zonnen met de hele dag zon (als er zon is natuurlijk). Parking vinden was een opgave. De eerste dag hadden we geluk en vonden meteen een parking achter het hotel. De tweede dag hebben we lang moeten zoeken.

- Aneta (10/5): - Super obsługa, wszyscy uśmiechnięci i chetni do pomocy. Śniadania ok, były dobre i duży wybór. Prześcieradło i pościel, szczególnie ta pod materacem były niestety brudne. Hotel wymaga generalnego czyszczenia.

Se filtra la luz del pasillo por la puerta de entrada a la habitación,lo cual es muy incómodo ya que se pasa toda la noche apagándose y encendiéndose y tampoco ayuda que las camas estén al lado de la puerta porque te enteras a qué hora entras y sale todo el mundo.Para dos días no está mal pero si túviera que quedarme más me lo pensaría.
