• Juliana (10/5): - Muy amable y bien predispuesto el anfintrión. Excelente comunicación. El alojamiento es tal cual se describe. La cocina está bien equipada y la cama es muy cómoda. Mucha luz natural y buena calefacción. Bien conectado con líneas de metro.

Skvělá a bezpečná lokalita, přímo u krásného parku a na dohled monumentální baziliky Sacré-Coeur a zároveň cca 5 minut na metro do centra Bruselu. Hned přes ulici je malý obchůdek a větší u stanice metra. Na apartmánu je již velmi viditelné opotřebení, zkřivené dveře atd. Po příjezdu jsem na povlečení měli několik žlutých skvrn a vlasů, ale po prosbě nám hned přišla postel převléknout velmi milá a ochotná paní, co se stará o apartmány, a donesla i úplně nové prostěradlo.

• Julie (10/5): Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, je recommande. - Bonne communication avec l'hôte, les consignes étaient claires, l'appartement était propre et il est plutôt bien placé par rapport aux transports, dans un secteur assez calme.

• Aintzane (8/5): Muy buena - Nos pusieron todas las facilidades del mundo para poder cambiar las fechas, ya que la compañía del avión nos lo hizo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una breve estancia. Era cómodo, tenia secador de pelo y dolce gusto. El alojamiento está a 40min andando de la grand place pero tiene buena conexión con transporte público.

• Eva (7/5): Gute Lage und sauberes Appartement, jedoch mit leichtem Renovierungsbedarf! - Das Appartement ist hervorragend an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden: Bus und Straßenbahn befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür, die U-Bahn ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es liegt im 2. Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug, was für uns jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Das Appartement ist geräumig und war sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr schlicht – das Nötigste war vorhanden, mehr jedoch nicht. Das Zimmer wirkt etwas renovierungsbedürftig: Es gibt Risse in der Wand, eine nicht funktionierende Steckdose im Bad und insgesamt macht es einen leicht abgewohnten Eindruck.

• Malvina (10/5): - Buena ubicación, limpio, amplio y luminoso. Cómodo pero rara la distribución de los ambientes. El baño separado el inodoro en un ambiente (el cual no tenía siquiera una pileta mínima para lavarse las manos uno), la ducha y la pileta en otro ambiente, pasando por la cocina... Ah! Y en la descripción dice que cuenta con "chimenea"... y la única supuesta chimenea es un hueco en la pared, muy bonitamente enmarcado, pero dista bastante de, al menos, parecer una chimenea...
• Bouhof (8/5): Prima voor prijs en kwaliteit - + Hygiëne + Koelkast + Broodrooster + Handdoeken, we hadden wel eigen mee. Deze gebruikt voor droogmaken van de badkamervloer +/- Bedden, lag prima niet geweldig +/- Locatie, Paar minuten lopen van station. Locatie zelf was wel prima. - Kamer was beetje aan de kale kant. - Warmte van de douche kon nergens heen dus bleef in de badkamer hangen.

• Cory1210 (10/5): Exceptional - The studio was clean and we slept well. Although is very simple furnished, we had everything we need, including an iron and a hair dryer. The personal was very helpful and the check-in, check-out was very easy with no contact.
• Oran (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean, welcoming and has everything needed for a city break for a great price. It is close to public transport making it an ideal location to move around Brussels. The location is also great as it is right beside a beautiful park. I would absolutely recommend this property.

• Celaire (6/5): Decent stay - The room was big and had the things you needed. It was also clean. I was not sure how to get the heating working, I messaged the host but didn't hear anything back. I figured it out later but was not sure how to keep it on, seemed like it was on a timer, so I WAS OFTEN COLD. THIS IS PERTAINING TO THE BEDROOM, THE HEATER WAS FINE IN THE OTHER ROOMS (sorry accidentally left caps lock on). Some of the decor and parts of the property could do with a refurbishment as some things were dated. Overall it was still a good stay. The Basilica is also a 5-10 minute walk away, which was nice.

(7/5): Good place, but PLEASE donot use electronic "fragrance dispensers". - Location good, lots of space, lots of light (tall windows), kitchenette basic but good for my use, place was clean, all windows could open (bonus), comfortable shower. Absolutely hated the electric "fragrance diffusor" : smell way too strong. Unplugged it, had to open windows for hours and still couldn't sleep (the curtains, the bed linen had the smell). No fire / escape instructions in the room. With this fixed, plus maybe a hairdryer, I'd rate 8/10.

• Dominika (8/5): Decent place for two people at very reasonable price - Decent, friendly, clean and warm apartment with enough equipment for two people in a very good location (a few steps through the park to the subway). The staircase also looks recently repainted. In the evenings and at night it was a bit noisy, probably due to the renovation of the floor above so it's probably a temporary inconvenience.
