Jeżeli komuś to nie przeszkadza to ok. Byłam tam 2 noce i pierwsza noc była ciężka ze względu na te dźwięki, natomiast druga noc była lepsza ponieważ juz nic nie słyszałam. Dodatkowo obiekt pobiera depozyt w kwocie 500 koron za brelok do otwierania drzwi głównych na ulicy.

Jeden ze záchodů se uspával a byl špinavý. Minimalistické pokoje oddělené černými dřevěnými příčkami, vse je slyšet, do pokoje celou noc svítí z chodby mřížkou pod stropem
• Nataliia Deviatko (9/5): - Дуже гарне розташування. Підійде для тих, хто вдень гуляє по місту, а в номері перебуває вночі. У деяких відгуках писали, що є проблеми. Так, стіни тонкі. Але вода є, освітлення нормальне, ліжка теж. Душ і туалет спільні, але ми були до цього готові. У нас в номері був холодильник. Знайшли легко (підказка - треба натиснути на виклик домофону, він підписаний, а тоді спуститися на підземний поверх ліфтом). Місце трохи дивне, але атмосферне. Єдине, що треба точно зробити: напишіть в туалеті кількома мовами по обидві сторони дверей напис, що кидати папір в унітаз заборонено. Бо дехто не розуміє таких елементарних речей. І ще не про номер, а про місто. Будьте обережні навіть удень. Бомжі дуже агресивні і їх на вулицях багато.

• Frantseva (3/5): Никогда больше - Только месторасположение Написала в хостел заранее, что мне нужно заселиться утром и уехать вечером, без ночевки. Мне написали: ок, добро пожаловать. Прихожу с вещами, говорят заселим не раньше трех. Сидела до 15.30 в темном и сыром холле... Сам хостел - отвратительная дыра. Он В ПОДВАЛЕ! Там нет окон! И всюду полумрак.
• finesilver (6/5): Obiekt dobry na nocleg, ale niezbyt nadaje się na pobyt. - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Placu Wacława i starego centrum Pragi. Stacje metra 3-5 minut piechotą. Dworzec kolejowy też osiągalny piechotą w kilkanaście minut. Obiekt w sumie fajnie urządzony, ale nie można zapominać, że jest to piwnica przerobiona na hostel. Obiekt niezbyt nadaje się na dłuższy pobyt, bo pomieszczenia mieszkalne (szczególnie pokój jednoosobowy) są małe. Można by dopracować wyposażenie kabiny prysznicowej.

• Paula (3/5): Una cueva de humedad - La localización. No sé por dónde empezar. Nada más llegar se nos hizo casi imposible encontrar el portal del hostal porque no hay ningún tipo de identificación del mismo, solamente una pegatina escrita a bolígrafo en el telefonillo de portal, impresionante. Al entrar tienes que bajar a un sótano, que es donde está el hostal, y nada más aterrizar te baña el olfato un olor a humedad bastante desagradable. El lobby era más parecido a una discoteca cochambrosa que a un hostal, sin ninguna luz a excepción de algún led de color azul y verde. Por no seguir atacando al propio establecimiento vamos directamente a nuestra habitación: enana, sin ventanas (obviamente), con una tubería de agua que la atraviesa y suena cada vez que alguien usa el baño o se ducha, y por si esto no era suficiente, tiene una rejilla encima de la cama por la que entra luz del pasillo y se escuchan los susurros de cualquier habitación del establecimiento. Duchas con un botón único en el que sale agua durante 15 segundos y solo tiene una temperatura , baño sin prácticamente luz, polillas merodeando por todos lados,… mejor no continuar. Si fueran 10€ la noche lo entendería pero es que la habitación eran 50€. Una noche para valientes.

• Pavlína (2/5): Celkový dojem je absolutně hrozný. Hostel je v podzemí a vzduch je zatuchlý, nedá se větrat. - Lokalita v centru Prahy, celkem milá a ochotná paní. Vytvoření celého prostoru ve sklepě, pokoje a toalety oddělené pouze prkny, takže je vše slyšet, nad hlavou máte kanalizační trubky, prostředí celkově nevlídné, zatuchlé, všude je cítit sklepní plíseň, nedá se větrat.
• Cemre (1/5): Unsafe, Moldy & Overpriced Basement Hostel - This was unfortunately one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the entire hostel is located underground with only one elevator as the sole entry and exit point. This is an extreme safety risk — in case of fire, flooding, or if the elevator breaks down, there’s absolutely no safe way out. It felt genuinely dangerous. Second, being underground means there’s no ventilation and an overpowering moldy smell in all the rooms. The air was thick and stale, making it hard to breathe and relax. Third, it’s extremely noisy — there is zero privacy or personal space. Staff members themselves contributed to the noise, especially late at night. Fourth, cleanliness is an issue. Shared bathrooms and toilets were not well-maintained. Lastly, for €30 per person per night, this place is shockingly overpriced. It does not deliver even the basic standards expected from a budget accommodation. I genuinely regret staying here and feel the price was completely unjustified. I would strongly advise avoiding this place, both for safety and comfort. I would also like a partial refund for this stay.
• Sandra (1/5): No se lo recomendaría a nadie. - Lo único bueno del alojamiento es que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Al entrar nos encontramos con un portal con un ascensor para bajar a un sótano donde había un bar con un pasillo con habitaciones y un baño que daba muchísimo asco. La habitación no tenía ventanas, estaba hecha de piedra y olía muchísimo a humedad. Compartíamos el baño con la dueña del hostal y no había papel higiénico. La ducha era asquerosa. Además, nos dijo el primer día que dejáramos las mochilas por la mañana sin problema y el último día nos hizo pagar en efectivo 400 coronas por dejar dos mochilas 2 horas (en un sofá de lo que parecía que era su salón) cuando no habíamos sido avisadas de eso. La dueña no hablaba inglés por lo que se nos dificultó mucho la comunicación con ella. Por la noche se escuchaba a la dueña y toda su familia gritar de manera muy escandalosa. El último día 15 minutos antes de la hora del check out abrió la puerta de nuestra habitación sin llamar mientras mi amiga se estaba cambiando de ropa para decir que nos teníamos que ir inmediatamente. No recomiendo la estancia en este hostal.

Después de llamar por teléfono apareció un hombre nos llevó al sótano donde se encuentra el alojamiento. No hay ninguna ventana a la calle. La habitación es pequeña pero para una noche es suficiente, aunque es bastante incomoda porque se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en la recepción. Ademas que no está cerrada pornconpleto y tambien se cuela la luz. El señor se quedó toda la santa noche hablando por telefono asi que dormir fue complicado. Lo mismo a la salida, nadie en recepcion. Sinceramente, es un lugar al que no volvería ni gratis

Vague bad smell throughout the facility. My biggest issue is the buzzer was broken and I had to be let in, leaving me waiting outside in very cold weather.

The environment wasn’t pleasing for me to even take their breakfast if they had brought it. The access system to the place was bad. The indicator to the entry wasn’t visible enough to be seen as a tourist. Again, I asked for access key to the building since I was going to come back midnight. I was told that attract a fee of 30 euros. The only option I had was to ring when I am coming back. Once I was inside the building, I heard someone struggling to get to the building at midnight.

• Marita (1/5): - Da gab es leider NICHTS! Das Hostel Alba befindet sich Keller und ist nur mit einem Fahrstuhl erreichbar Alles riecht muffig und es wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt neben einem Partyraum. Die Grösse des Zimmers sind ca.4m2 und nicht wie beschrieben 8m2, nur mit einem Bett, Stuhl und Einbauregal ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist eher ein Bretterverschlag, dementsprechend ist die Geräuschkulisse unerträglich. Die sanitären Einrichtungen befanden sich neben meinem Zimmer, dreckig und unhygienisch. Eine offene Urinalanlage befand sich genau vor den Toiletten, einfach nur eklig. Der Fluchtweg war mit Wäscheständer zugestellt, ein Verstoss gegen den Brandschutz!!! Ich habe nach einer katastrophalen, schlaflosen Nacht das Hotel verlassen und über Booking.com ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Dafür verlange ich eine Rückerstattung und eine Aufwandsentschädigung. Ich bitte um eine Auswertung meiner Beschwerde! Als langjähriger Nutzer von Booking.com habe ich so eine Unterkunft noch nie gehabt. Grüsse Frau Lehmann

We couldn’t sleep at all.some guys including the employees of this accommodation were very noisy until 3am.we could hear everything because of the thin walls. The dirty shower room is just one for all guests. If you want to leave luggage before check in,you have to pay extra about 10USD for even 1 small bag pack. Employee’s attitude was very rude especially male staff. When you come back from outside or check in,if the staff can’t notice the doorbell,you can’t enter the entrance door.so one girl was waiting over 1hour outside in the early morning.（we met her when we checked out ）

• Kosic (3/5): Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend, trotz des freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personals. - Das Personal war richtig freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch sehr gut weil wir uns im Zentrum befanden. Das einzige was okay war, war das Bett. Alles andere war ziemlich schlecht und dreckig, vor allem hatten wir gar keinen Sauerstorff im ganzen Hostel weil es sich quasi im Keller behfindet, die Luftfeuchtigkeit war sehr hoch wegen dem schlechten Lüftungsystem den sie hatten (es gab keine Fenster), sogar Schimmel befand sich an einigen Stellen. Das Bad war auch ganz schlecht und veraltet, die Wassertemperatur war nicht einstellbar und man konnte jeden und alles zu jeder Zeit hören was das Einschlafen unmöglich machte.

Це підвал в якому немає вентиляції і вікон!!!Дика антисанетарія , туалет жах. Ночувати ми не залишились , бо це небезпечно для здоров'я. Якщо б я могла повернути гроші , то я це б зробила , а так залишаю на миючі засоби. Поважаю чужу працю і прагнення мати власний бізнес але треба вкладатись і брати гроші за послуги , а не за переляк.

I don't even want to waste my time writing a review, just don't go there. Unless you want to stay in a dark, smelly, moldy, damp cellar divided by thin wooden boards, with no mobile connection, unreliable Wi-Fi, no reception, no one to welcome you, and no badge to enter the building. You can hear absolutely everything outside the 'room.' Everything is wrong with that place. Our arrival could have been a perfect introduction to a horror movie.

Même les résidents de l’immeuble ne semblent pas savoir qu’il y a un hôtel à cet endroit. Claustrophes, passez votre chemin.

Жахлива і груба стара хазяйка з криками заселила в брудний номер. Кількість їжі по углам певно не прибирали місяцями. А коврик і підлога не бачили прибирання взагалі. Неможливо було поставити ноги на підлогу через кількість волосся. І це ще не все. Жахливий сморід, який не описати словами!!! Дущ як на пляжі, тобто кожні 30 секунд треба жати на кнопку. Пліснява і сморід. Раковина в проході - вмивайтеся і чистіть зуби при всіх. В туалет ходить і сама навіжена господарка, при чому всю ніч. Звукоізоляції немає. Речі провонялися цим смородом. Через пізній переліт я сто разів пожалкувала, що залишилась. Всі пояснення молодшої хазяйки - у нас же дешевші апартамети. Але це не апартаменти, а вонячий підвал для крис! Після її прибирання тряпкою розміром 30 см стало не набагато краще. Як треба себе не поважати і не мати сорому здавати такий вонючий брудний підвал!!! Horror, dirt, avoid this place. And the most important thing is the terrible smell. The amount of food in the corners must not have been cleaned for months. And the rug and floor had not been cleaned at all. It was impossible to put your feet on the floor because of the amount of hair. How can you not respect yourself and have no shame in renting out such a smelly, dirty basement!!!

• Rainbow Rung (1/5): Terrible - Nothing. This hostel is a mess. This hostel is in a dangerous place. The staff leave you in a hot, stuffy, terribly dark place without connection. No one answer the door in operation hour.

• Noora (1/5): Not worth your money, go elsewhere. - Most of what the description of this place claims to have or is said to be included in the room is not true. The biggest omission in the description of this property is that the hostel is completely underground. It's a cellar. There are no windows, and the only entrance available for guests is an elevator. That cannot meet any fire safety regulations. The single room I had booked is basically a plywood cupboard just about big enough for a bed. There is zero soundproofing (there was actually a 5cm gap between the floor and the plywood walls of the room so everything going on outside the room can be heard very clearly. There are no private bathrooms for any room. The toilets and the showers were not clean, there is no proper lighting anywhere and the staff certainly did not instruct me on anything that their property description boasts that they offer. The lack of privacy and the fact that the place is completely underground made me leave without staying even one night there. I ended up booking two separate, decent hotel rooms for the duration of my stay in Prague.

• شهيد (8/5): Very good - Property staff has a pure heart. Warm welcoming and gesture towards tourist give you charm, feels like home. Location was good. Hostel was bit underground. Sometimes it would be tough to find this hostel as there is no signature of hostel.

Basement room with no windows and all noises from other rooms and the main bar was too loud, like they are in the room with us. There was only one shower and two toilets for whole hostel and not separate for women and men.

• Mjderby89 (1/5): Avoid like the plague - Disgusting place that shouldn't be allowed on here. They have completely lied on the facilities and amenities they have. It is claimed the rooms are soundproof, they are definitely not, you can hear absolutely everything outside the rooms, including the night "receptionist" playing loud music and having loud phone conversations with people, I was also lucky enough to be next to the toilets and when I say you can hear everything... I mean everything. There's no air con, they have a vent in the room which makes no difference except it makes the room even less soundproof. There's no heating despite the claim, it didn't matter but if it's cold out it would. There's not a TV in the room, they have a TV bracket but no TV. A member of staff tried to unlock my door to come in my room whilst I was in there before I stopped them, they also banged on my door at half past midnight, it was to offer a towel but I was in bed and it's completely inappropriate to knock on guests doors at that time. I kept hearing shuffling outside the room during the night and kept being worried they were going to try coming in again. There's no wardrobe in the room either. The place itself is really hard to find because they have a tiny scratched off label by a buzzer that is a difficult spot, also took someone about 10 minutes to even buzz me in when I arrived. Really dodgy looking building inside as well. I wanted to leave the first night but had to wait until the next day. I was booked in for a 6 night stay and left after 1, nearly before. I am currently trying to get my money back because they blatently lied on the advert and I have video proof of this as well. Avoid this place, seriously avoid it. There are so many other options, I ended up staying at the Czech Inn, it was a hostel but it was 20 times better than this place. I will give it 1 star because it's well located but that's completely irrelevant when the place is this bad. It's well located..... literally nothing else
• Juan (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff, the Lady on the desk was very nice and polite. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty.
• Man-yee (1/5): Terrible - Location was central I have stayed in the most basic of hostels before and not had an issue with the standard as you get what you pay and basic is all you need when doing city break. We booked one of the private rooms which happened to be the first room on the corridor next to the dining/bar area. Firstly the walls are brick, the room had no windows and was not fully sealed so had the corridor light, which was constantly on through the night, beaming into the room. We were given two hand towels as bath towels. Not a great start but the worst was to come. The lady on the night shift had two young kids running about and screaming from 11pm into the early hours. When they finally went to sleep she, on both nights, decided to have a late night chats on the phone past 1/2am and loud is an understatement. Then if it couldn’t get any worse, she would clean and scrub the bathrooms at 3am which woke us up. We did not sleep for two nights so ended up leaving early and booking another hotel for the final two nights of our trip. Spoilt the experience. Avoid at all costs.
