• Chifamba (3/5): TERRIBLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND - there were 2 beds The room smelt of paint, and it was difficult to breathe in there. The door codes kept not working, and we had to call someone for new ones as the whatsapp number wasnt working and no working reception area. It took over 15mins to get a response. we had to be given 2 more numbers to contact for door codes. The room has no fridge, or anything to keep your drinks cold. The view is just a dirty wall, and the window would open to at least get some air in

• Patricia (8/5): BUSINESS TRAVELER - Within walking distance of a Walmart Express, a few restaurants and a Starbucks. It was so well-kept and clean. Hugh selection of tv channels. Nice shower/bathroom facilities. Nice eating bar. Adorable and functional clothes storage system. The security system and the location of the hotel made me feel very secure. The hotel has wi-fi. The staff was very nice. The price was far better than the tourist hotel locations. Stay here for great value. You just need to know that the mattress was very hard, so I wouldn't recommend this place for people with back or hip problems. I have no current back issues, so that wasn't a big issue for me. The chairs at the eating/work desk bar are too low to be able to use the bar as a desk. You'll have to use your laptop on the bed. Of course, the location is downtown, so if you want to do the tourist bit, you'll need to take buses, taxis, private transport, or rent a car. Be aware that there is no pool. But overall, this is a great stay for the business traveler, or if needing a vehicle is no issue for you.
• Ronnie (10/5): Great place for my short stay (3 day)! - Really great location! Express Walmart practically across the street; lots of restaurants in walking distance; a nearby trail to the beach if you want to walk or cycle there; and a bus station nearby. It wasn't an issue for me, but be aware that there's not place to store food if you have something cold or easily perishable. Also, the building code and room codes won't work until the check-in time so be aware of that if you arrive early. Really, enjoyed my stay here! No issues at all. Nothing really to complain about. Just be aware of things I mentioned in the positives so you're not caught by surprise.

• Sto (8/5): Comfortable and clean room in downtown Cancun - Very comfortable, clean and in a good place in downtown. Close to restaurants, caffes and supermarket. We discovered it too difficult, but finally we found it. I post a picture of the building, coz such a photo is missing. The windows cannot be opened.
