- Küstenkind (10/5): Toller Urlaub mit Hund im Spanienflair - Das Casa Alvite ist ein toller Ort, um zu Entspannen, ist ein super Ort für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus ist spanisch gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben das Kochen in der großen Küche geliebt. Aufwachen im Schlafzimmer mit dem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und abends die Sonne hinter den Bergen untergehen sehen, wobei sie noch ein letztes schönes Spiegelbild auf dem Wasser des Pools hinterlässt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Den überdachten Stellplatz haben wir an den warmen Sommertagen sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Das Haus steht in Arteixo, Caion ist 2km entfernt und hat einen schönen Sandstrand und für Hundebesitzer auch 3 kleine Sand Felsenbuchten zum Baden im Meer. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Der Garten gepflegt, der Pool sauber. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben!
- Silvia (1/5): We felt cheated since the actual state of the exterior and the swimming pool didn’t correspond to the property’s advert - Tastefully decorated and spacious. The swimming pool looked like it had not been cleaned for a while, the floor and walls were filthy, the filters were not working, there were tiny aquatic creatures like worms and tadpoles happily living in it and the levels of the pool’s pH, chlorine and alkalinity were not within the recommended values! We complained to the landlord, who was not cooperative and rather arrogant and basically denied the poor state of the pool even though he never once came in person to check the pool. The property also advertised a ping pong table and garden furniture however these were not at our disposal. We cut short our stay and left the property earlier because the pool was obviously a health hasard!
- M. Esmeralda (10/5): - Absolutamente todo. Una casa muy cómoda, con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable. Muy bien decorada y en un entorno precioso. Muy cerca del pueblo, a cinco minutos en coche. Una playa en el pueblo espectacular y muchas más playas, cercanas. La ubicación fácil de encontrar y con espacio para más de dos coches. La cocina pertrechada con todo lo necesario y más. Un jardín con una vistas maravillosas y mucha tranquilidad. Una terraza enorme y las habitaciones grandes y confortables. Cuatro baños y un salón comedor acogedor. Toda la casa de 10. Todo perfecto
