Our room overlooked the church which lights up every night in different colours - so pretty! We loved using the common area with the free coffee machine and balcony, very relaxing. The location is the best in Canela. No complaints!

O Café é servido no Café Cultura que pra mim é a melhor cafeteria de Canela e de Gramado. Você tem acesso ao café pelo hotel, tem uma área reservada. Mas a minha sugestão é mais opções no café da manhã.

Do atendimento muito simpático e atencioso de todos. O fato do estacionamento não ter acesso coberto para o hotel. Mas isso não prejudicou nossa experiência.

ARTHUR ANTONIO (10/5): ESTADIA PERFEITA. - Era uma antiga escola de freiras em Canela, Ginásio Nossa Senhora de Auxiliadora, onde minha esposa estudou enquanto criança. O proprietário comprou o imóvel 3e o restaurou e criou um hotel de luxo. Muito confortável em todos os sentidos. O staff é de primeira qualidade. Gentil e resolvedor de problemas. Do jeito que eu gosto. Eu recomento e voltaremos lá assim que possível. Parabéns. Gostei de tudo e minha esposa amou o local e as lembranças vividas na infância. O café da manhã é excelente. A suíte é ótima também. O banho então nem se fala. O lounge no terceiro andar é fantástico.
