• Sagar (6/5): Spacious property that needs some attention. - Property was spacious. Blankets were clean. River view behind the house was great. Car parking in front of house and is free from 6pm to 9am. Shower are was clogged. Very uncomfortable to take bath. Tap of sink in bathroom is hard to operate. Bunk bed makes lot of squeaking noise. Dishwasher is old and dirty.

• Guy (9/5): Excellent facility! - Very very nice modern accommodation located in a quiet area; not far from downtown. Large rooms, well equipped kitchenette / kitchen; including coffee, tea and cookies. Large bathroom. Lots of plugs and lights. Very nice terrasse on the Meuse. Splendid view. Sylvie is on top of things: excellent communications and clear / easy instructions to get in the apartment (either with you phone or with a code used on a keypad). The mattress was a bit soft to our taste

• Lara (10/5): 100% aan te raden - De locatie was top, terras met zicht op de citadel, echt zalig hele namiddag rustig buiten gezeten. Alles was voorzien in het huisje: o.a. meer dan voldoende handdoeken en zeep, keukengerei (incl. koffie en koekjes!). Super proper en netjes, modern gerenoveerd en zeer ruime kamers. Parkeren deden we gratis aan het station en was op nog geen 2 minuten wandelen van het huisje. Op voorhand duidelijke instructies gekregen over hoe we binnen geraakte en werkte zonder problemen. Bedden waren prima, vrij zachte matras. Overall : super genoten, rustig gelegen en toch mega dicht tegen de stad, prijs-kwaliteit écht top! Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik dan toch écht iets moet zeggen is de tafel op het terras misschien aan vernieuwing toe. Echter hebben we hier alsnog met 6 personen aan gegeten en perfect dienst gedaan.

Есть вся необходимая посуда. В детской спальне пахло сыростью. На полу в гостиной были крошки. Кухонный гарнитур можно бы обновить. Он покрашен краской, которая уже облупилась возле ручек, выглядит неопрятно и некрасиво. В гостиной окна матовые и не открываются, так как выходят на шумную улицу. Поэтому получается, что красивый вид есть из спален, а из гостиной ничего не видно и там темно.

• Miaozhan (9/5): Top!!!! - Mooie en ruime appartement. De locatie is perfect en tegen over de appartement kan je na 17:00 gratis parkeren. Perfect uitzicht via de terras. Wij hebben ook een baby bed aangevraagd en het is goed geregeld. De beheerder reageert snel. Zeer tevereden

Merci infiniment pour toutes les intentions (café de qualité) serviettes de toilette et essuies mains très joliment présentés, épices et condiments etc… La porte de la cuisine aménagée (compartiment poubelle) est cassée. La TV ne fonctionne pas. Mais tout cela n’est absolument pas grave et ne nous a pas dérangés.

• Tavneet (9/5): Comfortable stay in Dinant - The flat has a stocked kitchen with all utensils and appliances, it was clean and beds were comfortable. The terrace with the chairs and the view of the water is a highlight even though we had had weather. The location host messaged us the details on how to enter the apartment.

Non utilisé mais superbe terrasse Vraiment à conseiller Indépendant de leur part mais parking payant. Cependant on peut l’éviter en allant se garer sur le parking de la gare (150m)

• La (10/5): - The house is clean & spacious for us (5 people) who stayed there overnight. The kitchen has everything we needed. The bathroom size is just right, not small. The wifi was fast.The location is perfect & near to everything. Our favorite was that it has stunning views of the river Meuse & the citadel. A bit noisy because of trains passing by but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely recommend this stay to everyone.

• Andriy (9/5): Great choice for a family stay in Dinant - This place's hidden gem is its terrace! Beautiful view and a very spacious. We ended up staying there and having dinner. Everything in the apartment is high quality as well. It is fully supplied with everything one would need. Great place overall with some minor issues It is probably not owners fault but the plumbing system smells. They try to overcome this problem by having lots of fragants in the apartment but it kind of makes it worse. To quickly deal with the issue, we opened all windows and the door and also let the water run for a bit and the smell was gone.

• Roven (9/5): Nicely presented - Clean and nicely presented. There's an accessible balcony where we used in the evening to have dinner. It is near the train track but we haven't woken up during the night by a train passing by as we slept like a rock.
• Gib (5/5): It could be a very nice space if some things were fixed. - No breakfast offered. It was roomy and the deck was very nice over looking the canal. It wasn’t that clean. Cob webs with some small spiders. It seemed tired and need of an update. Couldn’t get the TV to work except one channel. The air fresheners were terrible and had a strong offensive odor. We disconnected the batteries.
