It was really helpful staying so close to Sultanahmet area as well. Staff were very friendly. Shower pressure not always reliable (although never awful)

• Roberto (9/5): Muy buen sitio para turistear. Muy recomendable - Muy bien situada, a un paso de la zona más turística, diez minutos con una pequeña cuesta inicial. Espacio de relax en terraza. Excelente comunicación con las personas que estaban en cada momento. Nos falto una limpieza intermedia. Un poco mas de equipamiento en la cocina para preparar el desayuno que nos gusta hacer tranquilos en la habitación, cuando podemos.

Очень сильно слышно улицу днем даже с закрытыми окнами как будто окна всегда открыто постоянно бибикают и ревут движками на подъеме, все резонирует между домами, необходимо поставить хотя бы двойной стеклопакет. Кровать так себе, не знаю почему но в 80% турецких отелях не делают нормальные двуспальные кровати размером хотя бы 180х200 в стандартных номерах. Попались полотенца банные как будто полусинтетические (может неповезло?) плохо впитывали влагу, как по мне позор для страны с такой текстильной промышленностью.

• Greta (4/5): Accoglienza ottima, ma camera sotto le aspettative - La persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto cordiale e la struttura si trova nella zona vicino al centro. Purtroppo, per motivi familiari, siamo stati costretti a lasciare la struttura in anticipo e abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte invece delle tre previste. Tuttavia, già durante l’unica notte trascorsa, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: l’appartamento presentava un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno, con rubinetteria rovinata, doccia malfunzionante e parti danneggiate, oltre a un cestino arrugginito e difficile da utilizzare. Il materasso era molto scomodo e probabilmente usurato, mentre asciugamani e cuscini presentavano macchie evidenti. Inoltre, accanto al letto era presente una porta di emergenza con spifferi, che rendeva la stanza fredda durante la notte. L’insonorizzazione era scarsa: si sentivano chiaramente rumori provenienti dalla reception fino a tardi e lo scarico del bagno risultava molto rumoroso. Nel complesso, il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
• Marta (10/5): Tal y como en las fotos: amplia, comoda y limpia. - Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, cocina equipada con lo justo para hacer el desayuno o comidas basicas y bien climatizada. Atención muy buena y amable por parte de los empleados, que siempre nos ayudaron con todo lo que pudimos necesitar. Zona tranquila y bien ubicada, a 7 minutos andando de la Mezquita Azul y del Gran Bazar, con transporte urbano cerca. A destacar, de nuevo, la limpieza y comodidad. Nos encantó todo y lo recomendaremos, pero si tuviese que decir algo, sugeriría poner un asa o barandilla para entrar y salir de la bañera, ya que está muy alta y se hace complicado.

Ocena je 5 najviše zbog toga što sa te strane našeg smeštaja se dolazi stepenicama do 4.sprata nema lifta. Kupatilu je potrebno renoviranje.Vrata tuš kabine su loša.Osećala se kanalizacija.

• Bobes Alexandru (8/5): 5 zile in Istanbul - Locatia este ideala, iar raportul calitate pret de asemenea. Camerele sunt foarte mari si bine dotate. Tot personalul a fost extrem de amabil. Chiar daca nu au parcare, noi am gasit zilnic loc de parcare fix in fata hotelului in parcarea publică. Ospitalitate cred ca este cuvantul care descrie cel mai bine acest loc. Am dat nota 8 pentru ca asta e nivelul cinstit la locatiei, explic la minusuri de ce. Camerele au fost curate, dar cumva slaba iluminare a camerelor da un sentiment general de curatenie mai precara. Baia nu a fost prea grozava, dar era curata, tot asa un 8 cinstit.

• Charlène (7/5): Endroit correct mais pourrait être encore mieux - Très bien placé pour visiter le cœur historique d’Istanbul. Personnel serviable. Chambre spacieuse. Les finitions sont à revoir ! Beaucoup de rafistolage et une plainte n’était pas fixée au mur, je l’ai découvert quand mon fils de 8 mois l’a attrapé avec ses mains ! Un peu bruyant via la porte d’entrée dans la chambre quand il y a du passage.

La camera molto curata in linea con le aspettative. Personale estremamente gentile e cordiale che ci ha indirizzato durante il nostro soggiorno ad Istanbul! Se proprio uno deve fare il pignolo: qualche piccolo accorgimento nella zona cucina (vani per stoviglie chiusi, utensili non in plastica) ma niente di eccezionale.

• Andrey (8/5): - Апартаменты имеют все необходимое - кухонный уголок, посуда для простой готовки, чайник, достаточно удобная кровать. Расположение неплохое - напротив есть ларек, где можно купить снэки, немного продуктов и алкоголь/воду. А буквально 50 метров вверх по улице - кафе Mivan, здесь вам сделают скидку 10% если вы постоялец Cube Suites, а еще приготовят вкусный завтрак. До ближайшей трамвайной остановки идти 10 минут пешком, однако вверх по крутому склону. Если позволяет погода, лучше пройтись до более дальней остановки, зато по не такому крутому уклону. Персонал всегда старается помочь и угощает чаем с печеньем, посоветовали нам отличный хаммам, помогли найти выгодное такси до аэропорта. А еще классная местная кошка Черкин, советую купить кошачий корм - коты в Стамбуле повсюду! Комната по факту выглядит меньше чем на фотографиях. Были проблемы с сантехникой, после обращения их устранили. Вода проникает сквозь заслонку ванной, из-за чего образуется лужа на полу Отсутствует лифт, подниматься три этажа (некоторым 4) по достаточно крутой лестнице - не самая приятная часть после долгого дня. Странные наклонные прикроватные тумбы, с которых скатывают любые предметы. Не понял такой дизайнерской задумки ;)

• Kamil (10/5): Lepiej niż na zdjęciach. - Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, choć te 6 minut od tramwaju to stromo i po nierównym bruku. Większość atrakcji miasta w zasięgu spaceru lub tramwaju T1. Pokój z widokiem na schody ppoż, ale czysty i przestronny. Dobrze wyposażony. Zaletą jest całodobowy, uprzejmy i chętny do wsparcia recepcjonista. I sprzątanie co 2-3 dni. Herbatę można wypić na tarasie na dachu, choć z widokiem na podwórze. Kuchnia wyposażona, przygotowana do prostych posiłków. Nie spotkaliśmy ( w listopadzie ) żadnych owadów biegających. Była sól, cukier, herbata, kawa, shower, szampon, płyn do naczyń, nawet papcie domowe. Dla mnie - było lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Wąskie schody, ale dostępna winda. Pokój był cichy, bo nie miał okien na ruchliwą ulicę.

• Dolores (10/5): Perfecto para estancias de varios días - Personal muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. Buena ubicación si te mueves en taxi, ya que las calles son empinadas y empedradas (como en muchas otras partes de la ciudad). Habitaciones muy limpias con una mini cocina excelente para preparar desayunos o comidas sencillas. No tengo ninguna queja. El alojamiento cumple su función si lo que buscas es un lugar sencillo para descansar después de visitar la ciudad.

Nothing all was perfect One suggestion a couple more coat hangers would be great but minor problem. It was on that we didn’t much some washing so would have been great to hang. Very close walking to Grand Bazar, blue mosque and spice market.
• Silvia (10/5): Bel soggiorno - Accoglienza, posizione, pulizia La stanza era di sotto e magari non era stato specificato ma top perché non si sentiva nulla e quindi potevi dormire tranquillo anche la mattina presto
• Floriana (8/5): Soggiorno accogliente, ma migliorabile - Piccolo hotel a Sultanahmet a 5 min a piedi dalla moschea Blu e dalla fermata del tram T1. Ogni piano (5) è dotato di 2 appartamenti di circa 40mq composto da letto, bagno, salottino, tavolinetto, angolo cucina e frigo. Anche se le rifiniture lasciavano a desiderare, il design nel complesso era accogliente e minimale. Letto comodo. Tutto sommato accogliente e prezzo ottimo per la posizione. Camere molto più grandi della media ad Istanbul (15/20 mq). Personale molto cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Le camere non erano rifinite bene. Alcune parti erano rotte o poco curate (alcuni battiscopa, mattonelle, maniglie rotte o mal funzionanti). Dalle foto non si capisce che metà degli appartamenti affaccia direttamente su una scala di emergenza, cosa a mio avviso, di poco gusto. Le pulizie venivano fatte a giorni alterni ma in un orario compreso tra le 14.30 e le 16.30, orario scomodo per chi magari usciva la mattina e voleva tornare a riposarsi subito dopo pranzo.

• Mateja (10/5): - Amazing stay in the heart of Istanbul! We absolutely loved our time here! The location couldn’t be better – all the main sights like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are just a 10–15 minute walk away (and the walk itself is part of the fun). The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with tips about the city or just a nice chat. The room was clean and comfy, and the rooftop terrace is a real gem – perfect for hanging out with a drink, meeting other travelers and enjoying that beautiful sea view. There’s even a small shop right across the street where you can grab some cold beer – what more could you want? The area felt safe and calm, even though it’s so close to everything. All in all, great value for money and a place we’d happily come back to!

You should never give this room again to any guest!! There is a cafeteria ,exactly near the hotel and is located in the ground floor, so everytime that someone was moving his chair or table the noise was too loud in the room. It has no sound isolation and you cant rest before 23:59..

I jak na stare miasto, bardzo cicho Było trochę ciemno (ale to jakby oczywiste, że stare budynki w takiej zabudowie nie będą dobrze naświetlone)

• MIHO (8/5): 立地が素晴らしいです！ - ブルーモスク・グランドバザールなど、主要観光地が徒歩圏内で利便性が良かったです。坂を上がったところにトラムの駅がありますが、空港からはタクシーが便利だと思います。部屋のクリーニングは2日に1回、常にロビーに人がいるので安心です。スタッフは全員フレンドリーで可愛い猫ちゃんがいます。 バスルームのシャワーの水圧と水捌けが悪いです。トイレの水の流れも悪いですが、上部のフタを開けてプラスチックのボタンを押すと流れます。洗面所・キッチンの水圧は問題ありません。コンパクトなキッチンで電子レンジや洗濯機などはないので、自炊には不向きです。
• Aleksandra (5/5): - Personel był bardzo pomocny. Po przybyciu do hotelu dali nam dużo porad odnośnie zwiedzania miasta oraz polecenia lokali z dobrym jedzeniem. Dużym plusem było to, że recepcja była otwarta całą dobę, a wymiana ręczników i pościeli była co 2 dni. Nasz pokój znajdował się w piwnicy, do której schodziło się krętymi, stromymi schodami. Mieścił się obok pralni przez co było tam gorąco i pachniało wilgocią. Pokój wyglądał dużo gorzej niż na zdjęciach, a przez to, że był w piwnicy, było w nim bardzo ciemno. Niektóre elementy w pokoju wymagały naprawy: cieknący kran, zacinająca się spłuczka, wejście na balkon. Aneks kuchenny był słabo wyposażony.

• Peter (9/5): - Funky property in an excellent location for visiting the tourist spots. With lots of food options and mini marts around. Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Rooms had plenty of space and all kitchen supplies you may require for small self catering. Bathroom on the small size. The property is in a hilly area, with uneven footpaths if you have mobility issues this may prove difficult. Public transport within 10min walk.
• jasmine (9/5): - La stanza è molto carina e spaziosa per due persone. Aggiungerei solo qualche elemento in più in cucina per permettere di preparare qualcosa di veloce. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. La fermata del tram più vicina è ad 8 minuti a piedi.

• Jaqueline Pinsel (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Wir haben zum zweiten Mal im Cube Suite übernachtet. Wir waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Das Personal und der Inhaber sind äußerst freundlich. Wir mochten die kleine, feine Dachterrasse und die kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Tee, Kaffee und Keksen an der Rezeption. Man muss sich einfach damit anfreunden, dass sich eine Seite des Hauses an einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet.. Zur nächsten Tram sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß bergauf, mit Gepäck etwas unpraktisch. So ist nun mal die Lage in Istanbul :)
• Trisha (9/5): Exceeded expectations - Staff were very welcoming from the start. We arrived late in the evening and were swiftly shown to our rooms. The rooms were as per the pictures, very spacious and comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, it would suit longer stays due to the reasonable prices. The hotel is quite difficult to get to, 30 min walk from the metro and 15 mins from the tram stop which was a struggle due to steps and going uphill and downhill.

• Дмитрий (10/5): Номера как на картинке. Отлично! - Очень уютные номера, похожие на квартиры. Своя кухня, холодильник, лифт. Прекрасное место для отдыха в достаточно тихом районе. В номере есть мелкие недочёты, но владельцы стараются перекрыть все мелочи сервисом и дружественным отношением. Всегда можно спросить, где отдохнуть и куда сходить. На карте отмечают интересные места и помогают спланировать отдых. . Мелкие недочёты, старая сантехника, телевизор только со спутниковыми каналами, не смарт. Кровать немного скрипит, если вы активный пользователь.

• Rahman (4/5): Better in the pictures... - Free Turkish tea, coffee, and snacks at the lobby. Reception provided us with a map and introduction to Istanbul upon arrival. The room (family suite) was spacious for 2 pax. The air con was cold. There's also a cute sleepy cat hanging around the lobby. 1. Toilet was VERY small for a family suite. Bathtub did not drain properly so there was always pooling when showering, leaving residue after. No shower curtain, and showerhead was very old and low (max height 1.8m). 2. Located several steep slopes down from Camberlitas tram station; may not be ideal for those with physical difficulties/heavy luggage. 3. Housekeeping could be better. Room was still dusty in the same spots, new towels were damp and towel sizes were never the same.
• Sharon (8/5): Good price for a central location in the old city part of Istanbul with an excellent restuarant opposite. - Central location and staff were helpful. Bathroom needs an update -they were responsive in fixing a broken toilet seat.
• Khushbu (10/5): Fabulous , amzing experience - Property is so cute and as showing as picture. Lovely stay. Definitely recommended. All tourist places near by. Property has nice rooftop for chilling out. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They always guide us whenever we need help. Staff is so lovely specially malik and amir so helpful. Our stay is amazing experience ever in istanbul. Must recommended.

• Moin (9/5): - The location is pretty good. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Sultanahmet and a few minutes from a tram station. There are nice restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very helpful. There was always someone to help us with whatever we needed and they provided good recommendations for stuff to do (apart from the cruise - could've skipped that one). They also offer tea/coffee/biscuits whenever you want. There's a fluffy cat named chicken. We didn't realize our part of the hotel didn't have an elevator. It ended up being fine though and the staff helped with the luggage. Also seems like that area has been having some water cuts in the past couple months (~May 2025). The water went out for one night. But thankfully the hot water was running during that time.
