• Shalva Apakidze (4/5): - Location was nice. Overall cleanliness really needs improvement, walls had smudges on it, lower side of bed had huge, dirty stains that looked really bad, also there was a hair in bed from previous guest I think. Fridge was really dirty too.

Only the attempt to change rooms and the acceptable location. Non-smoking rules are not enforced, with constant cigarette smoke affecting my health. Heating system does not work (only portable heaters), and WiFi is unreliable. Basic services advertised are not delivered. This is misleading and unacceptable.

• Sunny (5/5): Very disappointing stay – misleading information and poor service - Have a room This hotel charges more than many much better hotels, yet the reality is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. The photos are deceiving and do not reflect the actual condition or service. The mattress was very uncomfortable and of poor quality. During winter, the room heater was not working at all. When we complained, the staff showed no real concern. We asked to change the room, but they said the heating system was broken in all rooms. Instead, they gave us a portable heater, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging this price. There was no apology, no courtesy, and no price reduction offered. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The pictures clearly showed a breakfast buffet, but when we asked about it, we were told they no longer offer a buffet and that breakfast would be sent to our room. What we received was extremely low-grade and cheap: mostly bread, some cheap cheese, boiled eggs, and no vegetables at all. It was very poor and not befitting any hotel, especially at this price point. It is no surprise that we were the only guests staying in the entire hotel. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Любен (8/5): Чудесен - Много е тихо през нощта, което за района е добре, пълно е с изгодни хранителни магазини и locantasi наблизо, както и много удобни транспортни връзки, вкл. и метро. На няколко спирки от пл. Таксим, мостът Галата, Бешикташ, болница Мемориал и мн.други. Закуската също е добра - порцион със сирене, кашкавалче, доматче, краставичка, маслини, обикновен салам, масълце, сладко, яйца варени и пържени, хлебчета и чай, кафе, мляко Определено препоръчвам, от 4 броя хотела в квартала, които бяха и по-скъпи, този най ми допадна, защото не е на централна улица и е спокоен. Задължително си купете Истанбулкарт за градския транспорт, зареждайте я и пътувайте далече и изгодно, Сан Стефано ( днешен Йешилкьой) е на 1 час само с 2 бр . транспорт, около 2,20 лева ( 1,10 евро) излиза отиването. На рецепцията говорят английски и упътват коректно. Повече салата да дават на закуска за сметка на салама и кренвиршите, които се избягват от гостите

• ABDULAZIZ (6/5): - التجربة بشكل عام عادية ولا تحمل تميزًا واضحًا. مستوى النظافة والخدمة مقبولان، لكن الفندق يحتاج إلى تحسينات كثيرة سواء في الصيانة أو جودة المرافق والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. الموقع مناسب، إلا أن السعر لا يعكس بالكامل مستوى التجربة الحالية. مناسب للإقامة القصيرة فقط، ومع التحسين يمكن أن يكون خيارًا أفضل
• Ioannis (10/5): A value for money choice if you want to enjoy your staying in Istanbul. - The hotel is located near m2 metro station. This makes it an exceptional choice if you want to see all the major attractions of the city. The staff was kind and friendly. The building itself it’s a little bit old and more of the staff inside the room need an update but everything works fine. It is not a problem at all if you are going to use the room just for a regular sleep and not for the hotel experience.

They let us to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out which was essential for our good time in the city. The neighbourhood was nice full of shops and places to eat. There was nice balcony but only one chair. We were two.

Вода горячая холодная с очень хорошим напором воды. Шумоизоляция вообще ни о чем. Каждый день один и тот же ассортимент завтрака
• Ksenija (7/5): - Lokacija hotela je dobra, metro je u blizini od 150m. Nalazi se u blizini mnogo kafica, lokala i marketa. Inicijalno su sobe bile čiste, ali spremačica nije došla 5 dana u sobu radi čišćenja. U sobi imate sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Doručak je izuzetno loš, nije raznovrstan, mala količina hrane, neukusno. Osoblje je ljubazno, ali jako loše govori engelski jezik. Kreveti su neudobni, dušeci jako tvrdi. Sobe do ulice su jako bučne.

O mizerie cum nu poți să ți imaginezi, mobiler extrem de vechi care se dezmembrează! Mizerabil, mobilier vechi care se dezmembrează, mucegai pereții foarte murdari, am să atașez poze ca să fiu crezută. Micul dejun un dezastru, chiar nu știu cum de cineva poate să zică ceva bun de acest hotel.

• Philip (9/5): Overall I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel given the price charged. I would stay there again - The room was clean, comfortable and of adequate size. The bathroom was also clean and contained shampoo and shower gel. The hotel is a five minute walk from the metro and the neighborhood is vibrant. The breakfast was small individually wrapped portions, although you can help yourself to bread, cereal and coffee. The Wi-Fi was poor.

• Ramis (7/5): - Хорошая и уютная гостиница, расположенная в деловом районе Стамбула, всего в пяти минутах ходьбы до метро. Мне достался чистый и аккуратный номер, хотя он показался немного маловатым. Особенно хочу отметить дружелюбный и открытый персонал. Отдельная благодарность Дэнису, который не только рассказал мне о Стамбуле, но и познакомил с базовыми турецкими фразами и сленгом. Единственное, на что, на мой взгляд, стоит обратить внимание -- это завтраки. Они вполне нормальные, продукты свежие, но немного не хватало разнообразия. В целом, могу определённо порекомендовать данную гостиницу!

• Delphine (5/5): Hôtel bien situé mais service et petit-déjeuner très décevants - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique, bien situé pour visiter Istanbul. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment décevant : servi sur un plateau, en très petite quantité, avec des produits peu frais comme des concombres au goût fade, voire périmés. Contrairement à d'autres hôtels, aucune bouteille d’eau n’était offerte. À chaque demande (oreiller supplémentaire, thé…), la réponse était systématiquement "non", sans aucune explication ni effort. Le personnel était peu communicatif et pas très accueillant. Je ne reviendrai pas une seconde fois.

• Larysa (8/5): - Отель цена-качество. В отличии от других отелей Стамбула заявленная квадратура комнат соответствует действительности. У нас был номер без балкона, довольно просторный как для двух человек, чистый аккуратный и теплый, хотя мы были в начале апреля и было холодно еще, переживали что в отеле тоже будет холодно. Но нет, было тепло, хотя батарей обогревающий помещение в комнате не обнаружила. Удобные кровати, но номер наш выходил во внутренний двор и было очень тихо Персонал старается решать все проблемы. Был вопрос с интернетом( плохая связь, но оказалось поломался роутер и его заменили и стало норм). В отеле все хорошо и номера и персонал и расположение( близко к транспорту и спокойное неопасное место) но если еще улучшить завтраки было бы вообще супер😊
